The store seems alright. My complaint, is this is the 2nd time that I’ve come here looking for items needed and they did not have/carry that the store in Harrah has. Quite frustrating to say the least. 😑 End up having to go to. Petsmart

As for the store itself, it's not bad. BUT... watch out for your horse feed. Especially Strategy, the past 6 times of buying strategy for our horses, it has had alot of mold in the feed... from big chunks to small chunks.. We are tired of spending that kind of money for moldy food for our horses. Be very careful with this, this can and will colic and make your horses very sick.. we have told them multiple times and even took a baggy of the mold from that feed to them and even showed them. They honestly don't seem to act like they even really care. But if our horses get sick from this, or worse, we will sue them. They will pay for the entire vet bill. And if our horses die due to this, the law suit will be even bigger on them. I strongly advise you to watch your feed closely. This is dangerous for animals and they need employees who actually care and will fix the problem asap.

Love this place. They have a great deal on dog food, beats Walmart! Bought some fence supplies, staff was very helpful with questions and more than happy to help. Joined the rewards program and now officially our pet food store.

Do not buy food for your animals here unless you want to make them sick. We bought horse, dog and deer corn. All full of mold. Not to mention that they are a woke company that had drag queen shows in their parking lot. #GOWOKEGOBROKE

A letdown today. Had email from Tractor Supply that an event "Backyard Poultry 101" was to be held today. A few customers and myself showed up to the event. On duty employees knew nothing about it. Even the manager was thoughtless about the event until they looked it up. The statement from her "oh, we are a smaller store and know nothing about such an event". They did give us a few in store coupons free!! What gives Tractor Supply?? Why should we get email postings for an event and nothing takes place??? A sure waste of time and gas for nothing.

What a poor experience, I do love tractor supply and was in the area so I pulled in to get a few things. Things are more expensive (only by a few dollars maybe) than the one I'm used to and the cashier let the man cut in front of me bc he "only had a knife" without asking. Will not be back

Used to love this store, but the employees have ruined it. Went into the store for a 12v battery (online said they had 8 in stock)… the employees didn’t even know where to look for it. I finally found the spot for them, but it was covered up with deer feed. They never checked the back of the store, & stuff had recently been moved around in that area. I asked the employee Krista how they lost 8 batteries???? She was not helpful at all, she kept talking over me about dog food, and now I’m taking my business elsewhere.I also recently purchased a farm dolly from there & had to take it back. It was advertised to hold over 1000 lbs , but couldn’t handle 400z

Bought two packages of these Nubz by Nylabone dog treats from here a couple days ago, thinking nothing of it...until I opened them at home. The first of the two packages I bought only had one or two off so I didn't think much of it until I opened the second bag and half of them either had mold or smelled off. I won't be purchasing these again from Tractor Supply.It took me just a few minutes of a search on Google to find there was a recent recall of these treats for this exact reason. Tractor Supply needs to do better.

Looked online, they said they had 8 of the 12v batteries, we needed 1! Went in store and ask about them. They said if they don't have them on the shelf, then they're covered up in the back. Well the representative Krista looked in all places and said they didn't have any. We ask how they lost 8 of them, and she said she didn't know. We ask her to look in the back, then was told they don't keep them in the back. So which is it? Are they covered up in the back, or do you not keep them in the back? How do you NOT have 1 of 8????? Corporate will be happy to hear about lose prevention!

I was in the moore store location yesterday afternoon and needed a wire fence panel cut in half for my backyard and BRYAN who works there was awesome! He got me what I needed and was a great help. I will definitely be back!!

It's time for a new review. I was in the store on 5/18. When I came into the store I was greeted by the cashier. I didn't get his name, but he had red hair. I noticed Braden was on the store phone.I went to get my usual, either one or both 40 or 44lb bags of sunflower seeds or cat food.I have been having problems with my foot, so I had been asking for help loading them onto the cart and into my car. On this particular day I was feeling pretty good, so I loaded it onto the cart myself and made my way to the cashier. I was messing with my purse and paying, so I didn't notice Braden had made his way up to the front of the store. I collected my receipt and turned to see him standing there with a big grin on his face. Hi he said, let me help you out with this. I smiled back at him and nodded. As we headed towards my car he asked, with an unmistakable look of concern on his face, How have you been? I haven't seen you in awhile. I was deeply touched by his genuine concern. I felt so cared about as a person not just a customer! It certainly made my week! Thank-you Braden! I do apologize for taking me so long to write a review. I find that Tractor Supply hires good people, and they spoil me with great service. You can't fake that kind of caring. Y'all ROCK!!!

Do not waste your time coming here to get a propane tank filled up. I came by twice the first time they told me there is only one guy that can fill a propane tank and he would be back tomorrow. So, I came back the next day and they told me they were out of the stickers they have to put on tanks they fill up so they can't fill any.

Good selection, decent prices, and friendly staff. You don't have to own a ranch or farm to shop there. They have a nice selection of rustic home decor items and feed for most kinds of animals.

Sometimes I can't find someone to ask a question, and there seems to be high staff turnover, but I like the store overall. I don't think I've ever seen the same person working there on more then one visit (I'm there every 8-12 days). They will always recommend their dog food (which isn't bad food), it's just my observation. The store is usually clean and I can bring my dogs for a visit (they will usually get a treat at the register). They will also help load your vehicle if you need it (you might have to ask).

Staff is very friendly and helpful, however its not always easy to find someone to assist you on the floor of the store. This is the only reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5. Our family runs an animal rescue and we go here for so much of what we need. The prices compared to other pet retail stores is reasonable but the selection of products that are not easy to find, is incredible.

This specific location in Moore is absolutely setting the standard of great customer service. I went there specifically looking for a specific item and the two that were working late in the evening were wonderful in helping me. The lady literally walked with me to the item instead of just pointing to a row. The gentleman cashier even showed me where I could find some similar items on sale near the entrance. Great, friendly stuff and great prices.

I tried to buy my regular dog food at the feed store I normally go to. They were out, so I called and asked if they carried the food. They didn't carry my food but allowed me to try a small bag of their 4 health brand free. I also needed cat food, so I decided to try their 4 health catfood also. I told the cashier I was trying them both and got both small bags of food FREE. This is the way customers should be treated. I feel like we went back in time on customer service, in a great way.

Love Tractor Supply! Their brand of dog food has been so good for my Lab! She is THRIVING on their food, when premium foods were just not working. Her coat is lovely, her weight is good, and she is one healthy pooch! What a fun store too! They have virtually everything for the farm as well!
