I'm a spark driver I pulled into a parking spot I wasn't even there 3 minutes when an associate banged on my window like she was the police, Very rude and unprofessional. Then canceled my order after I told her I didn't appreciate the way she banged on my window. Said there wasn't enough room when I said I'll just put the rest into my trunk she said no and canceled my oder that was for a 45 dollar tip. I've never had an issue with anyone. Like I said just so unprofessional. Wouldn't want her working for any business I ever own.

I never before had any complaints about this location but I just now found out I bought expired yogurt I bought the yogurt 02-27-2024 when I went to open the yogurt I found it separated and checked the date and found it was best by used by 02-22-24 make sure to check your dairy products dates before buying

What's great about this Wal-Mart Market is that it's easy and fast to get in and get out. It's always clean and well-stocked, and it's in Moore, so the crowd is super chill. Great place to get groceries or just drop in for a few things quickly!Update: I went to this Walmart Market last night night and was rocking a terrible headache to start with, then I visited the aisles with deodorant, soap, etc., and they have implemented new recording cameras with an astoundingly annoying alert every time you walk down the aisle and it continues over and over again until you leave the aisle. Look, I get why they do this, but if I have to decide between shopping at a place with a loud alarm, or without, I'm going to choose the quiet one more often. Especially if I already have a headache.

Most generally staff are nice. Small community neighborhood grocery store. Store is clean. Nice selection if fruit. What bothers me is they do not price match with other stores or they didn't when I was trying to use competition ads. Hen talking to a manager he said I am sorry but we cannot price match with buy one get one free items. So I was not happy about that.Now let’s talk about empty shelves. Little stores are not keeping up with supply and Demand during this fragile time.

I felt like the universe gave me a big ole fashion hug at this market. Thx universe I needed that. Everyone in there was so friendly. Now that's the America I was raised in, felt like the gates of heaven opened up in there. Now please can we keep it that way? Don't let my divinely warm review jinx it, please universe. Yaigh

They provide the WORST customer service. I would have given 0 if I could. They will go out of their way to make sure not to help their customer. There is one American indian lady and another teenager with nerdy looking with round glass are the worst of the worst.

It's a store. Easy to get in and out of the store but the construction makes it difficult to get in the parking lot. Prices are average. Make sure things ring up correctly!

Very nice place, but I have some issues. The staff is kind and helpful but there is not enough regular checkers, there’s usually only 1-2 of them and the rest is at the Self Checkout Talking, Also the A/C Is Freezing Cold in some parts of the store.

Generally its like any other. This one seems easy to get in and out which is very important. My big complaint here is that they don't have a good beer and sparkling water selection. I often go to the one another two miles down the road that is busier for the better variety of those products.

My personal neighborhood Walmart. The employees are always in a good mood and attentive to any questions you might have. Especially the middle aged man who runs the desk at the automated checkouts. The manager Missy is awesome as well she is a special kind of person always willing to do anything possible to help someone out. This store needs a pay raise all around. That's something I've never thought about a wal mart let alone said out loud.

Just moved to town.. tried this walmart. Employees parking in the front of the store and having to watch elderly walk to the end of the parking lot thats out close to 4th street. That's all I had to see. I personally seen 4 different employees getting out of thier car in a 5 minute window. That's all I needed to see how the attitude is there.

Great variety, small lines, nice workers. I went shopping with my dad, and this place looked nice, came looking for milk and got about fifteen items, pretty good choices with a built in bakery. Everything was going good, until a worker came up to us when we finished bagging up all out stuff, he took our cart back for us, which was pretty nice. Although its lacking some selections like electronics and beds, this place feels at home. 5 out of 5 Stars, would recommend.

New to Moore. They seems to have an awesome selection but the bathrooms are so gross it makes me not want to purchase anything from this location. Some Walmarts have almost spotless bathrooms but this one is creepy gross. 🤢 I probably won’t be back unless I have no choice.

Worst experience EVER with the grocery pick up!!Called when I got there, as the sign says to do so, at 5:40 and tell them what spot I’m in. 10 minutes later they come to my window with the wrong order. 20 minutes later two trucks pull up on each side of my vehicle. FINALLY they come up to my window and ask the name on my order. I told them I had called them 30 minutes ago telling them I was there and the spot I was in, confused on why I even called in saying I was there and them telling me they’d be right out with my order. As I see them delivering the groceries to one of the trucks who pulled up 20 minutes after I had been sitting there. I told them I had been there waiting and the girl rolled her eyes at me telling me they were busy and walked away. So at this point I’m a little annoyed. They then come out and help the other truck that pulled in AFTER me. They finally bring my order out, load it in my car, and SLAM my door. I didn’t say anything even though I was livid! I was FINALLY out of there at 6:25. I get home and start unloading realizing I was missing half of my order. I then call up there to talk to a manager and I’m out on hold for 10 minutes (already driving back to get the rest of the groceries that were paid for and missed.) I hung up and walked inside. Asked to speak to a manager. He came up and acted like it was no big deal that I was missing half the order or the fact that I was treated terribly. Had someone bring my groceries out to my car and said he’d be out to talk to me to see what can be done. Waited and he never came out. My mom then calls (it was her order I was picking up) and talks to him he then acts like it’s NO BIG DEAL WHATSOEVER! Claims he heard both sides of it. Okay so your employees are allowed to treat customers with no respect and can slam their doors and forget half there orders?! And that’s just okay?! Absolutely not! Buy the time it was all said and done I spent an hour and a half dealing with picking up a SIMPLE order and being treated so terribly! Is this how you treat your customer Walmart?! Cause if that’s the case I’ll be sure to go elsewhere!

Arrive at the store at 6pm customer service is closed so you cannot conduct any transactions with them. Is the store not open until 10? Shouldn't your customer service be open as well. With all the self checkouts yet 4 peoppe standing around talking you cant say understaffed. What a joke walmart has become.

It's a Walmart... Or a smaller version of it. Not much to say about it. I get a lot of groceries here, and I've never really seen empty shelves, so it's nice to see they're keeping up with demand. The only problem I have is that there's one entrance and one exit, and they're both in opposite sides of the building. The building isn't too big, so it's not too much hassle, but I just get annoyed every time I realize that I have to walk to the other side of the building to leave. Idk if it'd be possible to have both doors work as both an entrance and exit, but it'd be nice. Other than that, no issues, staff have been friendly and helpful, and everything seems as it should.

The workers make me very uncomfortable they always think someone is stealing from the self check out area I don't appreciate them staring at me while I'm scanning and walking up to make sure I paid it's not right I always have enough money to but my food not everyone in the store is coming to steal

The store is fine, the pharmacy is ran by a bunch of lazy good for nothings! Spent 2 days simply trying to call and find out about a prescription, took having to call the store manager to get anything done, then was told to come pick up in 15 mins, got there and was told my prescription was on back order, lost my cool and miraculously they found some of my medicine! Decided to call the pharmacy again while sitting at the drive thru seeing as i was the only customer i figured I might get an answer, sat there and wat hed them ignore the phone! WILL NOT USE THIS PHARMACY AGAIN!!!

Don't go during peak shopping hours, the clerks are rude and treat you as if they're doing you a favor. The young woman checking us out was chomping on her gum and instead of acknowledging us continued on a conversation with a coworker. She rung up a few items more than once as she wasn't paying attention, when I pioneer this out she rolled her eyes and argued with me, I had her print out what she had rung up thus far to show her and she told me that I must have multiples of those particular items - I had to take groceries out of the bag to show I didn't. When I spoke to an acting manager about the experience she blew me off and acted like it was no big deal. There's only a handful of decent checkers and Is rather wait in one of their lines than deal with entitled, snotty workers

Employees were all nice and shelves were stocked well, but the entire store feels extremely cramped and difficult to maneuver around with a cart. Aisles are tiny and can barely fit two carts at the same time. Very frustrating experience, I'll be driving a bit further to Crest down the road because it's easier and more pleasant.

Clean store and stocked for the most part. I do find that not having an employee in the building that can do returns or exchanges while OPEN is bad business. I messed up on self check out and double paid for an item, manager on duty said I would have to come back tomorrow for the service center for a refund.

Thanks for providing groceries brought directly to cR and loaded. Smiling delivery and received most things ordered. Keeping us supplied and safe from virus and no charge for this service like other groceries. Thank you walmart for watching our pocketbooks.

I love the ladies there and they're always friendly and helpful. Never once have I gone in there and got an attitude from any of the customer service Representatives. I prefer going too this Walmart Market rather than the super Centers... it seems less congested and the sales associates are friendlier and less frazzled.

It was bad. No sign telling you to go in one door and out the other. I'm 68 and have heart trouble I parked close to the door, but they made me walk to the other end of the store and walk all the way back to my car. I begged them to let me go out the closes door I was and am having severe pain in my right arm. They did not care. I will never go back.

Seldom do I want to give a negative review, but this particular store is unquestionably the worst Walmart-associated business I've ever visited. The parking lot was filthy, associates threw their break cigarettes onto the sidewalk directly in front of where I was pushing the cart (with my 2 year old) and virtually every aisle was blocked by stocking that could have been completed and still allowed people to get by. The assistant manager on duty was more interested in glad handing with the Coke representative than helping an elderly customer. I purchased two items and when one failed to ring up correctly the associated roles his eyes and reluctantly helped... As if it was my fault. I'll never return to this location.
