The employees at the Mustang location here are the best. I love shopping here on a regular basis and everything in the store is arranged conveniently.Everyone here is so kind, even the customers. As a disabled customer myself I have both employees and other customers offering to help me get items of the shelf when I'm needing help getting something from the shelf while using the disabled drive around cart.I love this location and I will be coming here as a regular for day to day items and necessities.

This is the Walmart closest to my new house. I'm kinda mixed about it because some workers are so friendly and kind. Then some don't even speak or ask do you need help. I actually tried to ask a question about where something was located and the worker kept walking. Otherwise its s very clean organized store.

My most recent experience is a head scratcher. I wanted to buy a tire, so I go online and search for needed tire. Walmart has a tire online available at my nearest store. I call store to verify, tire is available but twice the online cost. I ask and employee tells me I can just buy the tire online and they don't honor the online price even though it shows their store with the price. Needless to say I did not buy the tire from Walmart and paid the same price to a local small tire business.

I’ve noticed pricing discrepancies on numerous items recently, and it was only by chance that I caught these errors, especially considering the substantial amounts involved. Dealing with the new customer service representatives proved to be a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and the older lady in charge seemed reluctant to admit mistakes. Be cautious and attentive when ringing up your purchases to avoid potential pricing issues.

I would like to share how my veteran husband was treated at the Walmart located 951 E State Hwy 152, Mustang, OK 73064. He presented his tax exempt card and when the cashier handed him his receipt she told him "here's your fraud receipt" he was very confused at where that comment came from, he felt disrespected, violated and confused as to why his tax exempt any of the cashier's business. Maybe cause of the color of his skin or maybe she doesn't believe in war, military etc......it wasn't her place to make a comment like that, if you are close to a veteran you know how much they sacrifice to defend this country. We really need to do better and be kind to each other. He also greeted her and she didn't bother to say anything back. Walmart do better and I know it might not be a big deal to them but we will no longer shop at that location.

DO NOT use the pickup option at this location. You will wait at least an hour. Myself and several other vehicles have been here over an hour. No one answers the posted check in number. Better off going in and getting the items yourself. Minus 5 stars if I could give it.

What a cluster. Waited 2 hours for an online grocery pick up tonight. My elderly mother with mobility issues had to walk in the store in the dark twice to use the restroom while we waited. We were asked our name 5 total times and told our order would be out. Every single person who got there after us received their order before us. We finally got our order at 11:00 PM. The drive home is less than 10 min. Unloaded immediately and several frozen items were melted.

Do not use this location for grocery pick up. You can save yourself A LOT of time simply by driving to a further location for grocery pick up. Or better yet, you can get your shopping done yourself in less time than it takes for them to bring the already shopped “ready for pickup” items out to you.

This use to be one of my favorite locations. I do still like shopping here. It us a busy location and they are always out of items and the aisles are crowded. The employees that are pulling online orders are usually rude and cut in front of you when you're looking at something. They usually have one of the better clearance aisles. That is one of my favorite things about this location. Still like shopping here. It has just went down a little lately.

Do better Walmart! You guys spent over a year building a state of the art grocery pick up but you can’t put an area back there for online order pickers to get the groceries? It’s bad enough getting up and down the aisles with the Sunday crowd but being ran into several times by your employees and employees taking up aisles to where I can’t get things I need for the week is ridiculous.

Do not do curbside pickup at this Wal Mart. We constantly have problems with orders, from giving us old and rotten vegetables, fruit, and meats to constantly missing items from our orders, to the latest fiasco. We bought a whole raw chicken that was not wrapped properly or safety bagged. Raw chicken juices leaked over the entire order, including raw fruits and vegetables. More than $200 dollars of ruined groceries later the store offered us a whole $20 refund. We will never shop here again and you should not either.

Was just at this Walmart to pick up a grocery order, got there at 6:52 pm got notification at 6:50 that order was ready. 5-7 cars came after me, got their orders and left. By the time I got mine it was 7:30 and I was the last car there totally ridiculous! The 2 slime balls that finally brought my order out were extremely rude and unprofessional. not all but most of my groceries were out of the bags almost as if they just threw them in back of car, same goes for backseat. When done one of the employees said (under his breath but heard him) there you go, have a good nite then slammed my door! totally uncalled for and very unprofessional! These new generations are lazy and constantly complain when they finally have to do some work. Extremely unhappy experience with Walmart pickup tonight!

We had a great visit to the store until we arrived at the check out. I greeted the cashier David at check out #14 on Saturday 11/18 with no response from him but a rude & angry demeanor. Not only did he not look at me or speak to me he packaged my groceries worse than I have ever had anywhere! (Example 15+ cans in one bag and condiments put in with my fruits and vegetables) non-exaggerated!When he finished ringing up my groceries he never said a word and just stood there until I paid. At least he did hand me my receipt, still no words so I told him to have a nice night (a little rude myself at this point) still nothing just an even ruder look. Sorry Walmart, your employee failed you and failed Mustang residents!

Did a Walmart pickup for noon. Said it was ready to be picked up at 11:50. Got to Walmart at noon and have waited until 1:30. Talked to multiple people and I guess our order was never made. Still don’t understand why it said ready for pickup and I don’t understand why it took so long to fix the issue.

I love the employees at this location. They deserve ALL the credit for this location to still be open, the corporate rules the roost, so the customers lose, but the local crew here are great at buffering the corporate wills with customer needs.

This Walmart is always busy so parking is not so great.The City Bank inside has very nice personnel to help you. It's a busy area with road construction blocking lanes on Sara road.

Sadly, each visit is a new adventure. Watch out for their staff pulling orders. They have no concept of courtesy. In the same visit, a wonderful staffer pulled some milk from the back that we could see but had not been stocked. The best and worst in ine visit.

Unlike the super stores in Hawaii the stores in Oklahoma seem to have better prices on their veggies and meats. This could be because of location to the supply. And shipping cost associated to a product.

I ordered groceries on line and I guess the day was already full for me to pick up. I didn't realize that and I put down for pickup the following night but it was new years day and it was much forgotten about because I slept all the way thru till this morning and realized that I forgot all about picking up my order. I had a Dr appointment early morning and it was around 10:00 am and I pulled up told the app where I was parked and then I called the phone number that was in front of me. The gentleman answered he was very nice and polite. I told him that I forgot and that I didn't know if the app was working correctly. He asked me for my last name I told him and he said yes I got it it will be right out.I was 12hrs late picking up my order and I didn't have to wait long. That impressed me. Thanks guys

Though I would give the girl 5 stars for being so quick to get our order out, especially in such chilly weather.. I was EXTREMELY appalled to find someone's open, half eaten snacks in one of our bags once we got home.
