We have been in there multiple times for supplies and even new animals. The staff is extremely friendly and the animals are healthy and used to people! We have purchased a jumping spider, praying mantis, and crested gecko from them. We are so pleased with how tame and healthy our crestie is and we love watching our now grown mantis and sub jumper! This is an excellent place to visit!

I have been in multiple times after stumbling upon Cat's place. Went in for some info and food for our new little beardie, and found a very friendly and helpful staff. I had the pleasure of dealing with Cat directly when I decided to take home a beautiful ball python I looked at every time I came in! Will continue to revisit the wonderful establishment!

Our nephew had long been wanting a unique reptile, when around December of last year, we found Cat's after searching on Google.We were shocked to find her incredibly diverse and amazing collection, and had to resist the temptation to take one of everything!Unfortunately, we DO take gaining a pet very seriously. So we visited close to a dozen times, (including a reptile show) where many times, we met Cat personally. She and every single one of the other staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient and communicative! We shop & would recommend Cat's for anything pet related!!

My kiddo and I came in earlier and took a look around. Tho we didn't find anything we needed for our guinea pig herds I was pleasantly surprised at the environment and what things were offered in the store. I greatly appreciate seeing GP water tanks where they can reach them. Tho our girls would be in absolute horror at the lack of hay to zoom in for enrichment. 🤣 spoiled hussies they are.

I got my first ferret from here, they are very informational and help you with everything you need to know. They are very honest and friendly! I also went to go get my ferrets claws trimmed and ask a few questions and they helped a ton! They give baths and trim the claws, the price isn’t horrible for it! I got my ferret here for about $350 but they did say the price was going up. I think they said to $400-450 something like that!

I accidentally found this place and am so glad I did. This is definitely not your average "mall"pet store. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell the genuinely love the animals. I found the love of my life there, a Russian tortoise and highly recommended this place to anyone. They are honest about what it requires to takes to care of the animals and don't just try to sell you things. I hope they stay in business for a very long time.

This is hands down the most knowledgeable and ethical store in the OKC metro.They also board and trim nails for very reasonable prices! They can also special order almost anything you can think of.I highly recommend this store!

We were looking to get Guinea Pigs and wanted to adopt from a rescue, but none of them in OK had any available so our next choice was finding a responsible source to buy from. We live pretty far away from Norman, so I first messaged them for info on what was available. I was messaged back promptly with info and pictures which made us make the trip in person a couple days later. Unlike the chain stores, the guinea pigs here were kept in cages of appropriate sizes, separated by gender, and fed the right variety of foods. We felt good buying from them and did so on the spot, and Cat also worked with us when our schedule wouldn't allow us to take them home within the standard holding time. Highly recommended.

Cat is a great person, very knowledgeable, and you can tell she really cares for the well-being of the animals. This store was severely needed in the community, and this place is fun, welcoming and relaxed. She helped me pick out my pet snake Lili. Couldn’t be happier.

The owners are awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They have som amazing animals and they look super well taken care of. If they don’t have what you need, they don’t mind ordering it. Definitely an exotic pet shop worth checking out!

I love this place! It has a wide variety of animals, apparently sourced from local breeders rather than mass production. They also have great prices on feeders like crickets and dubia roaches.

The staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. I have never received a bad product or word of advice. The animals in their care are taken care of responsibly and humanely. Many of them are in the most ideal terrariums for them. They don't price-gouge despite being a small store. We really have a good thing going on with Cat's Critters.

They are one of the best exotic and small animal stores in central Oklahoma. The animals are all healthy and happy. You can tell just by looking at them. The owners are incredibly well versed in the care of everything that is in there. If you are looking for a place that cares about your future pet as much as you do, then shop here.

Have only ever had bad experiences with petsmart and petco, when I heard about Cats Critters I was so excited! They were so helpful with me finding the right pet and had answers to all of my questions. I got this little guy, Noto, and he’s doing so great! Would absolutely recommend them over any other pet store in Norman!

Cats Critters is a great place to go to get a different pet from the norm, there are so many different animals to see there, I originally went in to get my wife the tarantula that she has been wanting for a while and walked out with 3 new beautiful 8 legged friends!
