Zero stars for this store i called them today asking if they are 40oz Tumblrs. And they told to many different size did not get one of staff and asked if we have any 40oz Tumblrs worst customer services ever

Super clean store, staff was very helpful. I needed something from top shelf and got assistance pretty quickly.. super impressed I coupon and sometimes they hate us coming in but the cashier was very respectful.

First time in the store as I just moved to the area. The impression was fine, as far as a DG goes. The shelves were decently stocked and maintained, stuff wasn't haphazardly tossed around as I've seen in some other discount stores. So that's a good thing. The cashier, however, was a bit less than stellar. My sister-in-law and I waited a few minutes for her to finish doing what she was doing at the other end of the counter, she came over, checked out my SIL and then was out from behind the counter and nearly in an aisle so fast we had to tell her I was still standing there waiting to check out. She did come right back apologizing, but it made me wonder if it's always like that there, was it a tough a day, were they short staffed? I have no idea with no other visit to compare it to. I believe in second chances tho so if my next visit is different, I'll edit my review.

This is the worst Dollar General I have ever seen there is no organization and you can barely walk the isle's without tripping over boxes of merchandise that should be put on the shelf's or stored in the back if it doesn't fit in the shelf also today I tried to use my VA disability tax exempt card and it was denied I literally just used it 5 minutes before I walked in this store and also the sign next to the register that says if you have the VA tax exempt card to give it to the the employee was falling off the clip and hardly visible so I fixed it and made it visible for you guys I hope this helps you guys clean up because that place is a law suit waiting to happen way too many trip hazards and the store is very dirty if the store is covered In loose merchandise and boxes of merchandise how can to sweep and mop the floor very poor house keeping and very poor leadership

It's just not for me. I don't want to rate this two stars. I'd love to be able to give this five stars. I don't feel that the problems that plague Dollar General are that of their employees, it's their corporate culture and unwillingness to properly staff their stores. It does not matter what Dollar General you go to, you'll have a hard time pushing a cart through their aisles because of all the merchandise left out.. waiting to be stocked. You'll also only find one employee who has to help customers and somehow stock the shelves with all that pulled merchandise. It's ridiculous and I'd probably have a bad attitude too if I were tasked with impossible- to -complete responsibilities.

I like that DG is all ovat the place, however it seems each time I visit there is only ever one or 2 people working. I dont like that when there is a very long line, only one employee will come to help check out customers, while the other acts like there is something so much more important in the back, and will only come out if the clerk checking out customers has an issue with the register. With no consideration of the other customers waiting in a line that is now winding through the store, the second employee.... Instead of jumping on a register, helping out their coworker, and moving some of the customers through the line, they run off back to the back of the store leaving their customers and their coworker hanging. Trust me y'all, aint NOTHING so important going on in a DOLLAR GENERAL, that would require you to blatantly disregard a line like that. It's rude.

This is the worst DG. The service is sooo slow to check out. The store is always dirty and so cluttered you can't get down the aisles. We waited 20 min to check out because the one cashier wants to talk and take their time with 5 people waiting.Please hire people that don't comment on everything you buy when they are ringing you up!! Please build a bigger stock room so you can bring out one cart at a time to put stuff up. Until then I will go to Norman DG.

The prices have gone up drastically, it's now cheaper to shop at walmart. There at least a dollar higher on the same item. The dollar store use to be cheaper and easier on your wallet then anywhere else. Not any more. The service is respectable and helpful. The new lay out of the store is okay.

Nasty dirty, product unorganized. Question for you why do you hire managers that don't take pride in their store by great customer service, clean store keep stock of the floor organization would be great. If a person came in with their wheel chair they would not be able to get around.

I’ve never been the kind to leave a review especially a negative one but I went in to buy a binder for a new assignment at work and when I went to checkout I was waiting for 20 minutes with 9 other people because there was one cashier on shift and he was checking out a coworker leaving work it wasn’t until another cashier came on shift that any of the customers were able to check out we were all visibly angry but no they didn’t matter gotta take care of your own first I guess. I’ll goto Walmart next time.

People should innately want to shop local - it just makes good sense... However, when you allow a place of commerce to be disorganized and, generally, disgusting as this Dollar General, you make it hard. There are public bathrooms with better sanitary standards than the Noble DG. This DG is a goat screw cluster F. Do better.

3 stars is generous ,it seems that as a company that basically works the same everywhere, Dollar generals never are stocked which could be a result of my general observance, they are always short on help.

Location just got updated and is full or products. They dont have much for fresh food but they do have tobacco,beer and carpet shampoo rentals. Enjoy

This is my local DG, its dirty and grungy but is always stocked well. Great long time employees. I stopped in the other day, they were closed for remodeling! Yay so my DG is getting some love and care.

Ok if no one is going to say it , yalls system is so out of date every time I go in this store to get one thing there is always something wrong with the computer so a 5 minute trip takes 20. I can go to any other dollar General and it is a pleasant experience. Don't go to the dollar general in noble unless you have a lot of time to kill!!

This place is horrible! It's always dirty the bathroom is down right disgusting, the people are rude and act bothered if you ask for help, and things in quite a few areas are just jumbled together with no organization. I drive a further distance to go to another Dollar General to avoid this one.

This place was packed with customers at 9pm on a Sunday and the manager was rushing people out so him and the one other person could close. There were also boxes EVERYWHERE, making it impossible to navigate through the store. I left without purchasing anything on my list.

They only ever have one cashier yet two registers and at least three employees working at all times. Line is always super long and it takes forever to get through.

The store is always dirty and unorganized. There are always boxes of freight in the way making a fall hazard. The majority of the employees are rude. I will be driving farther out if I need to go to dollar general again.
