They are always happy to see Nashoba when I bring her in for grooming. They are the only groomers she has ever been to and they have a lot of patience with her. She loves going and is very excited to see everyone every time!

Was our first grooming and they took lots of care and time. MacKenzie had to do a little at a time because I am almost 80 lbs of sweetness and anxiety!!!

My senior dog came out of here shaking. They clipped her skin and did not notify me. I called the store manager it was transferred to the salon manager. Over $100 for a bath and furminator, and no apology.. I will be looking for another salon

The employee at the register was wonderful but the employees with in the store was were 5 out of 10.
