I have been bring my dog here for over a year now! They are absolutely amazing. My dog hates to get her nails done, but they take their time and hold her while they grind them. They know her by name when I bring her and get the job done fairly quick and always smells pleasant when I pick her up. What sets the apart is the photo I receive after her visit! They have different themes that are so thoughtful and cute!

We LOVE Paw Spa Elite! We’ve been coming here for about 2 years now and they always make my Dorothy girl look and feel so go good! They offer lots of services and add ons so we can cater to her needs as they change. They love on my baby so much and always take the cutest pics for me. All the photos they’ve taken over the years are such a wonderful keepsake that I know I will treasure forever!

I had the best experience using The Paw Spa Elite. It was my pups first time and the staff was so sweet and professional. They made sure to make sure my little girl had the best experience and came out squeaky clean and adorable with a cute bandana too and pic. They were also able to get me in very short notice and work within my schedule. Definitely will use again!!!

Okay, the first time we took our dogs up there and had no problems razor our hard-headed dog, but he may way 20 pounds but won't bite he just gets nervous. The first visit went smooth. The girls up there at the Mustang location were great they handled razer calmly, and he got a bath and a sweet haircut. Now our second visit was quite the opposite, took both hex and razor there, and hex got a bath while razor wasn't having the new guy at all because razor didn't like being Locked in a cage for however long he sat in there. So I get a call saying that he couldn't handle my 20 pound half chiwawa and schnauzer mix well the girl that cut his hair the first time she had no problems with him. So we walked out of there paying 80 bucks for one tiny dog bath and razor got no bath and I had to hold razor while the new guy is what he said tried cutting his hair I could tell the dude was scared of razor and razor didn't even get a even cut so the second experience up there really was not good. But the first one with the girls handling him went perfectly. I would give 5 stars, but new guy blew it.

Paw Spa Elite is the best! My German Shepherd had bad skin allergies and hot spots that disappeared after setting up a grooming routine. He’s a much happier boy! My Australian Shepherd doesn’t like to sit still for very long, but the employees are so nice and gentle with him that he comes home happy and handsome! It’s easy to schedule and pay for the services, and a very cute photo is included.

I love the Paw Spa. They are elite just like their name states. They are convenient they did a fabulous job on my puppy and then they send a picture of your dog when they are finished and they allow you to pay by card cash or on the phone you make an appointment just like you would your own hair. It took them about 50 minutes to groom my dog and he turned out fabulous thank you Nova and Paw Spa. My dog Bruiser will be using them from now on.

They always do such a good job with our small senior dog! He has a lot of lumps and bumps and his skin so we always worry taking him to the groomers. He has had an incident at another salon where he came back with multiple wounds because they weren't careful with the clippers. We never have to worry about that with Paw Spa Elite Mustang. Highly recommend this salon!

I loved my experience here! My dog sheds and is extra stinky and they gave him the deshedding and odor control shampoo and it works great! Not to mention the ladies up there are so sweet and treat my boy very well!

I would rate them A MILLION!!! I have yorkies and I absolutely LOVE how tahti was done!!! She was done exactly as I like to keep her. Jack and Bruno look fabulous as well. They don't look scraggly at all and I love how they smell when they come home. They smell normal not an over perfumed gross mess!!! You guys are the BEST!!

I’m so impressed with how well they took care of my boy! He is a rescue so I was nervous about how he would do but he loved it and was super happy when I picked him up! He is so soft, smells great, and is perfectly tidy now. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be back!

This was my first time to take my Australian Shepherd to The Paw Spa Elite and I was very pleased with the care and grooming she received! She was pretty matted but they had her looking like a different dog! I will definitely be using them again!

Today, I dropped my chi chi off at The paw Spa. When I came to retrieve her, my groomer Jessi let me know of a patch that was missing hair.. She asked if I had noticed any biting or scratching. Took my baby to the vet and she said that she had a skin allergy and an ear infection. Thanks for going above and beyond with your care for my pup. We greatly appreciate you and will be forever customers.

Out of all the groomers I have used, this company is the most amazing. From getting us in at the last minute, to taking the greatest care of my sweet Aussie doodle, who had become matted from swimming so much, they are fabulous! I’m super impressed with their client service and will take all of my puppies to them from now on. Very reasonable pricing as well!
