Arrived at the auto care area with a damaged Tire while driving from Texas to Michigan (was run off the road). The two automotive shop attendants informed me that it was Friday and one of them was leaving. I said that's okay I don't mind if it takes a little longer. They replied you don't understand, if there's only one 'mechanic' they're not allowed to work on any cars! I said then why don't you both go home and just close the doors? They said the auto area stays open until 7:00 p.m. so they couldn't do that. Absolutely stupid. Especially frustrating when you damage a tire on a trip and arrive with plenty of time to buy a tire, according to their posted hours, and website hours.

My husband and I went here after an appointment at the Muskogee VA hospital. We went grocery shopping and then stopped at their Taco Bell they have right there inside the store. This very friendly and welcoming man named AB greeted us and made sure we were taken care of. I told him I had never seen a Taco Bell inside of a wal -mart before. He made our first visit very memorable to say the least. He was very courteous and cordial, and made our experience what I would consider to be very uplifting. Because of the this, we will definitely be returning!! Thank you, AB!!

Not worth being a W+ member in regard to food delivery. Apparently paying for the membership still doesn’t afford you the respect of a phone call when they don’t have the people to deliver your stuff, or notify you that you food order isn’t coming. Simple phone call to inform me of the issue, and I would have just came and got it. Wasn’t a last minute order that was placed. You guys had 6 hrs. You set the time. Then can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Tip is pre-payed for the driver, for a crazy long scheduled appointment time, to blow the delivery, without informing us. Totally unacceptable.

I would give this store a 0 if I could. I have come here 3 times now and it's been an epic FAIL every time! This time we drove over an hour to get here because their website said they had a specific product. We got here only to be told (after having to search for an actual person), that they "probably don't have it out yet...they won't be done unloading the truck for like another 3 or 4 hours"... Seriously??? Won't make that trip again.

I'm assuming once you become salary at this walmart you don't have to work. It's just point and yell at those below you. Every time I'm here I see coaches standing around yelling for people to get on registers while they stand there and look dumb with their hands in their pockets instead of jumping in and leading by example. If it's such a rush to fill the registers then step up and stop being lazy and acting like you are to good to do 10 minutes of work. This walmart has a very toxic feeling environment for the employees. That stems from management. Employees look miserable and sound miserable when you talk to them. Seems there needs to be an overhaul on management at this store to create a more positive feeling and environment for their people.

Very kind and helpful employees. Even if you frequently come near closing time. I want to thank all of them for their patience and helpfulness. I have never been treated with anything but respect and kindness(even though i had trouble with my account). Please make sure they know they are appreciated. I've been on my job 20 yrs, not so much as a, kiss my %&$s.

Horrible customer service yesterday great way to start 2024 out not! All thanks to your worst worker Tanya at the self check out, she looked as if she would loved to have killed me. Tanya seriously has issues. I do not understand why they keep that women employed she cannot have one lick of customer service experience and if she does she doesn't show it. Thinking about asking for the camera footage to see the ugly stare she gave me because I believe I may have a law suit. You can't just treat people just any old way an get away with it now days. People deserve respect but shopping here with Tanya employed you won't receive it!

I would personally like to say that most of the workers in this Walmart especially the upfront associates are amazing!! And I would have to disagree with CERTAIN negative recent comments about a certain associate named Tanya. She works hard and is a very kind person who you can always count on!

This Walmart Supercenter has a very large selection for most everything that Walmart carries in any given Supercenter. This facility is usually kept very clean, and fully stocked, except for those over excessively higher than normal traffic days and even then those that stock the shelves in the daytime hours are alway working vigilantly to correct the stock on hand. This facility has a banking center, and a larger than normal amount of registers for checkout. Customer Service is usually very helpful and knowledgeable to assist in anyway they can help. This isn't my normal Walmart Supercenter, but I make it a point to use these services when in Muskogee, Ok and am most generally satisfied, by the exceptional work performed by the patron staff.

Wow, was I impressed! I visited this store around 7am on Sunday morning. The store was clean and well stocked. The associates were friendly and I complimented them on such an impressive store. To look like that after what I know had to be a super busy Saturday going into Thanksgiving was just delightful! I don’t normally leave Walmart reviews, but was so impressed I wanted to share. Thank you Walmart Muskogee for that great experience.

Employees are rude and unprofessional. I'm followed around the store the entire time I'm in there. I think it's funny cause how much money is walking out while they watch me browse the merchandise as I stroll through leisurely... Although now that I think of it, I can't remember the last time an associate at this store offered assistance. Even when trying to purchase a touchscreen 2 n 1 tablet/laptop the employees didn't even want to look to see what was in stock... I left without spending money that time...

Poor. Out of all of their accessable carts for disabled, most were dead. 5 in the parking lot, 3 in different aisles, one at under 15% that barely moved.They have also removed several disabled parking spots. They didn't have enough to begin with and management goes and removes at least 2 spots per row.Highly disappointing how Walmart treats it's disabled customers.

The overweight grey hair lady that watches self check out was RUDE, their self check out scanner was FILTHY and I was having a hard time scanning my items. She RUDLY came over n said that my chicken didn’t scan. My husband said she had shoved past him to get where I was at. I told her about the filthy scanner and she just waved me off like I was a nuisance. I always have a bad experience there. Only had a good experience with Jenny in the pharmacy.

Never Seen a Store So Empty... They Had Stockers but everyone was moving as Sneals. Its in Pure Leadership... No accountability or Sense of Urgency PERIOD. Didnt see 1 Manager on floor and I went throughout whole Store.. for Over a Hr shopping.. Wow..! HORRIBLE!!Week later.... STILL WORST STORE IN COMPANY. HAS TO BE!!!

JD in electronics was the most helpful person I e ever encountered in a Walmart anywhere. He patiently showed me how to use the Affirm program to help me purchase a TV and computer monitor. He then even suggested a better monitor that was only $20 more. He then preceded to load my purchases and bring them to my car. 5 stars!!!!

Not to Walmart but to the taco bell.The cook was Extremely rude with me and all of the elderly people. That was waiting for their food. If they had any questions he would Snap back with an attitude. There was a few times that he snapped at me.They have no supervisor there and that man's by himself I get it. That is overworked. But the attitude really needs to be fixed

They need to hire more cashiers also they moved almost everything around so you can't find anything. It was already crowded in there now even more so with the Walmart workers who fill pickup orders. They need to be 24hrs again because it's to many people running you over. And the bathroom gets all stopped up because the tiny hallway.

Always find what I need and then some. If you've never tried the woodwick candles get you one! They last a long time and I only burn my for an hour but the room smells nice into the next day! The thyme and table brand is awesome too.

The worst Walmart I've ever visited has got to be this one. It greatly saddens me that this Walmart does not have a good selection of fishing poles stocked. Don’t even bother asking for assistance because there’s always nobody at the counter. For some reason everyone is on lunch break. Horrible customer service and no accountability whatsoever.

Very disappointed in this Walmart closing 30 minutes early without signage or warning. Wasn't able to get the last couple items I needed for my Thanksgiving dish. The employees didnt hear me out, only said they were closed and completely ignored me the rest of the time i was there asking questions. Will most likely start going to a neighboring town's Walmart from now own based on this experience.

So Monday was my husband's birthday and I wanted to get him some cologne so on my lunch break I went to Walmart. Initially I could Not Find The Christmas special perfume and Cologne. I instead located the cologne by the pharmacy that's locked up. I stopped several workers but nobody had a key or a walkie to page some one with a key so I asked the pharmacy to call. I wanted several minutes and no one came Not wanting to leave in case somebody showed up I called Customer service and let them know the situation again I heard them page somebody over the intercom yet again. After another 10 minutes or so I called them again and again they paged somebody over the intercom. Mind you they didn't specify who to come it was more a broad anyone willing please go. Of course yet again, nobody came. By this point another Woman was waiting with me. She had decided that since I had called/paged assistance already, she might as well wait too. After almost thirty plus minutes taking up over half of my lunch i called Customer service and advised them that they would need to select someone to come as paging people and hoping they would come wasnt working. Shortly after a white man in a red shirt came claiming he was a manager. He apologized helped me get my fragrances and with my fragrances in his hand he helped the white lady that was waiting with me get hers. He preceeded to give the white lady her fragrance who then left to finish her shopping... me on the other hand, he clutched mine tight and resolved to follow me to the register. I didn't make a scene or make it awkward. Ive been mixed all my life and tatted for half of it so I'm no stranger to judgemental people. I casually said okay lets go then my stuff is at the register towards the front *mind you i was done shopping and had left my stuff with a Walmart employee managing self check out who knew i was running to the back to get cologne so clearly if i was trying to steal i had already put a spotlight on myself. Furthermore bsremind I'm also a registered nurse so I'm wearing scrubs. Unfortunately nurse or not i might as well be wearing nothing but my skin color and tattoos the way some people develop tunnel vision and stereotype me. Just as others im encountered working at Walmart i would go as far as to say he was racist. I know the policy is to carry the fragrances up front for the customer but then why did he hand the white lady hers to leave.... on the way to the register he showed me the Christmas fragrances and I opted to buy two from that stand instead. The Christmas ones cost me more because they were kits full of stuff. But it was worth it, plus I didn't have a Walmart manager following me around like a thief when I bought them. I shop their almost daily and it's just crazy to be racially profiled in 2023.

It’s a Walmart in a smaller town. The staff is not as miserable as the ones in the city, and are more helpful and friendly. But, it’s a Walmart. Everything you need.
