They come home exhausted, which is very helpful on days that I have to go into the office and I’m tired too!The post the cutest videos and send me pictures periodically, and I love that they have cameras where I can check in. My pups Ares and Honey absolutely love this place! They have been coming here since 2018 and always go in ready to play and come out happy and tired at the end of the day. This place always has amazing specials and deals so I'm always getting my moneys worth. They always have cute seasonal pictures and hand out a lot of free gifts/treats as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone with a dog!

This is a place to avoid bringing your pets to stay at. My family was going out of town for Christmas and we decided to take our two puppies that are both around 8 months old to stay for 3 days. One of the puppies had bitten her tail a month before and it was still healing, so we gave them a cone for her and told them about the situation. They said she would be fine and there would be no issues. later that day, they called and asked us to come pick her up because her tail was bleeding and we told them we were already out of the state and could not get her. Apparently, they have no medical supplies on hand and the manager had to come in and go get supplies to take care of it (One reason why you should avoid this place). We got another phone call the next day saying she destroyed her cone that we gave them. However, we had no issues with her and the cone for the entire month she has been using it. Not sure what went on there, but we just said ok. On the final day, they tried calling us a hour or so before I went to go pick them up to let us know that the 2x free bathing coupons they accepted from us were not valid and that we had to pay additional $110 for the services that they did not get our permission to do for paid services. I got the puppies and told them I was not paying for the services due to the fact that I did not authorize them to do it. I get a phone call from the manage the next day and I spent some time on the phone. He said I should pay the money because my puppies were a hassle and caused a lot of issues for him and the staff. He had to come in on his day off to get medical supplies to take care of my one puppy. Then he went on saying my other puppy had diarrhea and made a mess everywhere and that they had to clean it all up and had to give the puppies more baths.In my own opinion, this place is not suited to take care of puppies and seems like they will not be prepared for an emergency, if something bad would happen to someone's pet. Looks like the staff are not informed on how the coupons work that they give out and will just add additional charges to your bill with out your acknowledgement. finally, the manager does not seem fit to handle the position he is in and has very poor customer services and will blame your pet for everything and make you feel guilty into paying the additional charges. My girlfriend ended paying them and I just let it go to prevent any more arguing.

The staff are kind, drop off and pick up are quick and convenient, and my doggie loves daycare. I also like that I can check in on the cameras to make sure she is safe and having fun in daycare.

My puppy Moo loved coming here when we went on vacation. He made lots of friends. I found it very comforting that I could check in on him from time to time on the video cameras they have set up. Staff was very informative and moo loved all the attention he got from them. Would 100% use them again if we needed dog care.

We love it! We never have to worry about her babies when we have to be out of town. They take excellent care of them and we even received a picture of him with his friends over the Thanksgiving break! Plus he came home with a beautiful, clean coat.

My sweet pup Sakura loved spending her day here while I was at work and would get super excited to go every single time. She was able to visit a few days before we lost her and had so much fun, I’m glad she was able to go one last time. We lost her tragically at a young age and VPP handled my email informing them (so they wouldn’t think they did something wrong and we chose to stop bringing her) with such Grace and sympathy for our loss. When we decide we are ready to add another fur baby to our family we hope to continue using VPP as a daycare for the new addition

Very clean and staff is very professional and attentive to my fur babies! My German shepherd can be kind of shy, but he felt right at home there and loves Colton! I feel safe leaving my pets in their very capable hands and would recommend Vera's to anyone looking to board.

I am new to the area and trusted other reviews when I needed to find a daycare for my dog, so I chose Vera's. This was the worst decision I have made. I am not one to write bad about anyone or businesses but I feel that it is my obligation to write a review about Vera's Posh Paws. Here is why. Our dog has been going to doggy daycare for 4 1/2 years so he is well socialized with other dogs. About my dog's second week of daycare, my wife and I were informed (upon picking our dog up from daycare) that a 'scuffle' had occurred with our dog and another dog and our dog was defending himself, but to not worry as there was a staff member who was present to break it up. I understand that dogs get in 'scuffles' but here is what bothers me, the staff member had told my wife and I that 'no contact was made and to not worry, they just wanted to inform us'. Upon taking our dog home my wife and I not only noticed a gash on our dog's cheek that was swollen, but he also had another gash on his neck. To clarify I say 'gash' and not a scratch, as our dog's skin was clearly broken and looked like a canine tooth had lacerated his skin. Upon asking a staff member about this the next morning, we were informed that 'there clearly was a fight and contact was made', we asked why we were told 'no contact was made'- that staff member just apologized and couldn't give us an answer why we were lied to. Dog's get in fights, but it is only professional to be up front with the dog owner and not lie to them to 'cover' up anything that happened. Beware if you want to bring your dog here, you will not get the honest truth about their day. You would think when you bring your dog to a doggy daycare they would be safe, our dog now has permanent scars on his cheek and neck because the gashes were so deep. After we asked for all the passes we payed for refunded, Vera said 'that's not the policy' like she has no control over her business. Wish I could rate this place with no stars. --Pic's are from 2 weeks later.

My dogs love going to daycare and playing with everyone! They are always super tired when i pick them up. I love that when I board them I’m able to check the cameras and watch them play. The groomer Cindy is amazing and always leaves my dogs looking pretty. 100/10 recommend taking your pups here to lose some of that energy!

WARNING Kennel Cough at this location!This past week we boarded our dog for 5 nights to attend an out of state wedding. I have never boarded him and trusted this place to care for him while we were gone. Not even 24 hours after pickup he came down with kennel cough. Our vet gave him bordetella vaccine right before his stay and he still came down with it. Leading me to believe that not all customers follow the same rules.I was assured multiple times during the interview process that they hadn’t had any cases of kennel cough and immediately removed any dog that coughed. Obviously that is not the case since we are now deal with it.When I called to let them know. I was told - “hope he feels better” and “we will do a deep clean”. No offers to cover our stay or the vet bills that we will now have to pay because of his stay. Unfortunately this was our experience and hopefully no one else’s.

This is the second time we have used Vera Posh Paws. When we got their to drop him off he got excited. If your pet gets excited when you come to a place that is a good thing. We like how our pet is treated!

I heard about this place from a good friend of mine and my only complaint is that I didn't come here sooner! My pets are always happy and excited to go. The staff are incredible and it makes me so much happier that I know my animals are in good hands. We Love this place 5 stars, 10/10 rating.

This is my first puppy and had no idea what to expect with doggy daycares. This place has gone above and beyond at loving my pup! He LOVES it here!! Always so happy to come and takes a long nap when we get home. They message me updates through out the day and simply love him. They make pick up and drop off so quick and convenient. So thankful I found this place! Highly recommend!

Super sweet and helpful staff! Wesson really enjoyed meeting and playing with all his new friends! He was wore out and slept almost 10 hours when he came home! 😴 Nice and clean facility!

I was an eager customer, because they came with a recommendation from a friend. I called three times but only got an answer once. The woman on the phone seemed short with me and disinterested in my business. I was seeking a groomer and possibly some boarding. I admit I did not do business here but when a person does not do business at a place they really want to do business at, that says something.Thank you4/24/21 called the Moore Location like suggested by management in reply to my comment. Got no answer but quickly got a call back, things are looking up. Spoke to a lady I did not get a name but she let me know that the manager was not available and would give me a call back. I made that call on 4/26/21, it seems ignoring customers is a standard operating practice, I wish I could give this no stars.

I've been taking my dogs to Posh Paws in Moore for 6 years for both daycare and boarding. The employees are all very friendly and the play yards are all a great size and very safe. I love the ability to checkin on my dogs with the webcams. I wouldn't trust anyone else for dog daycare or boarding.

The staff are wonderful! We just love them. Sadie has only gotten to go there a few times before we moved. Sadie can be a stinker when it comes to getting out of her kennel. They were great with handling her. I highly recommend them if your pet is an escape artist. They have the best fencing and even better attitudes. We miss them now that we are in TN.

This has been by far THE BEST boarding facility I have ever experienced!! The staff was wonderful, the facility was very clean and easy to access, the price was very fair for both of my dogs and I wasn’t charged extra for their breed or additional play time like I am at other places, just all around great. When I dropped them off I wasn’t worried at all about them because I knew they were in good hands! When I pick them up the team member was very positive and told me how much she enjoyed my dogs and how much fun they had. We will definitely be back in the future. I would recommend this place to anyone who goes above and beyond for their dogs!!!!!!!!!!
