Their Retriever dog food has made my dogs starve themselves. They all quit eating and have been fighting more and I had to wait till payday to get them a new food so they will eat finally. They look like I've been starving them on purpose. Any store that will sell that garbage that makes animals starve themselves shouldn't be a store.

Smaller store but still decent selection. Found what we needed fairly easy. Only complaint was having a single cashier and she was far from speedy ringing people out. Got 7 or 8 people in line before some one else decided to come help checkout.

Very typical small Tractor Supply.Clean and well stocked.They have everything you come to expect.This location has trailers for sale as well as for rent. Plenty of Tractor accessories as well.

Love this store. I get all my pet supplies here. Way cheaper than Wally world. A package of 100 XXL pee pads for dogs is only $29 dollars can't beat that. They have s good variety of pet food and chicken feed etc.

Bad customer service. I purchased a bag of dog food, got it home and it was molded inside. Took it back, exchanged it, second bag was the same way, so third trip in, I asked to open the third bag, guess what, it was moldy. Manager hassled me for a refund, tried to get me to buy another brand, so I did. Came back a month or so later, bought that brand, opened it up in the parking lot, same thing, moldy. Simple, your product sucked, pull them because it's obvious that selling a good product doesn't matter. I haven't been in since.

Clean store, friendly associates, welcomed every visit.TSC has a little bit of almost everything. If you can't find it, ask someone before you leave. More outside than most realize.Well stocked with the feed and supplies I was looking for.Plenty of parking in the front, trailer parking area available.

Great resource for animal feeds and care products. But have some wonderful options on clothing and accessories. We frequent tsc and orschelns regularly for our family whether it's the animal or human variety.

Only giving a 1 for the employees working 5/12/2023 at around 6PM. The cashier was talking on the phone while she was checking me out. She was having a conversation about needing pads...and that she wanted organic pads. I was waiting for her to check me out while having to listen to this conversation. I just can't beleive someone doesn't value their job. The the incident before being checked out was that the other employee that hurriedly got in front of my basket, put her hand out to stop me all so she could get to the isle before me. I am walking with an emobolizer on a injured knee. I had to stop abruptly and this sudden stop caused excruciating pain in my injured knee. These 2 employees set a very bad example of what Tractor Supply is know to be.

I was a little disappoint in the service I received maybe the associate were busy all day however my observation was they didn't want to be bothered.. Bottom line not one associate ask to help, or assist me in any way? Not a hello, not a how are you, not a were you looking for something, not a how may I help you. It was like I was a bother to show up and want to spend money so found my items that I need and left w sour taste in my mouth. If it wasn't for my animals I would have not spent my money at that time.

I will not be back to this store after my last trip. We needed feed, the feed we needed wasn't on the the shelf, so my wife went to ask an employee if they could check in the back, while I continued shopping. She come back and said the lady wouldn't look and was rude about it. So i put everything back that I had and we left. As we were walking out we witnessed another altercation between a customer and the same lady, who said she was a manager. I wish now we would've gotten a name. This happened around 7 p.m. 2-28-20. Manager or not bad customer service cost this store at least 1 sale that night and my business for quite awhile.

This was only Andrews second day and he helped me pick out 2 bags of dog food, loaded them into the basket for me and even helped me pick out wormer medicine for my dogs. Then he helped me load them into my car. Thank you!

They always have the right product and can usually help find what I need the first time. I used to enjoy going there. I went in trying to find a collar and leash for my new puppy. My husband was with us, puppy in a cart because duh no collar yet. The employees and manager followed us around acting like we were stealing, that's rude as heck. All we were doing is trying on collars and trying to find the right leash that matched it. We looked at treats and dog food as well. As soon as we realized at least 4 employees including the manager following us, we put it all back and left. They will not be getting my business ever again. You don't treat customers that way.

The WORST customer service experience I’ve had. I spent 45 minutes longer in the store than I needed to because the employees were simply not doing their job. I asked for assistance to get an item from a containment unit, and the lady said we’ll get someone over there shortly. 10 minutes later, I went and asked again. Yet ANOTHER 10 minutes went by, and I finally went to the cash registers where the same lady who was going to help was having a casual conversation with another employee. I again asked for help, to which she stated “yea, I was still coming to help.” It didn’t end there. Upon getting back to the cash register, the checkout employee couldn’t conduct her transactions without having a personal conversation with every customer. It was so bad that when I finally got to her, she continued to speak to the woman who checked out in front of me, talking about her dogs and everything under sun. NEVER going back to this store again.

My first time ever shopping in a Tractor Supply Company, excellent customer care started the minute I walked in the door. Actually the cashier ask me what I was looking for and directed me where to go and I heard over the intercom him paging someone to help me before I even got there. I have not scene such great customer service since the last time I was in a high-end department store where they work on commission.

I ordered a 17 inch rear tine tiller and they sent me the 16 inch rear tine tiller. I called customer service to see about getting it taken care of after waiting for this Tiller. The only offered solution was to get in my car and drive get back to a tractor supply because they sent me the wrong tiller. I asked them about discounting yet since it wasn’t the tiller I bought but it is the tiller I will live with. They were only able to give me the difference in price of the two tiller‘s. So again my loss for their mistake.

I purchased a riding mower here and the service was great. They didn't have it in stock. So they ordered one for me. Came back the next week, and they have the mower assembled and enough gas to get it on the trailer. They took care of the warrenty for me explained everything. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommended this place love it here.

A good place for overpriced, but neat gifts. Not a fan of their practice regarding trying on shoes. They tag each boot with the anti theft device, and to be able to try one on, you must take it to the register, wait for someone to remove the device (takes at least 15 minutes each time), and you have to do that with every boot. If they're that concerned about theft, maybe hiring another person to work that area would be the best way to go. My husband got so frustrated that we went elsewhere to buy his boots.

These guys are awesome. I got there right at closing and they let me run in and buy some dog food before they locked up. Even more impressive they ran to back to see if they had a bigger bag of the food i wanted to get. Great customer service!!!

I needed a 4 wheel dump cart. Looked at several stores in my area but they were out. Finally found what I wanted by looking at the TSC website and saw they had one in Muskogee. So that afternoon, I drove 45 minutes to get it. I didn't find it outside, so I walked through the store. Still didn't find it. So I walked up to the only cashier on duty and asked her. She was standing there eating something. So I had to wait a few seconds so she could swallow whatever it was she was eating (pretty sure they get breaks to eat..right?). I asked her where the dump carts were and she said outside. I told her the one I wanted was not out there. So after taking another bite, she asked some guy walking by if they had any dump carts and he said all they had were outside. I told him the website said this store had them in stock ready for pickup today. He said "You can't go by what is on the website, it's always wrong". I asked if he could check in back. He talked into his lapel mic and instantly said "He said we don't have any" It was painfully obvious neither of them wanted to be bothered. So I left and went up to Orschelns and bought a cart from them. They were very friendly and helpful there. It's stores like this Muskogee TSC that give TSC a bad reputation with customers. Just for the heck of it, when I got home, I checked their website again. Yep, still showing available!

Good small general store. Usually good medium quality products mixed with some higher end stuff. Bought a toy that ended up being a very low quality toy. Packaged well and gave the appearance of something else. Who would have thought otherwise. The kid wont care he will still love it and play with it til it dies. Not holding anything against the store and their normal products. One mediocre item out of many good. No biggy, thought I'd share a quick thought.

I drive truck for a living and delivered to tractor supply all over the USA from Montana to Oklahoma and i also shop at the stores when available. Believe me these folks are some of the nicest ive ever meet, no matter where ive been. Their courteous and helpful. They need more stores.

Tractor supply, was clean, friendly, and good prices. I bought a outside light that is solor, but looks old. Love it. I was disappointed in the long sleave shirts for women. Maby they will get them in before Christmas

Shopping wise, it's regular store really. Don't bother applying though, you'll just get told no if you don't plan on being there forever.
