Was new to the area and had to find a new vet for my ornery chi/weenie.He doesn't like going in the first place, but surprisingly, he walked right in like he owned the place. Usually, I have to drag him in, so this was a plus.The staff and the vet was great. Shamu loved them.They cared for him like he was their own. Got everything he needed and then some. Couldn't ask for a better veterinarian. The price was very reasonable.Thank you all for taking the time to care for my ornery dog that made a big difference.

This was my first time taking my cat here and I definitely will be coming back. Dr. Parker was the vet we saw and he and his staff were really thorough in checking him out and they handled him really well. You can tell they really care about animals here and they're knowledgeable with what they do. :)

I took my Siberian Husky puppies to get their first puppy workup/shots! The staff was AWESOME 👌🏻they were fast and efficient. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel welcome. They took wonderful care of my fur-babies. This will be our new PERMANENT vet! Thank you all so much!

I’d give more stars if I could! We had an emergency with one of our pets, and Dr. Jay and his Tech opened up on CHRISMAS DAY to help us, when no ones else around would! Such nice caring people! I am shocked that Dr. Jay cares so much for pets that he came in on a huge holiday for our poor dog! So so thankful for them in so many ways!

We always bring our animals here. I trust them 110%. I use to take my animals to other vets in Miami. One day, my cat was ill. Another vet suggested putting him down. I went here for a second opinion. They addressed my cats problem like it was no big deal and could fix it right away. WHICH THEY DID! My cat came home a few days later healthy and happy. They are the best. I will never go elsewhere.

Center been around for a a long time. The docs really know their stuff. Service is pretty good but sometimes you have to wait quite a while to get checked out up front after service. Don't expect to run in on a short break from work. Everyone very nice.

Terrible people! Charged my daughter $154 for stitches on April 4th and didn’t say to use a cone or bandage and after they tore out last night they would only knock off the office visit today! She doesn’t have another $120 and her dog is suffering...

Hands down best vets in Miami! Both Dr. Parker and Dr.Jay along with their crew are like extended family to us, they keep our fur babies safe and healthy. Over the years they have saved our chiweenie who tore open her stomach from eating too much, they had to do an emergency surgery. Then to our rambunctious boxer who will be having ACL surgery soon.To our senior lab who had to be put down, having to deal with me having a complete melt down that day. I have ALWAYS received the best care from them and this is why I will only choose them....THE BEST people to care for my fur babies.So Dr. Parker, Dr.Jay, and the staff....Roxy, Molly, Zoey and Abby and our belated Peas appreciate ALL that you do for them and I know we sure do!!! Thank You for always being kind, gentle and patient.

Very unprofessional!My mother-in-law had her cat there for an arm injury and after a an arm amputation she paid for, Dr Parker decided to check for MRSA. The cat tested positive and had to be put down. My MIL was friends with a secretary there and was informed her bill would be just over $100.00 since she wouldn’t be charged for the overnights stays due to Dr Parker’s oversight. When the secretaries husband left her due to her infidelity, and started dating my MIL, the bill went up to over $600!!!! Today as I picked up my friends cat, this same secretary brought up the MILs bill knowing that it had been multiplied by 6 because of her anger of her husband leaving her! Dr Jay is an amazing vet but the soap opera of his under the table employees is impossible to deal with so be warned!
