I don't appreciate being followed through the store and even out to my car like I was stealing something. I'm a Hotwheels collector, and I was just looking at them. Dude had the nerve to talk to me casually while he was doing price checks and follow me all the way to my car and then goes back inside. He doesn't again he will be confronted. You DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!

It's always a pleasant experience here they say hello when you walk in the door. The pharmacy is great never have wait more than 14 min for a prescription. The line is never long at check out and they have a rewards program to save you money. Walgreens is my go to pharmacy!

I was over charged .I called store.I was kept on hold for twenties minutes and switched around to 4 different people I was told to bring receipt. I brought receipt .I was then told to go back and get item. I explained my disability and that I was walking it concerned them none this where I get my meds from,so i was a little frustrated about this by they way they handled the whole thing they brought it to the attention of the whole store and then waited till I came back on a whole different visit and told me I wasent allowed in store and called police I was amazed at the oversized lady telling me loudly get out get out when I was already leaving she made a seen that was u necessary very unprofessional. They have no respect for the black human race just the beginning the whites are in a uproar like when police killing are young black men I believe there on there way again.watch out mypeople.

The manager Donald was very kind but the employee Claudia was VERY rude. I understand if they couldn’t help me with my return but there was no reason for her to be snarky to me when I was being nothing but kind. I was confused and explaining what happened in my situation and she all but called me a liar. She said that we asked for something that we didn’t to try to save her butt with the manager. If you messed up, own up to it and deal with the consequences (which wouldn’t have been big anyways-this wouldn’t have been her fault at all, it was another worker).Thank you Donald for trying your best to help me. You are greatly appreciated.

I only come here because they’re a FedEx drop-off / pick-up location. I brought a box to be shipped and they found it in their system, but they didn’t want to take it because they were unsure what to do with it. It seems like these places don’t want to bother with FedEx items. I wish I didn’t have to deal with FedEx either, but it wasn’t my choice to use them.

I just visited this location for a passport photo. They had a line at the picture counter but it was moving at a good pace. The assistant manager took my photo and got it all ready for me. It was about 16-17$. I have gone to a Walgreens for many of my passport photos. I highly recommend them!

Can’t not believe the nerve of this store. We did an online pickup of 6 items. Some were over the counter medicines that are very similar. Infants this, childrens that. My husband goes and picks up our order and comes home. When I get up to give out the kids medicine we’re missing two items that we paid for.I called and spoke with 3 different people before getting to the manager. I explain my situation and the old woman who bagged it said she scanned the items and even went down the infant isle. The manager said oh I see where you scanned all of the items. The lady was rude and implying that I was lying!! I told her I didn’t receive two of the 6 items and I need them. If they’re out of stock (one person who answered the hold said if I didn’t get them it’s because they were out of stock) I needed my money back. She got rude and said we can’t give you a refund back. I said well I need the items I paid for and if it’s out of stock you will give me my money back.I’m 7 months pregnant with 4 kids at home who are all sick. The nerve of these women to suggest I was lying about receiving two over the counter medicines when I didn’t is beyond me and because of this lack of customer service and unwilling to help until I get mad is why I will NEVER shop here again. It was my first and damn sure my last. Stay away from here unless you like being treated like this. I’ll definitely be taking this up with corporate.

This Walgreens need a course in customer service I really never complain this is probably the second review in my life! But they let me sit in the drive thru for 15 mins before I pressed the calm button(3 people in there) and another 15 mins later they came on to tell me rhey close at 6! There website said 9pm? Who's in the wrong here me waiting patiently for 20 out of the 30 mins or them for not either updating their website or posting a change In hours? I know Walgreens probably doesn't care but they've lost my business and anyone who ever asks me! Period...

I have prescriptions that need filled each month. You can drop off and be told 30 minutes and come back in 30 minutes and still not ready. If the pharmacist and certain workers take your scripts they are very prompt and helpful. However, certain other workers seem to want to give you the run around each time. It gets frustrating at times. I have considered changing pharmacies, but the insurance and hassle has deferred me each time. When the good workers are there it's a pleasant experience.

They gave me the wrong prescription, and when informed them that it wasn't correct they claimed they couldn't read the prescription from the doctor. They tried to call my doctor but my doctors office was closed, and sent me away with the paper script the doctor gave me to take back to the doctor. An hour later I received a notification that they were filling the prescription. I am not playing with my life, so I canceled that and found another pharmacy. The new pharmacy had no problem reading the same script.

This pharmacy is hands down the worst I've dealt with from any Walgreens. My wife called to make sure my medication would be ready and the lady was insanely rude demanding I tell her what time I will be there because she already filled it and we didn't pick it up. There was no consideration that maybe something happened that I couldn't get there. Then I go to pick up on the time we told her we would be there and she says it's not ready and to come back in 20 minutes. I waited 30 and went back and she told me again it would be 30 minutes I told her she already told me that and she just hung up the phone and walked away from me.

If I could give a zero star rating I would because it doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. Worst pharmacy ever, and before people claim it to be because of the short staff it have always been bad for years. Terrible service, rude staff, takes several hours to fill the prescription if they even have it. If they do have it and it’s surprisingly not out of stock and given to you in a shockingly timing manner they have usually forgotten one of the prescription. They are closed without any notice or sign posted and no one knows why, it is ALWAYS something with this pharmacy

My son is disabled so he needs medications every night. I called his PEDIATRICIAN asking why this pharmacy didn't have his meds ready. The PEDIATRICIAN'S office called & they told me they did have his medicine ready for pickup so I go only to be told by some LADY in the pharmacy window that she can put a order for it but it won't be ready till tomorrow morning. Keep in mind my son's disabled he NEEDS HIS MEDS FOR BEDTIME. HE IS ONLY A CHILD. SO UPSETTING. Even tho the PEDIATRICIAN'S office told me they should be able to give me his meds no problem. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION. NOT PUTTING CHILDREN'S HEALTH 1ST.

Awesome staff always very friendly. A couple of them even know me by name just by stopping in so often. They always have specials on drinks so I’m always looking for new things to go on sale so I can check them out on a budget also there cologne and perfume prices are some of the cheapest in town for name brand. Be sure to get a rewards card because that’s how you get all the deals.

They keep the place pretty well stocked and have a good variety of everyday items which is convenient when you don't feel like running to the supermarket. Their pharmacy is usually pretty quick and you can do a little shopping while you wait for your prescription to be filled. The location is convenient. Drive thru service is available at the pharmacy. Only downside is that it is a little pricier and they do close earlier than the Walgreen's on the other side of town.

I went to the drive thru waited as the car ahead of me was taking a long time. I go inside LouAnn went to retrieve my prescription she had it in her hand then asked me to move and let the lady behind me go I did then asked her why ? She stated the lady had been in the drive thru before coming in. I explained to her I had too ! She didn't have a legitimate reason to why she made me move to the side & allow the lady to go ahead of me.

Everyone in my family has needed a script for something or another this week so I've had three dealings with the pharmacy. Each time I've given them 4+ hours time from drop off of script until pick up. Never ready and each time I've been given a ridiculous BS excuse. One time they called and said the script was ready only to get there and find out it wasn't. The service is horrible at this store, go elsewhere!!

This Walgreens hires people with serious mental problems. A woman named Barbara, who i only know through Facebook and never met, works in photo. She had been harassing me .. i warned her if she contacted me again i would contact the police. Well not knowing she worked at this Walgreens, i went and placed an order. Later she saw my photo order, with my phone number, and texted me about 1:00 AM that morning !! I had a friend go into Walgreens with a complaint letter for the manager and the Asst. Manager, Morgan Tipton didnt seem concerned that they have a psycho harassing their customers. We are contacting the Walgreens district office and the police to file a report. I would avoid this Walgreens especially their photo department .. or this person could start harassing you as well and the store wont think anything serious should be done. They have no idea the extent of her mental disturbances ... although the assistant manager herself admitted Barbara was "strange". Oh man she has no idea !! Just because i did my photos there .. their employees are harassing me at 1:00 AM ?!

As someone that has been taking pain meds for about ten years it still annoys the hell out of me when I get that look from a pharmacist. What bothers me even more in this instance is that he doesn't have time to fill my prescription for my pain meds bc he has to fill out paperwork with it, yet he has time to take no less than 5 prescriptions after i came in and give a flu shot. I will never use this pharmacy again for anything. I would rather drive the 3 hours back to okc then give this pharmacy one more penny of my money.

Amazing how everyone gives us bad reviews but what they don't see is we are so short staff in the pharmacy because of covid and customer cussing and screaming at us for stuff we can't control that they quit most of the time the people who are working in the back are people in the front end of the store and pharmacy isn't are mean spot we do try are best with what we have but with med + covid test + vaccine it easy to fall behind God bless and be safe

I actually switched from Coweta to this walgreens. Alot better service, not at all judgemental. Because coweta, I wore sweats one day, just bummin not feelin it, and I got the "nasty" look, hateful, and refused my goodrx coupon. So this is my new walgreens fo sho!

Every time I get a prescription filled here it takes at least 2 days. Or if I dont want to wait in the store for 3 hours. And everytime I come back they get slower and slower. Will not continue to use walgreens.

I called to make an appointment and the pharmacist told me not to and to just come in so we went in and he said that they're fully booked and can't give any. Do not use this Walgreens the pharmacist doesn't know what he's doing.

I occasionally have prescriptions to fill staff is always rude and always at least a 30 minute wait definitely will start going somewhere else as I write this been sitting in drive thru for 25 minutes and haven't moved at all still 2 cars in front of me
