They were so patient with our retriever. It was her first time and she gave them some trouble with trying to escape and they were so kind about it. She looked beautiful and was enjoying the blow dryer. The prices are great and they do amazing work! Highly recommend!

Very rude with my mom on the phone!! Do not appreciate people that don't appreciate people that pay for services there to treat my mother rudely!! If you don't want to work and make money then close your doors. Don't go out of your way to tell someone on the phone you will do your best but cannot promise anything!! If I bring my fur baby there which I did just know doing that kind of job requires love and if you don't have any for my mom on the phone then I can just imagine how you treat the animals that come through your door. Enough with the rant I'm over this business............I will take my business else where!!

Quality service did what they said they would I have 2 mini schnauzers which are not easy haircuts they look fabulous open range so my puppies aren't shoved in a little bitty tiny box for hours while all the other dogs are getting cut

Absolutely love going to them. They are so helpful and know what they are doing. Also went to a free nail trim when they offer it and she got both my dogs done in less than 5 mins! They are amazing!!!!!

The girls did wonderful with my two big dogs! I was afraid it would be trouble because my dogs don’t like people! but the two ladies did absolutely wonderful controlling my babies and also getting that fur under control! They look so good and fresh! Highly recommend this little groomer 😁 I’m very happy and I will be back! I told my friends and family about this place my sister also took her dogs and she was very happy!

The first time: My bichon came home happy, relaxed, and beautiful! My review has changed.Yesterday, due to no fault of their own, the electricity went out. They did not text or call me, and it takes me 20 minutes to get there. I had to turn around and come back. So I brought her back today. They UPCHARGE on services that are included in normal grooming elsewhere. My 13 year old bichon cost $70 plus tip. On the app to pay - tip amounts start at 18%. I’m broke. I can’t pay $15 on a $70 MEDIOCRE grooming. Her hair on top is much longer than I specifically asked for. The fur on her paws is too long.And to top it off— I have to return to get the collar they failed to return. 60 miles of driving.I am EXTREMELY unhappy.

Absolutely the best groomers around. They genuinely love animals and it shows. They are so sweet and tale such good care of our sweet rabbit. Tara is our absolute favorite and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend. ❤️

Groomed our 2 toy aussies which have never been left alone or groomed.Both were very nervous. These women were careful not to upset them and they both look beautiful. I will be taking them back and would recommend them to anyone who has a nervous dog.

I really enjoyed bringing my zuse here he is a very skittish chiwinnie and tries to eat anyone that touches his paws they were able to comfortly do his nails and get them short and smooth I’m super happy. I highly recommend this place!
