Love this vet. He actually listens and isn’t trying to sell me on expensive products or medications that I don’t need like I’ve dealt with in the past. I appreciate his honesty and value his opinion. He will tell you the honest truth about anything without any biased or hidden agendas. That’s truly rare to find these days with business owners.

Small facility but massive hearts in there. Never a bad experience. Staff is always extremely helpful and happy to make your pet comfortable. Dr. Is just so knowledgeable and cuts to the point. He's not going to nickel and dime you while your pet is sick faking that he has the cure to their illness. He will tell you what is wrong and what the outcome will be, what treatments would be/cost, but leaves the decision in your hands at an unmatched price. Truly just the best pet facility I have found in my years of owning animals, I will never go to another facility as long as these doors are open. Thank you Dr and staff

I absolutely LOVE this Vet! I took my older female Shih tzu Maltese to get spayed and their prices are great! We just got a Blue Merle Australian Shepherd and took him in for his 6 weeks shots, FULL check up, free samples and even received free food! This little guy goes non stop and while we were there, he was so comfortable he fell asleep! The Vet went into great detail on advice and upcoming things we should consider. By far the most caring Vet I’ve ever been to!

Very pleased with McLoud Animal Hospital. Our dog punctured her eye. They got her in the same day and did surgery. The follow-up has been very nice and our dog's eye is healing nicely. The staff is very kind and loving to our fur babies!

This is probably the worst vet I've been to. For starters, nobody there seemed to want to exist. Right off the bat, the front desk person was unfriendly and seemed like she had better things to do besides listen to why I was there (after asking me why I was there). During the visit, my dog got startled when the veterinarian was giving a shot, and he (the dog) freaked out and the veterinarian tried to kick my dog away like he was about to lose a limb. Dogs get freaked out sometimes, but that doesn't warrant someone swinging their feet at an animal, especially when the animal is already being held tightly by two people (one of those people being their own staff member). After everything was done, the unfriendly front desk person was trying to upsell me on every medicine they had. For a base visit for itchy skin/steroid shot, rabies shot, heartworm test/ meds, and flea/tick meds, I walked out paying close to $400. On top of that price, they tacked on $30 for a half-done nail clipping, which lots of vets do for free when you visit. It costs just a little bit more than that for a full grooming.Overall an unpleasant and unprofessional environment that is clearly price gouging.

My husband and I took our two dogs that we adopted two years ago as rescue. They were very kind and very nice with giving are bigger dog his rabies shot and his nail trimming it took very good care of him. Our second dog is a small Chihuahua who was physically abused by the prior owner he was very gentle with the dog after I explained to him that it took a long time to get to gain his Trust. We explained to him that he couldn't be muzzled because of his jaw. He didn't muzzle him the assistant held him in her arms as the veterinarian clipped his nails and gave him his rabies vaccination while he was examining him he was very nice and very kind and gentle with him I would recommend this veterinarian to anybody especially anyone who has had any dogs or cats that were rescues from an abusive situation. We love our two dogs and they are part of our family and I am proud and glad to say that the McLoud Veterinarian Clinic is extraordinary an absolutely amazing with caring for pets. And I would not want to take my pets anywhere else. In the two years that we have had our pets they don't trust very many people at all but they definitely light the veterinarian and their staff.

We have been using Mcloud animal clinic for about 10 years. Dr. Williams has always done a great job with all of our animals, and the staff has always been helpful and kind. The were particularly amazing when it came time to euthanize one of our beloved dogs, and I will forever be grateful for their kindness.

very good people. they care and talk to you thoroughly and try to keep things as reasonably priced as possible. some vets act judgemental about things and this is not one of those. very good experience and got my 13 year old dog back in tip top shape

Dr. Williams and his staff are wonderful! If there's a wait it's no more than 20 minutes. The clinic stays quiet. There's area outside to walk with your pup. The are incredibly quick to schedule with!My boy is a nervous wreck at the vet. But he will lay down and let Dr. Williams exam as needed,.1st vet ever. Wonderful vibes and atmosphere.

Dr. William's is a true professional, answered all my questions regarding my Yorkies. Fully explained what he was going to do and why. The allergy shots worked wonderful, no more scratching and my boys ear problem cleared up. Great place!!!
