Went with my husband to buy a refrigerator here in mustang, and we were helped by a gentleman named Keven. He was absolutely wonderful! I am so thankful for him and his time. He definitely went above and beyond. Keven at the mustang location, thank you for being such a kind and genuinely helpful gentleman!

This is a very delayed review. I’m very much a Home Depot guy, but this Lowe’s is the closer option. Last summer I was in the market to buy a new lawn mower on a Sunday afternoon. I went there and had it picked out and pulled out in the aisle. I went to ask for help and a cart and they just pawned me off and told me to seek help on the other side of the store. I said f it and left and paid $200 more at Atwood’s just because they recognized my existence. That experience has been the standard when I go to this store. I give a 3 star instead of 1, because 3 weeks ago I went there and they actually recognized my existence as a human. The humans that work there are decent folks, just need some coaching on basic customer service.

Got an email saying my lawnmower was ready so I went to pick up at curbside like directions say. I communicated correctly and it seemed like it was a great system. We waited 30 minutes with food in the car thinking it can't be much longer but when 30 minutes was a reality and our food was cold. I went in to realize we were just being ignored and my order was not being filled and was never ready! We waited 15 more minutes to get it from the back. This was a 45 minute wait for something that was supposed to be ready. I did not rush you but you made this a bad experience and ruined my dinner that was not their fault. I will not order online from this store again.

I want to give a shout out to Nick at the Mustang location. His patience and knowledge was very appreciated. I was helped a couple of months ago by a store manager I think who also was very helpful. Sorry, I forgot his name. Both of them helped me in the lumber area. I appreciate the workers at this store because they ask if they can help before even asking. The employees here are very kind I've noticed. One thing I don't care for are the new self help checkouts that seem sooo much slower than when they had actual cashiers. Keep up the good work Mustang Lowes.😃

Bought a washer with delivery and set up online. Delivery time 12-4. Took off work only to sit all day and not get my washer delivered until 615. Then they refused to let me keep my washing machine pedestal said they had to take the whole thing. Um NO. Só now I have my old washer and my new washer sitting in my living room so my husband and son in law can install it tomorrow even though I paid for installation and haul off. They also made my husband disconnect the old washer hoses. Then left without shutting the door and let my dog out. Very unprofessional, very sketchy. Never again Lowes.

Usually have a pretty good experience with this location,but this morning checked their company website to see when they open and it said 7am. Got there around 7:15 to go find they aren't open until 8am. Tried to call the main office number and it said that it was disconnected. Ended up calling the Yukon location since it said they also opened at 7am. They answered their phones and said they are indeed open at 7am so the Mustang location lost out on some sales. It was just weird.

Poor customer service and a lot of back stabbers also managers picking favorite people and treating them better then the rest.. the ceo of lowes is a lazy man he should personally be checking on all his stores. My wife worked at lowes for over 9 years and in that 9 years she never got to move up not one job position even though the management would tell her to apply we need a woman like you to straighten out this mess my wife is very good at book keeping, accounting, she can do any job that lowes had to do but since nobody could do the kinda work she was doing lowes stuck her there for about 7 to 9 years she finally quit the store when they hired a.new manager I won't say her name but she ran quite a few people off. And if you want any more stars from me lowes has alot of priorities they need to fix like there turn over Rate well if you would pay them right with the cost of living and don't be a huge ahold you may start getting some better store teams but when u don't treat people fairly you get the horns and they quit 😉 let's see if anything changes

Had a price up that was not right and refused to give to me … unusually I wasn’t in the mood and actually let it go but still a little peeved about it because I know retail and I know what’s right not to mention the law but anywho I’m not gonna be all crazy lol but luckily it was half off .. it pays to choose your battles sometimes although it seems I’m still battling it lol

The installation contractor was awesome. The Lowe's person who helped us place the order was less than helpful ... he didn't mention the custom dog door we ordered, needed to have the actual dog door ordered as well. It all worked out with a quick trip to Lowe's to get the actual doggie door.

Same old store, but lost stars due to now all self checking. If someone wasn't with me, I'd have left with nothing. Then it messed up for them and the person working, so we had to move to another area to get checked out.

Placed an online order, got all my items which is great. I figured I'd get a few more things before i left, the pinpad asked if i wanted cash back, and i hit no. Yet it still charged me extra and gave me cash that I didn't need. Not a fan of this at all. Be weary

Stopped by Lowe's to purchase a few items. 1st time at this one and the staff are really helpful here. They also employ active military members. Had what I needed. Recommend this location.

They always seem to have what I need but their associates aren’t very helpful. I’ve had them tell me they’re going to get someone else to help me (because they didn’t know how to answer a question) and no one ever came, or I’ve had them be pretty condescending about answering some of the questions I’ve had (which I expect since I’m a woman but not from other women!) There was one older gentleman in plumbing that was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything on a small project I was doing though - really genuine, knowledgable and sweet! Wish I knew his name to give him praise.

A true DIY store….can’t find a flat cart anywhere in the store and when you ask if someone can bring a 106 pound item to the front because you can’t find a cart and no employee ever asks if you need help, they just give directions on where you can find a cart in Lawn & Garden or outside in the parking lot. Terrible customer service and I now remember why Lowe’s is last store I go to for anything.

This man was INCREDIBLE RUDE to my wife.We can into Lowe’s to get some help to find 12ft lumber to fix our storage unit. We had patiently waited for him to finish with the customers he was with before my aunt finishes question he cut her off with a Hard NO and proceed to talk to his buddies.Working in a sales representative environment I do believe that you should give your customers a little bit more respect than what he was able to provide. He didn’t even have the courtesy to make eye contact when the question was asked. Buy all of our things for any and all of our projects at Lowe’s being veteransThis employee needs to retake a course on manners and customer service.We won’t be coming back to this Lowe’s location after this poor experienceThank you Jeremiah.

Lowe’s delivery service needs serious improvement. We took delivery of 3 refrigerators and they had to be returned because of damage. 2 out of 3 were without a doubt caused during delivery as they banged into counters. The 4th refrigerator was installed without damage.We were told we would get a discount and still haven’t received it.

My local Lowes in Mustang just removed all of the checkout lanes and replaced them ALL with SELF CHECKOUT!PUTS PEOPLE OUT OF A JOB.

Use the app to find the products in the store the employees never know what basic items are like sheet rock and nail hole patch , and the saddest one was someone didnt know what a air duct hose is . Oh well the stores clean and they actually have a good app that guides you to find the item.
