Unprofessional and incompetent. Our dog was experiencing moderate hypothermia among other symptoms, and the vet immediately concluded it was due to “weed” poisoning and he said our dog was most likely doing to die and there was not much he can do, and charged us $500 for 2 IV bags.Our dog is still experiencing odd symptoms weeks later but is doing much better. We took him to another vet and they concluded it was NOT cannabis related.I recommend staying away from this vet clinic unless you absolutely have to go there.

We had a rough week with our goat. She went into labor and never produced. We called Dr Stohls office and they got us right in. They had to do an emergency c section and while they couldn’t save the baby- they saved our mama goats life. Super thankful for them

We took our Great Dane to be spayed here. They called us and stated everything went well, so we came to pick her up. When we got her home, she was deep asleep, but after about 30 minutes in the truck, she woke up enough to go to her bed, and went back to sleep.We ran to town to run an errand for about 30 minutes, and when we returned home, our girl was dead. We immediately began calling Mounds Vet (this was on a Friday afternoon). They did not answer, so we called the emergency number multiple times and left voicemails.The clinic did not return our call all weekend, so we went to the clinic today (Monday), and the vet was very rude and defensive stating that he did nothing wrong, and stated that he would not give us any portion of the costs back (which was over $400).We even showed him the video we took of her when we found her dead so he could see that we were being honest about it.Obviously, we will not be using this vet anymore.

Wonderful experience with Dr Sohl. He removed a very large lipoma from our 2 yr old dogs shoulder. Our dog behaved as if nothing had happened when we arrived home. No complications.Months later, not associated with the surgery, our dog would vomit up food and bile and was unable to keep food down. After some diagnostic images were taken to rule out serious problems, Dr Sohl helped us to figure out some ways that we might help our dog return to health. We love the clinical care and the comfortable feel of the office. Dr Sohl does not use scare tactics and “possible diagnosis and serious complications” to fatten his wallet, he truly wants what is best for the animal he is caring for. Thank Dr Sohl, I wished they were all like you!

I can’t say enough about Randy and the sweet ladies on his staff. We have been with Dr. Randy for more than 20 years. Randy and his staff are the kindest, most caring people. They treat our babies with such care. He has saved more than 1 of our babies over the years. . He is very reasonably priced. He listens to you and works hard to get your pet seen even when they are super busy. We appreciate them so much!

I love this VetClinic, Dr. SOHL and his Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and the Country vet is for me, not the big city, super expensive phoo phoo type clinics with waterfalls and fancy decorations. High prices pay for all that. Just saying.

They got me in quickly and didn't try to do extra Test and X-rays and stuff like my last Vet did. The Dr only did what was Nessecary, and My Baby is doing Great now . Everyone was so Nice! Thanks to Dr Randy and His staff! I will use them for my Vet needs from now on. 😊

Dr. Sohl was recommended to us, so naturally I checked out the reviews.Based on recommendations and reviews, I had full faith that this is where I needed to go. My puppy was sick so I didn't wait around to call, I showed up at the office and asked if they could see him. They accommodated us immediately and were so very compassionate. The office lady was very kind and the vet tech was just the sweetest. Our puppy Mochi really loved her! Now to Dr. Sohl - he took one look at the puppy and diagnosed him correctly. Me, being the dog mama I am, still insisted on blood work just to confirm. He really didn't want me to spend the extra money and tried to ease my mind, but Mochi was so sick and I insisted that I didn't mind paying for it. But for a vet to try to get you to spend less money - that's an automatic win in my book! His bedside manner is something special, you can tell he really cares about the animals. Same with the vet tech (she's just amazing). Dr. Sohl even comforted me when I got emotional after confirming a diagnosis. He assured me that he truly believed Mochi would survive, sent us on our way with lots of meds. I have called back a few times this week in a panic, only to be reassured in the most compassionate ways. Today we visited again for a follow up and experienced the same compassion. They were very honest and cost was extremely reasonable. We met many other patients who had the most amazings things to say about the level of care at this facility. We will bring all of our animals here for any future needs. Thank you Dr. Sohl and staff for helping us save our little Mochi man. The Taylor ohana is very grateful you have entered our lives!

Had to have our baby put to sleep. Price was reasonable but there was no privacy. Shot was administered in the waiting room and we had to mourn the loss of our baby in front of others who were waiting to be seen. It's a small place, but we feel it could have been done differently. The people were nice enough, but it just made an already difficult decision even worse.

Dr. Randy and his staff are amazing. We had to put down our Great Pyrenees of 12 years Beretta after just losing my grandpa a month before.. He also looks after our other two Great Pyrenees. I cannot thank them enough for the kindness and emotional support they showed my grandmother when he put our dog down. Our dogs get so excited to see him it is the cutest thing! I have had many animals throughout my life, and I have used a lot of veterinarians. Some from big corporate veterinary clinics and some just in business for themselves. Dr. Sohl and his staff are always readily available to answer questions, I can usually get in the same day or the next. They have stayed late, come in on saturday, called me on a Sunday to explain bloodwork results, and just all around have been the best place I have ever taken my animals.Not only do they listen to you, they give a hoot. They have always done right by my pets and have always been up front and honest about the diagnosis, and are always available if I have questions. Google may have all the answers but experience you can only get from Mounds veterinary clinic. I would recommend them to anyone who loves and cares for the animals.

Don't go to beggs. Come to mounds randie is the best. He will Do whatever it takes to make sure your animal is taken care of. Prices shouldn't matter when it comes to your fur baby. This is the best.

They are the best veterinarian around Randy and the gang are just like a part of my family I have been a customer there for years and I just took my brother Lloyd down there as a new customer with our new dog Norman that we just rescued (which it is the other way around Norman rescued us) and when he rescued us we were told upfront that he had tested heartworm positive and that he would have to have medicine the rest of his life and of course we didn't care we fell in love with him immediately and our first trip to the vet was a great experience Norman wasn't nervous LOL we were but Randy gave my brother a huge discount and Norman some much deserved love thanks y'all!

We've had great experiences here. Randy cares about your dog and takes pride in the work he does. We had two ACL surgeries done in the span of a few months and our dog is using them like a champ now!
