If I could give this store negative 5 stars, I would do just that. This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Went to the register, cashier rang up my items, asked if I was paying with a card, I said yes, he said oops can't take a card, a customer broke our card reader. Sends me to self check and disappears. Offers no assistance or apology. Shop anywhere but this store.

If your hours say you are open until 10pm stay open until 10pm! If you want to close at 950pm then the hours on your door should reflect that. Now I have to drive to another county at 10pm to purchase what I should have been able to get from your store. That is not only my fuel being wasted but also tax revenue that has been taken away from this city. Your 10 minutes is going to cost me 28 minutes driving and a lot of wasted fuel.

This store is beyond poorly managed and ran. There have been blockages on every aisle for years. The place is like a maze and trying to maneuver your cart thru the tiny spaces left for the customers is next to impossible. They NEVER have ANYTHING EVER. I don't get how they are always out of stock yet the same boxes have been blocking the entire store for 2 years. They just move them from aisle to aisle and its true cuz I took photos becuz I thot I was losing my mind or something seeing the same boxes there day after day, week after week, month after month. When u try to get help they refuse to even look in the back. They say they r out of whatever it is ur looking for every time. I even asked for something I knew they had for a fact just to see and the woman working told me they were out. This place is a joke. Save ur money and go elsewhere.

They need to hire enployees just to stock shelves. Seems they expect them to run the front and stock. Shelves are bare in alot of places and always large amount of unopened boxes sitting around making it hard to shop. Employees are always nice.

I like the Dollar General Store because it's convenient and because they sell groceries as well as household goods, cleaning supplies, make-up and toiletries. The only reason that I gave them a 4-Star rating is because it usually takes a while to check out due to only having one cashier. They have more employees on duty but it seems to take a while for another cashier to come and help. I love the store but I don't go if I'm in a hurry to get in and out.

This place is the messiest store I’ve ever been on. Most of the items were not in their designated spot. Boxes and crates were everywhere. A cart could not be pushed for all the boxes. Shelves were empty but had stock sitting in the shipping boxes. Employees were more interested in rotating for their smoke breaks. If I was general dollar I would close the store until it could be cleaned, stocked, and find qualified employees.

Employees are helpful and generally getting people checked out at a good pace. Occasionally you will have a bit of a line. That's to be expected in a small town. The downside of this Dollar General is the stocking and storage or lack there of. It is not uncommon at all to not be able to go down some isles or get to products due to merchandise piled up blocking the way. Same stuff will sit in the same spot for multiple days at times. We aren't talking about a back corner of the store, it's there as well, no. We are talking first isle you can go down that has the produce and even the BEER! Come on DG this is an easy fix. As to be expected along side of unshelved products the inventory that's accessible gets thin at times.

The most amazing employees, in any store I’ve ever shopped at. Everyone is always extremely helpful and kind. I have never heard a rude word in all the years I’ve been coming here. They always have what I need and I love shopping here.

I usually love the dollar stores but staff here was so rude. I usually always get cash back in Prague no problem and people are so sweet and fast but here she was just very rude about it with "well I can't help that" when I didn't seem to get an option for cash back.

We stood at the checkout with the light blinking and the person working checked out 5 people and never even addressed us. He walked past us twice. He had a conversation about church with a woman and a prayer chain and who is in the hospital. Worst dollar general I have ever been in

No public restroom for one. you always have to move things out of your way just to get what you're after such as stocking boxes from where they where putting things up on the shelves. But that's okay.I know longer shop there.

Dollar General has everything like Walmart just need a little bit more stuff and they would be just like Walmart Dollar General has what you need besides that it is cheaper than Walmart it carries everything just like Walmart does I like Dollar General a lot Dollar General is a good store I don't know why they want to take it out I think it is crazy when people does not have the money for Walmart but they have the money to go into Dollar General that is nice to get what they need from Dollar General

This was the ABSOLUTELY WORSE Dollar General I have ever had the misfortune of going into. The shelves were practically empty while the isles were blocked with merchandise needing to be put up.

Dollar general is well dollar general I love just walking around u never know what u will find an I really like when they have clearance cuz u get stuff next to nothing witch is awesome but sore was in nice shape not to messy easy to get around the place staff was friendly an very helpful beets Walmart any day i think

Most of the clerks are friendly and helpful. The 3* rating is due to the fact that it is, after all, a $ General; another example of "corporate America" lowering the standards for the sake of profit.

It's been remodeled, but it really doesn't have much space. They obviously don't care about their customers or they wouldn't hire employees that have no respect for anything or anyone . That's 😭 aad
