So we go by my husband some work boots yesterday and was supposed to get them wide but got medium. And honestly I don’t think I was given a receipt, we had nothing in a bag and I didn’t get a receipt and neither did my husband. So I go to Exchange them today for wide and they have the audacity to tell me the brand new boots they just sold me yesterday were scratched up and she wouldn’t be able to do it without the receipt. Mind you the boots still have the tags on and the soles are clean, never worn besides trying them on yesterday. If there are scratches it’s from being in a box.WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!(Side note: I think the boots I bought have previously been returned, because when I went there today and looked, the other boxes of boots were bagged inside the box. Mine was not! )

Great place to shop for clothing, old fashioned candy and sodas, animal food, plants, flowers, and outdoor seating sets, and much more. They are a little pricey but quality items so far. I shop the sales ads before I go. The customer service is great!!

I grew up by Enid, OK. We didn’t have any large box stores available when I was young and we always bought our yard and animal supplies as well as our jeans and boots there. 45 years later, it’s still the same customer-focused company providing quality products at good prices.

this isnt really my type of store. i was craving faygo soda for some unknown reason and the faygo locator was showing this place as one of the closest places i can purchase faygo. i got ahold of cotton candy faygo soda along with orange cream ale81 soda. mainly due to the fact that some of the more regional sodas can be found here i am happy this place exists even if the drive was over 20 miles to acquire the sodas.

Terrible service I bought a firearm and had the normal background check wait, when my background was cleared i was called by Paul who is a great associate helped me through the whole thing and said i could come pick up my gun, the next day I went to pick it up and was treated with such disrespect by this old fellow in the back. he said I couldn’t get my gun because their count was wrong with their layaways even though I have already paid for my gun and got clearance to get it. he was being super disrespectful for anything I was asking and everyone agreed that was at the counter

"Low prices, staff were very friendly. I spent $20 less than I expected. I have been buying work clothes from here for some time, and they are still in use now. Even if I go just to window shop at times, it is worth it."

What a bad store... Dog food mislabeled with wrong prices. None of their meds are in the same place. Everything's over priced. None of the management knows what's going on. Then, Lord forbid you try and find someone to help you with the confusing mess they call a store.... I won't be back.

Has most of the basics one would need for a DIY project. Great prices on household needs (e.g., laundry detergent, fabric softener, cat food and litter, dog food, etc.). They typically have live rabbits for sale, and occasionally chicks.

Customer service was quite horrendous… had the cashier answer 2-3 phone calls instead of helping us check out… and then argued with us. All 6 chicks we bought from them died shortly after.

I gave 2 stars because they have a pretty good supply of stock but one BIG problem is their feed stored outside is not fully covered so if it rains etc…. the bags are wet and feed is wet and clumps and spoils. So if you’re going to sell feed and you’re keeping it outdoors, it needs to be completely covered and kept dry.

Terrible. As I’m waiting for someone to come to the ammunition counter 2 of the ladies walked away, no where to be found. I waited a bit, then decided to find someone to help. I get up to the front of the store and not a single worker in sight but I sure as hell could hear them talkin. I talked to an older guy, said he couldn’t help me but would call someone. So once more back at the ammo counter pointlessly waiting. Again I could hear them talking but this time it was made point blank they were not coming as to their conversation had to do with helping me. 1 box of rounds, is all I wanted. It’s really a let down to see what an ‘honest living’ is made up of these days.ZERO STARSI said what I said

Went for supplies for new doggie. I was disappointed that they didn't have a great selection of sweaters. The dog section is also a bit disheveled and overpriced

I selected a holster to purchase. As you can see the price is $29.99. I get to the register and it rigs up $46.99. They call the manager up and she refused to sell me the product for the price it was marked. She said they were all marked incorrectly. How is that my problem?! Another customer was there at the same time trying to purchase a pair of shoes and had questions. They said sorry nobody is here today who works in shoes. He made a scene and left. Wow is all I can say. Poor customer service all the way around.

Our # one place to buy dog toys & dog treats. Of course I had to get me & Tracy some candy.They had a sale on clothes & we had to go check out the gun selection as always. The employees are helpful & down to earth. Love Atwoods!!

This place had anything you can think of for farming and ranching! Stopped in for some Timothy hay for my rabbits and bought all kinds of useful things! They even have chicks if you’re looking for them locally, very cute!

They didn't have any space heaters during a freeze, which is probably to be expected, but they didn't even seem to have retail space for anything other than large fuel heaters. I don't think they even carry anything smaller than a barn heater. It is a feed store, so, whatever.

I typically purchase my chicken feed and coop supplies from here, along with the occasional dog food purchase. I love that they are well stocked in the type of chicken feed/supplies I usually buy. In fact, this store is the exact place from where I purchased my chickens. They have loads of farm type supplies, including guns, ammunition, some plants, hay bails, heat lamps, dog bowls, vitamins for chicken waterers, some household supplies, and outdoorsy clothing. I don't shop for clothes here, so I don't have much to say about what they have, but I can say they do have quality things, so go have a look and see for yourself. If you have a small farm or are the outdoor type, Atwoods may become your new favorite store...and they're located on the outskirts of Norman so you don't even have to mess with in town traffic which is nice especially when you just want to grab and go.

The staff in this store needs serious Customer Service training. The associates at the register were too busy talking on the phone and eating donuts to acknowledge customers. That was a lost sale and customer for them, with the added bonus of restocking my full cart. Will definitely not recommend this store or shop there in the future.

I love to shop at Atwoods. They have pretty plants and flowers. Lots of goodies for dogs and cats. I always buy my dog's flea and tick medicine there for a great price. They have all kinds of good snacks, old fashioned soda pops in glass bottles, and alot of old fashion candies to choose from for your sweet tooth.
