No complaints, I ended up having to come here after going to Tractor Supply. We already bring our dog to get groomed here. Store was clean and busy. Kiddos enjoyed seeing ppl with their dogs, the birds, and fish.

Had my boxer bathedGroomer took her straight back and said they would call when she was close to being done. They do not put short nose dogs in crates do to their trouble breathing when excited.She was done in about 30 minutes.When I arrived she was setting up front with one of the groomers who explained she was a little damp because the dryer scared her.I was glad they did not stress her.I have an appointment next week for my second dog.If things turn out the same they will be seeing me a lot as we have 3 dogs.

We had appointments beginning at 11:30 for our 4 dogs in order from largest to smallest. The first appt was for an 80 lb puppy. Because it takes forever to corral these dogs into a car, drive 30 min through traffic and get them into the store, we were 16 minutes late. I am exact with that time because Petsmart canceled the first appointment at 11:45 (by text, which can't be read while driving). I understand and am okay with that, fair enough. However, when we tried to shift the dogs forward and not groom the smallest we were told that because they had a no-show groomer and it was inconvenient, they would not bathe the big dog. In the end, because we live 30 min away, we canceled all 4 appt. And we will not be back.

Everytime i went there always has an issue. They never match the price for you even though it’s from petsmart. Always said every store is not the same so how come it’s name Petsmart. I NEVER HAS PROBLEM WITH THE ONE ON I240 or norman. Very bad

Update: We always come here, the staff is always amazing. Today we adopted a hamster. The staff was very informative and had lots of information gor us and were actually able to answer all our questions. I love the groomers here. They are always so sweet and caring with my Cookie girl. This store has a great location, easy to get to. Lots of parking. An area for pets to potty with bags and closed top trashcan. Inside has lots of selection for all kinds of pets. Very clean. Staff always friendly.

Grooming has to be the most lazy individuals I’ve met. Instead of trying to properly groom my doodle they will say he has mats when he’s not matted just to avoid doing any actual groomer work including charging me for the nail trimming that they don’t complete and then the lie when you come and get your puppy if he wasn’t sitting still during the grooming why when it’s time to pick home up he’s getting all types of praises and how good of a boy he was but when I address what you don’t do when it comes to him it’s all of these reasons of why they aren’t completed properly. If you are particular about your fur baby cut etc and quality work don’t come here.

Store was really warm inside, and one aisle had a big puddle 9f dig urine with a sign... No one ever came and cleaned it up while we were in there. Other than that, staff was very friendly

They have good items but they have gone up in price so much, I can't afford to shop there anymore. The staff don't seem interested in helping much so PetSmart has kinda lost the appeal

I haven't been to a Retsmart in years it's always been my favorite pet store. I loved being there found what I was looking for. Everything is very well organized and the prices very reasonable. The line was a little long but who cares when you get in a line with beautiful dogs and so sweet. I could stand in line all day and make doggie friends.

I had an excellent experience at the PetSmart in Moore today. I was looking for a dog grooming brush to detangle and deshed my dog, but I wasn't sure which one to choose. A friendly and attentive store associate assisted me by comparing and contrasting different brushes. She recommended a brush that was half the cost of the expensive brands, mentioning that they use a similar one for grooming at PetSmart. I decided to go with her recommendation, and it turned out to be one of the best brushes I've ever used on a dog. I truly appreciated her helpful information and insight. The service was outstanding, and I left the store satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, PetSmart!

Its great place to get you pets toys treats and accessories! You can bring your leashed pets inside and outside they have a bathroom area for them. In the back they have a pet grooming area and they take such good care of your pets.

Staff was super friendly. You just have to watch when checking out the register doesn't give the $off amount for sale priced items . But if you catch it, they fix it right away(without Attitude) computers, not their fault!

The store was clean and the animals looked healthy. It seemed they were a little understaffed but once I foundSomeone to assist me she was very pleasant . My only gripe is the store mislabeling the small animals. We adopted a hamster who was listed as a winter white dwarf hamster. I’ve had hamsters for years and could see clear as day he was a Campbell dwarf hamster . There were actually no winter white dwarfs they were all Campbell dwarfs in the store. A big chain like pet smart should know better in my opinion. However the hamster we adopted (Sergio) is a healthy happy little guy so that’s all that matters.

Today August 24th 2023 about 7 pm i was at pets mart moore location getting some treats for my dog and I decided to check out the cats that are up for adoption. Just thought you guys can do better with cleaning their litter boxes. The litter boxes were completely filled to the brim with poop and they look like they haven't been cleaned in a week. That is really unsanitary for those cats not to mention spreads disease and sickness.

She even sent me home with a pamplet giving me the best breakdown on how to best care for and what to expect! The store has a great selection for all kinds of house animals!
