I'm not crazy about Braum's burgers but stopped here anyway to add some variety to my fast food burger diet and ordered the 4 cheese burger meal. The burger didn't have any mayo, ketchup or mustard which made for a very dry burger but it tasted good. I'll ask for some ketchup to he added if I order it again. The fries were hot and fresh and took salt well. The iced tea was weak though. Overall Braum's compares favorably with the major names in burger chains, especially when you consider their dairy items. They are the best in that regard I think.

It's a somewhat quick, not quite fast food kind of place. Burgers made fresh, and they're pretty good, not exactly gourmet, but far above your basic McDonald's fare.Their ice cream is, again, pretty good. A couple of interesting flavors, but don't expect Jeni's. That being said, it also doesn't cost what a Jeni's does. Good, solid food for decent prices.The milkshakes are great and are made with any ice cream flavor available in the freezer case.

This is the rudest and most unorganized Braums we have ever been to. We live 3 hours away and our Braums are great. But this one got out order wrong 3 times in the drive-thru and although our receipt had correct information, the kid didn't read it or the screen and proceeded to argue with us. Finally another worker came over and corrected him and then he admitted his error. We were not hateful back or rude. Then I had to go inside to get some ketchup and salt and either the kid was talking about us or another customer in the drive-thru and was saying out loud, "I wanted get my f---king on them!" The boss and the others laughed with no professionalism. The store was dirty and tables were dirty. It was disappointing because the outside of the store looked really nice. When I was a kid working fastfood, my Boss would tell us, "If you wouldn't serve it to me, don't serve it to my customers."

The meat is delivered fresh everyday, never frozen. We each got a bacon cheese burger with all the toppings. It was not small and it was delicious. The meat had great flavor. It will be a staple now anytime we are in the area.

This particular Braum's was not my favorite. All locations the drive thru menu board does not list all the ice cream flavors....ok I get it... there are a lot.....even so....at least have them correct on the web site. All I wanted was an ice cream( I don't care for the burgers) The drive thru lady rambled the flavors off and of coarse what happens when I get to the window....There is a Rocky Road waiting for me instead of the Pecan Praline I ordered.

The "food" isn't EVER what I get from that place, I'm more of a chocolate and banana shake type of gal... 😋 Pro:-For having one of the busiest drive-throughs in town, they get that line helped, served and on its way in TRIPLE TIME, *BLESS most of those hard-working kids! 🙌🏼Cons:The store/"atmosphere" of the inside..? Well, it always smells like dirty feet......TBC....

We like going to Braum's. The food is great, prices are better than any place in town. The staff is very nice.Parking: The parking in a free parking lot for customers. Plenty of handicap ♿️ parking.Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is in a wheelchair and sometimes can use walker. It is very accessible for him to move around.

Having lived out of state for several years, it is a godsend to have a Braum's again! It's usually well staffed and friendly, and the store can get a little messy behind the counter, but it's understandable. And it doesn't affect the taste of their burgers. I never have to wait very long, and they have sales going all the time that will beat Walmart or any other big box store on ice cream, dairy or produce.

Food is great.. with service the front counter needs to leave her attitude at home .. I don't like to be treated like a parasite and watch others to be treated as the same... I will continue to eat there every now and then .. and hopefully not tell this lady where to put her attitude.. management needs to understand that one person with a bad attitude can cause a reduction of patriots and loss of money.

Ordered a diet cherry limeade and it was definitely not diet. Also asked for a lid to be put on an Oreo mix I ordered which was overfilled instead of getting the appropriate lid the guy working put the wrong lid on and smashed ice cream all over the place in the process of putting it on and tried to hand it to me like that. I asked him to wipe it off to which he then got an attitude. Usually have a way better experience there than this so it was definitely disappointing.

I enjoy the food and ice cream, but there was an employee that just didn't like us for some reason. When our number was called the food was put on the counter and left. But there were several people after us that their food was brought to them before they even sat down. I didn't feel comfortable eating inside 😔 and advised my family to leave. Yes there was a color difference and I try not to look at everything that way, but it is what it is. 2023 and still the same old stuff.

We came in for ice cream and husband something to eat. While getting the ice creamy husband stood at the counter waiting to get his order taken. 10 minutes later he gets pissed without getting an order. He said we won't be back we'll go back to the other one .

Vary lazy and rood staff. Wasted 20 min and my shake and fries where asking up there. But they never even maid my chicken strips. And they literally said well you can't come in last min. When there was easily 30 min left and otherpeople ordered

Clean and organized. The people in the drive thru are polite and friendly. The plus side of this place is that you can get your favorite burger, shake, some ice cream and then get groceries! Thats what makes Braums different from any other burger place!
