This Petco has everything for your four-legged friends. So, I created an outting for participants to view a full pet grooming experience. Participants were excitedly active in getting the attention of the pet being groomed along with the groomer for the few minutes we were their. This connection was a memorable experience, one they shared for days.It is a great place to schedule a quick outing.

Not impressed with the fish. So many dead fish in tanks. Was hoping to purchase some fish tonight but there was a dead fish in almost every tank you looked at and a decaying betta sat on the cabinet instead of disposed of. Only time I was talked to by an employee as I was checking out. I was never even asked if I need help with fish or anything. It was the closest store within 35-40 minutes.

I took my 7 yr old to get a betta and the store was so nasty when she told me she needed to potty I told her "let's just hurry and we'll use the potty somewhere else" because the store was so nasty looking o didn't want to see what the bathrooms looked like. The Bettas were stationed almost as soon as you walk in but unfortunately the adult ones didn't look very lively and 2 were noticably no longer alive. They did however have some baby Bettas that seamed much healthier so she chose one of those and we left quickly. The cashier was very energetic, talkative and quick with a smile. He told my daughter good luck with her new pet and checked us out promptly but he was the only employee we saw period.

Traveled to Oklahoma this week and forgot to bring our dogs prescription dog food. Stopped in to find an alternative and was helped by Jason to find something for her. He picked a great one, our dog Sophia was more than happy with it! Very pleased.

Could not wait to review Reagan and her amazing work ♥️ I had taken him in about 5 months ago then started grooming him myself . Bad idea lol the lady I went to before seem kind of stressed about the way he acted for his first grooming .Reagan was absolutely patient and super knowledgeable. She was able to talk and advice me on how to upkeep and maintain my high maintenance Bruno .

Want to give a huge shout out to DJ (Donnie) he answered all of our questions very thoroughly, and was very knowledgeable in our area, which was aquariums today. We will definitely come back to the store for all of our pet needs, you guys are awesome, thank you very much!

I never seen a more disappointing Store, Especially when Lives r at Stake.. Animals throughout store looks in bad Shape. Store Completely in shambles. 3 Cashiers up front not doing anything, No Floor help and Truck is everywhere on floor but not shelves. Bathroom, Most disgusting I ever seen... LEADERSHIP BETTER WAKE UP, BECAUSE PETA WOULD PROBABLY SHUT U DOWN IF THEY SEEN THIS. Sad, People r so lazy and don't take pride in anything they do.... 🤦‍♂️

I am watching my granddaughters dog and she has real itching skin and digs at her self all the time. I went to PetCo for help. The dog or I neither one are getting much rest. I got some things that were pointed out to me that mighty help, they were both oral. I do not know that much about the dog and was afraid to give it to her. L took them back to day and got some Well & good shamboo. Everyone was so helpful.

Dirty store, no reptiles. I saw 1 employee the entire time in the store, and she acted put out to help me. Prices are astronomical. Would not recommend this store.

usually I have a great experience at petco but last night I did not so let me just give the back story just so you all understand what really happened so to begin with me and my partner were driving and I had my dog in the car so I had the windows down and according to a person that followed me they said a bag flew out my window I was not aware of it and she wanted me to go pick it up I said no cause for one I didnt even know where it happened at so I said no and she became very agitated by that and very rude but went on her way and I went on my way so me and my partner go into Petco and get what we need and were standing at check out when we turn around and she was standing right behind us like she was stalking us but this time I didn't say anything but when she noticed that we noticed her she immediately said "watch who your talking to " even though we hadn't said anything to her since the outside situation but anyways after that we start arguing and then a employee came over trying to " de-escalate the situation" but he did the opposite not knowing who was right or wrong he immediately starting saying demeaning things and was questioning my maturity which I found funny cause he did not look mature at all so I got tired of his foul mouth and i said said forget it I don't want to spend my money here because of him specifically and I put the box I was holding down and he said "good just like I wanted" and I said I'm glad and kept walking and as we were walking he was following us even those it was us that decided to leave not him telling us to so it didn't make since why he started following us but he was trying to step up to my partner and the employee ended up assaulting my partner because of how close he was following and how all up in my partners face he was ended up pretty much stumbling and shoving my partner out the door even though again he did not tell us to leave we left on our own accord and we ending up calling corporate which said they were gonna handle it and we called the police which walked in there and spoke with him as rude as he was I honestly hope the judge ends up charging him for the assault, didn't catch his name but his description three gages in each ear had a beard and bald head and was tall and looked maybe middle eastern but he might have been Caucasian but not entirely sure of his race but I'd say definitely one of the two.

i love y’all but can you PLEASE take the chameleons out of the glass enclosures and hold them in the mesh ones instead?? i have purchased twochameleons that have had respiratory issues due to improper environmental care. the first one i had to give away to a reptile specialist after spending $700 trying to help nurse her back after purchasing her because i couldn’t afford anymore and she was not in good health because of the cage she was in and i noticed the day i purchased her that she was having difficulty breathing. the second one i got was much younger and she also was having difficulty breathing seconds after i purchased her. i have no other complaints but i seriously think you guys should hold them in proper cages so their owners don’t have to deal with the heartbreak of losing a pet/spending money they don’t have to keep it alive.

Limited stock and required mask for entry. I went in for colored small animal bedding and the selection was basically brown, and white. Which I could get at any other store for less. The only reason I get bedding at petco is to match a theme and they didn't have what I needed.

They fired their aquatic specialist for lack of training. When management had taught him to do certain things at the register to help customers get the best deal that they can on product that were not acceptable on the job site , and now their aquatic department at the Muskogee Petco looks like absolute garbage. They have dino bacteria all over the saltwater tanks. there’s dead fish all over the place, and they have absolutely no knowledge of what it is that they are doing when it comes to aquatics 100% do not recommend shopping here for any of your fish or aquatic needs.

We booked an appt online. No reason whatsoever to make an appt. My older dog was in a crate for well over 2 hours and we spent over 3 hours hanging out. Quality of service didn't outweigh the stress my dog endured or the time we spent waiting. We won't be back.

The crew that works here is usually busy and stays on top of things. The only problem I have, is they run out of stuff too quickly. There needs to be better control on their shipments, for example I buy crickets from this location and more times than not, when I go in they are out. Good place, good crew, and very necessary for pet lovers! I would recommend them to friends and family.
