Found what I was looking for very quickly at a very good price, cashier was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of the store pretty quick. This is my favorite family Dollar store in Muskogee the rest of them just seem to be more cluttered and the help doesn't seem to know where anything is.

Store has made a complete 360 turn around and the new staff is amazing. I’m glad those teenagers are all gone. The store is also very clean and stays stocked. The lady who is the asm is very kind. She is always there. Smiles and helps me find everything.

I always enjoy the people who work there. The young lady that works there always has a big smile . About mid Febuary one of the ladies husband was there helped me put my dog food in my truck because i had back surgery and i couldnt lift it . Good people work there may all be blessed like they do me

I live 3 blocks away so I go there daily, I used to love this store, but since management changed and now the customer service sucks. They lock the enter door and turn the lights off 15 minutes before closing time to try and push business away. The manager is some snooty young girl that acts like she just doesn't want to be around customers.

I went into the Family Dollar Store on West Okmulgee yesterday to buy a couple of things period and elderly lady who came in she had the intention of purchasing some things but she needed to use the restroom first. She kindly asked the young lady could you use the restroom and the young lady told her no. After the young lady walked away I told the lady that the restroom was in the corner of the store. And I express my displeasure to the young man who was serving me at the counter. He understood that she needed to use the restroom but he was not the one that told her no in the first place. Sometimes even though that there may be a rule I think that sometimes we need to have compassion especially for the elderly.

They can't keep management or even district managers. Terrible place to work and shop . This specific location sells expired food and the management and employee are rude as hell

No one is ever at the counter to check you out. By the time someone comes to rang you up the line is long from waiting for the cashier to finally come up.

Line is always long they never have 2 cashiers at the same time usually a 4 to 5 minute wait in line one of the employees talks to much helping hold the line up
