Fuel pumps work but were dirty. Squeegee cleaner was really dirty. The entrance and exit are not truck friendly. The parking lot was filthy. And I stupidly decided to shower here. The guy cleaning the showers was having a dance party. Blasting music so loud I couldn't think let alone hear anyone on the phone. We drivers don't have much down time during the day. A shower is supposed to be relaxing. I'll never give this pilot my money again.

Friendly staff was told hello a few times. Clean enough restroom. The cinnamon rolls they were baking fresh smelled amazing. Decent size parking lot

***BE WARE!*** Their credit/debit card reader/scanners have a skimmer in it. One time I went in to get gas and bought a monster energy, left and 30 mins later I got an email from my bank telling me there was a charge for $300 that was declined because the pin entered was incorrect. My gas was around $60 and the monster energy around $3. I just learned about skimmers and how gas station managers would purposely put it over their card readers. Not saying the glove fits but how would they explain the email I got from the bank about the failed transaction?

This is one of those cool ones has good parking red pumps for diesel and for gas need to buy some good showers here they're nice and clean better than others I've seen inside you can find a Subway which is always good for some good breakfast or a healthier choice in pizza the typical Summit stand with hot dogs and coffee I recommend this place for a while and stuff it's pretty close to the highway that it doesn't get that crowded

Very clean store, restrooms and showers were clean. I visited on Sunday payed for parking at 10 pm when i got there was atleast 10 spots available of regular parking still.. felt like i wasted money and couldn't get a refund because i reserved 3 hours before.. aw well. The lots was clean and quiet too and the workers were friendly and helpful. Saved as a favorite if my company sends me this way again.

Best Pilot I've ever been too. The make the best pizzas (especially the loaded omelette/ breakfast pizza which is my FAVORITE 😍). They also speak when you're coming and going. Truck parking is decent too and showers are very clean. Great and convenient location ☺️.

This is very sad! This is in the reserve, we paid 15 dollars to jump out of the truck and be surrounded by trash. Our driver’s deserve better pilot!

Store lost power last night, but the lights are back on. There is still a sign that says, "Do not enter, no power." As a woman, I don't have access to a restroom or shower. Since customer service is closed on Sundays, there aren't any options. I'm VERY disappointed with this Pilot experience.*Update: 09/24/2023 @ 7:26 pm; store is back open for business.

Credit card information stolen at this location. Tried running $150 charge on my card twice. Checking the card reader at the pumps should be a regular thing.

I Live down the road Been going here 10+ years, you would think the same people that been there that amount of time would recognize pilots daily customers but would rather be rude acting like there’s not cheaper/faster stores that appreciate they’re customers either direction you go north or south they won’t be getting my service again. Customer loyalty is real ,but that pilot’s days are limited.

Nice and Friendly staff and their bathrooms are clean, lovely decorated & smell nice. The manager (Tye) is extremely helpful. Whether its stopping for gas, grabbing a quick bite in one of several options they have have for a good meal. Nice, clean place for a family stop.

Great place to stop for the night, arrived at 8pm and there was still plenty of truck parking, their showers are clean without wait time, and they have delicious cold brew coffee.

Iam a frequent pilot and flying J customer... but on this location they take forever to attend customers.. also please do something about d flys at subway..there are all over d trays 👎....not a good image.. hope y’all do something about it

Cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and most importantly to me, approachable.They offer lots of hot foods. We picked up a few rollers, and I was disappointed that they weren't hot right off of the machine.Don't get the chicken gyro roller. It wasn't good at all (not their fault, just warning lol).

Doesn't offer cash back instead thinks you should use the atm which is a 3.95 fee. Thankfully my bank refunds those but I see no other reason to support the business when the clerks argue are rude to customers. They used to do cash back, since they got the over priced atms they don't per the register person and yes over priced they are when the castle atm is 3 dollars.

I visited and fueled up my truck and grabbed some food and snacks to go, some items are a bit overpriced but that's the convenience fee tacked on tangibles for truck drivers as though we are filthy rich. The restroom was very clean and private. I didn't check shower facilities at this location but if the showers are like the bathrooms then the place is probably just as clean.

The staff was very courteous and friendly, restrooms were clean,coffee fully stocked and ready! Plenty of places to park, only down side was food left on grill area too long, those that have read my pilot reviews are aware that this truckers wife loves her corndogs!! Other than that very pleasant stay for 10 hour break.

This was the best one we have used showers at! When we decided to sale our home and become otr truckers the 1 thing I had a issue with my disability is handicap showers and every place we have been to the handheld shower has been broke, or missing a chair or something has made it very hard on me.this place has everything I needed and even a curtain which was nice because I do need my husband's help but it's also nice to have a little me time in some hot water while he brushes his teeth n stuff. So thank you so much! Not to mention the staff was very awesome!

Tracey the cashier was the most awful pilot employee I've ever had the chance to encounter. She was as apathetic as she was incompetent, wouldn't even make eye contact while she was interested in doing literally anything else but finishing my transaction properly, which she never did. So I just left

This has station is usually cheaper than QT. I was very surprised on how clean the store was with all traffic that comes in here. The bathrooms were extremely clean!!!! They have fresh hot food as well as a Subway!! Great, friendly service
