Love love love this CVS!!! Ever single person in that pharmacy is a freaking rockstar!!! Can not even count the number of times they have gone way out of their way to help me out!! Truly love these peeps!!!

Love the head pharmacist. He's been there for at least 13 years and he's always available to answer any questions you may have. He works hard and you can tell he enjoys his job.

To the lady that talked down to me in the pharmacy.I came to CVS this past week to transfer my prescriptions from another non CVS pharmacy. Everything went fine.. Until I talked to you. I explained to the first lady, which was quite nice what I needed. You called me back. You said "Walmart has no record of me having anything with them". I ask you if different Walmarts have different records. You said "yes". You also added "I'm not googling anything for you to find your records". "I'm much too busy to take care of you". At which point you hung up. I was still asking questions when you did. What people skills you have. The only reason that I can think of for you to act like that is you get payed by the job. If you got payed by the hour, you would have taken the time to listen to my other questions. I'll be taking my prescriptions back to to Walmart. They at least take the time to listen and answer all my questions. My insurance company asked me to move to CVS which I gladly did. Well thanks to you... No thanks. To the manager of this CVS. Is this the best that CVS has to offer. You can surely do much better than this.

I went in to CVS on 152 and Mustang Rd to get my Covid booster. I walked up to the concierge desk and encountered a young lady, who I asked about getting my booster. She asked if I had an appointment. I wasn’t aware of the process to get said booster. I asked if there were any available. She said that she would have to go to the website just like I would have had to. She asked for my license, Covid vaccination card and insurance card. I was having a little issue finding my insurance card and said that CVS has my insurance on file. She cut me off, saying that she was going on the app so she had nothing. I found the card quickly. Gave it to her. Through this whole interaction, the young lady was very short with me and not friendly. I felt like I was putting her out by asking her to check for an appointment.She then told me that the only appointment available today was at 7:00pm. I told her I didn’t want it. She asked if I wanted her to check another day, to which I said no. I would go elsewhere.I went to my car and pulled up the CVS app on my phone. I was searching the other locations near me for an available appointment today. I came across the store that I was currently at (Hwy 152 and Mustang Rd). I pulled up available appointments for today and there were appointments all afternoon available. The first one available was 2:30pm which I scheduled.My question for anyone at CVS is why did the young lady blatantly lie to me? This lady works at your concierge desk! She is supposed to be helpful.I give the young man who gave me my booster 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He was wonderful!!! Never felt the shot!!!

Came here for the second and last vaccine. The pharmacist claimed we needed our original vaccine card. The nurse who gave us the shot had no idea why the pharmacist made it a big deal. She went back after she gave us our last shot and wrote us two new vaccine cards. CVS also provides you with a digital proof of these copies. Why did the pharmacist insist we needed the original card? He even stated we needed to come back after our shot to have him fill it out. That was ridiculous. Thank God for the nurse. She knew what she was doing. 5/5 for her, 1/5 for the silly pharmacist.

I’ll be switching to Walgreens. They never have any medication in stock (this has been probably the 3rd time they didn’t have my prescription medication in stock) and I talked to them for two days about it to finally be told I need to call around to other pharmacies to ask if they have the medication then call my dr to send it to another pharmacy. Wasted time, days without my medication, because no one seems to know what they’re doing up there. Now my drs office is closed and I am potentially looking at going a total of 4 days without a medication that has serious effects if you stop suddenly. I am more than angry and the pharmacist (not randy he’s great) gave me an attitude acting like I didn’t have a right to be angry.

I waited 40 minutes to pick up a prescription. Then the lady was rude to me for absolutely no reason. Having good customer service is so important, especially after having to wait an hour for a 2 minute pickup.I shouldn’t have to wait almost an hour to get a prescription whenever they ask for a good pick up time and I tell them the previous hour.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling and disgusting treatment of my grandmother.She ordered medication from them to be delivered via mail. When it arrived one bottle had two separate mg types of pills. I took my grandmother up there to get it fixed, and they proceeded to blame first the post office, and then my grandmother herself for the mixup!She's never had this medication before so I truly wish to know where the pharmacist thought she got these incorrect pills.My grandmother is of sound mind, and these are non-narcotic medications. This should've been a quick fix, maybe an apology sprinkled in on their part, and be done. But no. My saint of a woman grandmother gets verbally assaulted and accused of being senile. I will spread this story for the rest of my life. Screw CVS.

Randy, lead Pharmacist and I believe Manager of the Pharmacy, is really pleasant and friendly. He will always stop to help you with something other than a script if needed. Will, another Pharmacist is also the same. The rest of the staff at this CVS is great and why I go the extra miles to use this one. Scripts are filled promptly and correctly everytime. They just always go above and beyond and it is muchly appreciated!

I love CVS! This store and the one on Mustang Rd. too. The cashiers are very nice! They are always available to help someone! Even the pharmacist comes out to help people too. They are in tune to what is going on in the store as well as the Pharmacy. CVS also carries a lot of products that the Ulta store carries! You have so many choices for each product. Just try CVS! You won’t be disappointed!

I miss having my prescriptions filled at CVS. Wal-Mart and Walgreens can't seem to get it together. My cheesy insurance, however doesn't allow CVS. I have never had pharmacy problems at any CVS/Long's. No wrong drugs dispensed like Walgreens. No running it through the wrong insurance repeatedly like Walmart.Less expensive than non-chain pharmacies. And convenient because they are spread out almost everywhere. I still go to CVS for OTC items. Also will be choosing a plan that includes CVS now that it's open enrollment. Go CVS. You won't regret it.

My medications are always filled in a reasonable amount of time at CVS. Randy, one of the pharmacists, is super friendly and knowledgeable. I really feel like the employees genuinely care about you and making sure you’re taken care of.

I am giving this store five stars because of Randy the head pharmacist. Randy provides a very high level of customer service. He is the most helpful, pleasant and competent pharmacist that I've ever had. He goes the extra mile for his customers and I ve seen him go the extra mile for the people who work for him. I ve heard horror stories about other CVS pharmacies dispensing the wrong medicines and incorrect quantities, but you will not have that problem at CVS in Mustang!

The people who work here are so helpful from the front to the back. The pharmacy staff is helpful and will take the time to explain anything you don't understand without y OU u feeling like they have some where else to be. They are all awesome. The front staff is always so pleasant and seem like they are genuinely happy to see you

Horrible customer service! I just moved to Mustang & had my prescriptions moved to this CVS. They have 2 lanes, but apparently you can only drop off on the outside lane. I was told I could pull back through (after already waiting) & wait in the other lane (which had 5 cars in it) to pick up. Then I was told that they were out of stock on the one prescription I needed to drop off, & that it “may” be back in stock sometime tomorrow. Awful customer service!

Had an appointment there. When I got there. They had a sign on the front door saying their stuff was down, sorry. Just closed the doors to all customers. Very bizarre. Reminds me why I always try Walgreens first. And CVS last.

I'm here probably every other week. It's not just a place to get your medicine it's also a place to shop of gifts, decorations, & food. If you have a card you get lots of coupons and discounts. The people are very friendly. Thanks, Connie

Was very unsatisfied with cvs today:/Normally I prefer going to cvs instead of Walmart cause it gets crowded but today the man working who looked like a manager completely ignored me as if I wasn’t even there then after he finished doing what he was doing he asked if I needed help with an attitude.

The young pharmacist who gives the shots needs to practice more--I think he hit the bone in my arm - the last time my arm hurt this much was back in 1969 and we had to get numerous shots before moving to Puerto Rico

They don’t take major insurance’s!! Wasted my time, they should’ve told me before I waited in line, and waited 2 days for my prescription, all to tell me they didn’t even take my insurance!!
