I appreciate Lilly and Brittany. They were kind and helpful to get my prescription filled as the pharmacy was apparently closing. The hours are all different on various sites. Not sure why Walgreens doesn't fix that element. It makes for some frustrated customers. My visit was awhile back.

My 6 month old son is extremely sick and spent yesterday in the hospital. His doctor sent the prescription yesterday and we received a message stating the medication was ready for pick up the same day. So I go to pick up the medication today and the pharmacy tech had a terrible attitude from the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru. I gave her my son’s name and stated that there were 13 prescriptions and they were all sent in this morning. I knew it was incorrect because there was only one that was stated on his discharge paperwork. I gave her the information on the prescription and she said that was only one of them. Not once did she ask for our address or his date of birth to confirm the information she was giving me was correct. She had a poor attitude and couldn’t even do her job correctly. The wait times at this pharmacy are always terrible but the other pharmacy techs at least gather the correct information. My son went almost ALL DAY without his medication because this girl couldn’t do her job. I will never do business at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Walgreens or use CVS across the street.

I called the pharmacy to see if they had my insurance on file. The man transfered me to someone guarding the insurance question the woman asked me for my name and information and said yeah we don't talk to the pharmacy so we don't know what they have you calling us for after I gave her the information she asked she said okay so what are you needing I said I just needed to know that Walgreens had my insurance on file she did not say bye okay thank you she hung up in my face.

Pharmacy drive thru is horrible at this one. It's nothing to sit behind someone at the window for 30min-1hr at this location. You would think if a car at the window is waiting on something for more than 10-15min, just ask them to pull back thru or come inside. Don't just let the line stack up while waiting on one person. The employees are usually nice when you walk in. There's just not much common sense when it comes to the phramacy drive-thru.

Worst store in the state. I will never use them for anything. Called for emergency prescription they said they had it in the store and ready. Drive 40 minutes out of the way to pick it up and they say when I get there they don’t have it on hand at the store. Put me in a bind and now have to wait until tomorrow call my doctor and change pharmacy. They are also bad about changing scripts to generic without asking you and 2 of them can’t be taken together. Stay away from Walgreens they are no good.

Ok so.we left Walgreens Pharmacy 2 years ago because of their Customer service is the worst, had to go back to them for 2 scripts due to coupon I was there over 2 hours waiting no communication.then they tell mebecause my insurance applied to deductible coupon won't workLies I called this morning they are valid so now I get to call and deal with them AgainThey need Desperate customer service training

Walgreens prescription pickup it not only inconveniencing their customers by lack of customer service. But today they literally messed up my prescription by not having it in a 90 day as has been requested for the 3rd time. Now he tells me to send back my 30 day in the drive through (not mentioning that it will.take additional time to rectify until after I have returned it). Then asked the pharmacist to have me pull out of line and redrive through because it's going to take a minute longer. SomeOne just pulled up behind me they haven't even had to wait. I wondered why the man at the window sounded defensive when I had to hit the call button to open the window Inoder to retrieve my prescription In The first place. He said,"I'm only one person"...Now they are trying to charge me $135 for another 30 days of so mething that costs $25 for 90 days last month.Unbelievable. I am changing pharmacies! Even if I stay at Walgreens it won't be in Mustang!

It is sad how bad the reviews are at this pharmacy and management has failed to address any of the issues mentioned.I have been there 3 times today and it would have been a fourth if the urgent care wasn’t so nice. They sent in prescriptions three times. They informed us that the Walgreens in Mustang lies and says they haven’t received it yet when they are running behind. They did this twice to us. They refused to talk to them or call the urgent care on the phone. They said the pharmacist would get to it when they had time. Having someone come out 3 times because you’re inadequate at your job is just sad. Someone should address these complaints.

I have Covid. My doctor called in prescription for Pavlovic last Tues. Walgreens called said they were out and it would be in on WED.and would let me know. It's 'Friday & I still haven't herd from them. I've been too sick to keep after them.

The worst Walgreens ever!!! Be ready to get treated horrible, embarrassed, and most definitely be ready to wait forever!!! And let’s not forget be ready to pay out of pocket several times due to their own mistakes, and not giving a , about the customer’s, I’ve been hung up on, I’ve waited well over an hour with my toddler who obviously was very impatient after 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for my prescription after being notified it was done, all for them to say it wasn’t after I’d been waiting an hour, Billy the old guy who works there told me to move around very rudely, and it embarrassed me, I asked when my script would be ready, and the said they had no idea to move so they could help the next person, what!!!??? I was so irritated and embarrassed.. needless to say yesterday I was told I could only pick up 2 days worth of a medication I have to have or I’m extremely sick, and I told them that, they said they were low on that medication that I’d have to wait over a week to get the majority that was left!!! So this was the end of the straw!! I canceled my and my family’s prescription’s and we are now going to a better pharmacy!!! Where they actually care, and aren’t so RUDE!!! Listen pharmacy staff nobody asked or begged you to fill out an application to work there, so if you hate your job that’s your own fault!!!!Tried Walgreens again today, and Becky that works the front register is always so rude!! Why??

I’ve given this Walgreens a couple tries now and each time the customer service gets worse. The cashiers, especially the older lady who works the register usually, are always rude. I barely talk to them because they always seem to be in a bad mood.Today I went in and luckily there was a different cashier. I asked her if she could price match an item to the app because it was a pretty significant difference in price. She told me they don’t price match and when I showed her the policy online that says they do, she told me the manager said they can’t. Are the managers just allowed to make up their own policies now? The cashier also didn’t scan part of my items so the promos they had didn’t apply.Worst Walgreens in the area.

This used to be a pretty decent place to get your prescriptions filled. But for some reason they are having issues getting people to work at this store. Not sure if it's a leadership thing, or if it's because they don't have people to hire. This is a large corporation and you would think they had people from other stores who might be able to work if they had the overtime, who knows? But waiting for hours and hours for a prescription that should not take that long to fill is unacceptable.

I’ve never been able to go to the pharmacy at this Walgreens and have a smooth experience. I scheduled a vaccine and when I arrived at my scheduled time I was asked to come back the next day. My prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. I’ve had to wait in line for 20+ minutes to pick up a prescription because they were understaffed.

Transferred all prescriptions from Walmart to Walgreens. Jumped out of the frying Pan into the fire. The worst decision. Always had to wait At least 10 minutes. Or they didn't have my obscription ready when they said it was ready. So sad to say I transferred all prescriptions back to Walmart

Terrible customer service. I've overlooked issues in the past but this was the last straw. Dr called in prescription on Thursday. Was told they were in process of filling it all day Fri. Sat. they tell me too soon (which it wasn't) then they say insurance won't pay (don't have ins.)....finally after standing holding up the line they say..we're OUT. They're back ordered. IF they would of been honest and told me to begin with I'd understand instead of dragging out and never getting med filled. Go across the street.

Worst customer care of anywhere ever. I wish I could give 0 stars. I dropped of a prescription at 4:30 that I need for an eye injury and was told I would receive a text when ready. I'm waiting and waiting, call the pharmacy hotline at 6:30 and the recording says they are still working on it. My husband's points out that the last time he knew the pharmacy closed at 7pm. I called the pharmacy hotline at 7:10 for the recording to state my scripts were ready for pickup but the pharmacy is closed. This is some bull. Why would you not tell me at drop off it wouldnt be filled today. I'm in horrible pain and will never use this pharmacy again. I'll be sure to share my experience.

Very disappointed with two employees while checking out at this location on July 8th around 11 am. I was recently diagnosed with bronchitis and had a nasty cough. I had to go in the store for medicine and wore a mask out of respect and caution… people are pretty sensitive to a cough these days. The employees must of assumed I did not have my vaccine and that is why I was wearing a mask. They spoke very loudly to make sure I heard that they were happy they received the vaccine and people who have not were selfish. I have been vaccinated but have more respect for people than they do… they were very judgmental and rude and my health is none of their business. Not the first time the customer service at this location has been awful.

My son nor I, will ever frequent Walgreens in Mustang anymore! My 14 year old was accused of having something in his pocket that he shouldn't have. Yes, it was his phone.......smh........Mark, the cashier, singled out my son and made assumptions....... This has never happened to my son before.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes for my husband’s restless leg medicine. They stated it wasn’t ready yet and to come after 8:30. When he got there a few minutes after 8:30, they closed the pharmacy! He tried to talk to the manager but was informed their was nothing they could do to help him. He needed the medication tonight! Thank goodness Yukon was much more accommodating. We will go there from now on.

If you cannot fill a person's medication for 2-3 days you should let the person know. Unacceptable!!! But you sure are quick to bill my insurance company!!! I understand being under staffed. Communication with the customer is key to success. Very, very disappointed in my hometown Walgreens pharmacy.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I asked 4 different times in the last 2 days if my sons medication was at least in stock since they are short staffed and taking forever to fill prescriptions..all 4 times I was told yes. All 4 times they straight lied to me since now I'm being told it is out of stock!! Why lie?! I could have taken my script elsewhere since you guys are soo short staffed!! My child NEEDS this medication! I've wait 2 days for it to be "filled" now it'll be 2 more days before you have more in stock...then I'm sure another 2 days for it to be actually filled. Ridiculous!! I understand being short staffed, but lying to customers?! For what reason?!

4th time they did not have my prescription ready for my daughters medication that affects her mood when she misses it. The online portal shows the medication will be ready and it never is. This time the pharmacy tech told me they had my script but would not have enough time to fill it before they closed. He told me to drive to the Yukon Walgreens and they could do it for me. I got to the Yukon Walgreens and the nice pharmacist there told me he had no idea why they would tell me that because they had to have a drs order to change the script to that location. Strike 4 for me. I'll never have a script filled here again.

There was two cars in front of me, I waited 40 mins to even get to the window. Once I got to the window, I was ignored for 5-10 mins before anyone even asked if they could help me. To then be told my son's prescription wasn't even ready. The prescription that his doctor sent to them the night before. 🤦🤦🤦 Update: went again in the morning and was told it wasn't ready come back in the afternoon. So went back, was told again it's not ready and to come back tonight. Went back and again they said it wasn't ready and that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I'm am beyond mad. So annoyed I called my son's doctor and just switched his prescription to another pharmacy. Will never ever ever ever use this pharmacy again. WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE!!! ANOTHER UPDATE: They don't have my son's prescription ready so I was going to go to another pharmacy, but that pharmacy said that the other pharmacy already billed my insurance and now I can't get it at the other pharmacy without paying for it. But yet it is still not ready for me to pick up. I am beyond angry!!!!!! Day 2 and tomorrow will be day 3 and still my son still doesn't have his medicine. My son is super sick and needs this medicine!!! This store needs to be closed. Save yourself the headache and never ever use them!!!!

No matter how long the line is behind you, do NOT leave the pharmacy drive-through until you have looked through everything you have IN DETAIL. I waited an hour and a half in line, they sent my stuff out to me, I counted the scrip bags and looked at the patient names really fast and then drove around to not hold them up, figuring if something was wrong I could run in and fix it. Sure enough, they sold me a 45.00 drug I asked to be left off, but counting didn't catch it because another bag contained multiple scrips. Went in and explained, then was directed to get back in the very long drive-through line to make the return. The drive-through staff were very nice about it, but if any company has the resources to provide the financial incentive to be adequately staffed, it's Walgreens, right? They're pharmacists. They invested in themselves so that you would hire them to provide a necessary service, not just because they love to study. Please hire more people even if it means you're forced to pay them well.

Why is the pharmacy so understaffed? Obviously my experience was awful, but at no fault of the workers. This location is insanely busy and the pharmacy is always understaffed. I asked the pharmacy reps why, and they said Walgreens cuts our hours during the summer time. Well.. there you go.

The last 3 times I have tried to fill my inhalers I have called ahead to make sure they are ready and when I get there they tell me its not ready and its at another pharmacy. I should not have to transfer a prescription more than once. I have never had so much trouble from any other walgreens. They clearly do not communicate with each other or the customers properly. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Will not be back to this location!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would.This Walgreens has turned into a nightmare!! Went to pick up a prescription that was called in 1-2 hrs ago. Get there and the kid JAKOB yes I said kid! Was extremely rude, told me that they won't fill the prescription tonight it would be sometime tomorrow! Walgreens do better because you just lost a customer that has been using your pharmacy for 10+ years!! CVS here we come!!
