Had a tire replaced today. I took twice the time I was told it would take. I had to remind them to give me back my old tire before I left. They forgot per my request. Otherwise, it was a good trip. They even helped me load my purchases.

It's a well laid out Wal-Mart and always well stocked and well maintained but service is very lacking. The deli is always understaffed - takes forever to get waited on. And the front seldom has enough checkers to wait on people. They have more staff standing around monitoring the self checkouts than they do actually waiting on people.

Worst Walmart ever. We ordered a fridge to pick up today, but they canceled it because they couldn't "find" one. We just walked into the store, saw the exact same fridge we had looked at a few days ago, called them about it, and there's nothing they can do because they canceled it. Our fridge is literally sitting by F27, and they canceled it because they couldn't find it. We will not come back here if this is how y'all are gonna treat your customers. Lying to us about availability when we can see with our own eyes that it is in stock. They said it was canceled because they were out of stock and was probably restocked after our order was canceled, which is a load of bull, because the exact same fridge we saw is still sitting there! Drove over an hour to pick it up and can't even buy it inside because it was a gift from a family member.

This Walmart has a nice atmosphere is clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that they play a lot of that rap stuff they call music and I do not like it. I wish they would just stick to something contemporary or elevator music. Something that doesn’t give me a migraine I didn’t that the people that worked there seem to be nice and pleasant. So far the store is clean, I enjoy going there as long as I don’t have to listen to rap the eye mark very nice. The ladies are really help you they go all out to find a pair of glasses you look good in.

The problem with this store is the store Manager, Stacy.When you observe poor customer service on the sales floor you can attribute this to poor leadership.I saw Stacy on main action alley. I approached her and two other managers. I explained I used to work for wal-mart over a decade and a half ago and they use to train us on the 10 foot rule. If a customer is within 10 feet of you, you are supposed to greet the customer and ask if they need help with anything. I asked her why this has changed. She said they got rid of a lot of bad employees and said you were probably one of them. I said no ma’am I actually went to school, got an education and left wal-mart.I said I can show you what I mean if we walk your store, let’s see how many are willing to help and greet me. Her response “I don’t have time for that.”Now I understand why customer service has slipped. It’s starts from the top down.Wrote a letter to the president of wal-mart. Now the store is trying to call me to smooth things over, a manager that reports to Stacy. You’ll have to forgive me if I don’t feel confident the problem will be resolved when her direct report is calling. I plan to escalate this until things change.Stacy, the store manager needs training and a large portion of the workforce needs it as well.

The customer service agent in the camping dept was willing to help me find what I was looking for and he found my item very quickly for me. Then I grabbed my groceries and was out within an hour, which is rare. On a previous trip it was difficult to find anyone willing to help in camping or fabric. I found a man in electronics who said he would be over to cut my fabric for me, needless to say after waiting 30 minutes and looking at him doing nothing, he still did not help, so i left and they lost a sale for him ignoring the customer. So, Thank you sir for helping me on my last trip to Walmart. You deserve kudos.

The store is clean ... The employees at the back of the store near the paper products and animal food are always talking way to loud and grouped up. Just kind of in their own world. Nothing bad just not as professional as you'd hope a business would run. The folks at the self checkout spend more time on their phones and talking to each other than helping those that need it and allow employees to wear outrageous outfits or costume like clothing or accessories like hats with ears, elf like cartoon hair while ignoring you and looking miserable..... They are the greeters. If they were my waiter I'd go to another section or leave altogether. Unfortunately not a lot of options in that town. Seems like that town has more people wanting those jobs than those available yet some people who hate being there already has that spot filled.

It’s the people watching self checkout for me. I don’t even use self checkout I just see how they’re always mean mugging people or talking bad about people and it’s just low. These are paying customers who are over paying. You can leave this area and spend half as much.

I am not a fan of Walmart, but that's because I have not been to any like this. I use cashier lanes for checking out because of tax exempion do I am used to standing in line for 20 to 40 mins but NOT at this walmart.First, they had everything in stock. Second, staff helped me find items I needed. Third and the best... when I went to check out, they had at least 6 lanes with cashiers and No Wait!!! The Walmarts in OKC are NOTHING like this one.OkC could learn a few things from this Walmart. Hat's off to you, Mcalester Walmart.

The staff are always kind and polite. Currently, we're noticing that the aisles are wider because so many are gone. Some of the shelves are empty too. But it looks like everyone is doing their best to get stock out.

I was at this Walmart earlier today trying to purchase some “garden of eatin” chips and the self checkout register would not ring them up, for whatever reason. So one of the workers (long black hair with eyelash extensions) came over and told me I wouldn’t be able to purchase today. She literally snatched the chips away from me and walked away before I could even say anything. I’m disgusted with this Walmart as well as their customer service. Maybe if they actually had one of their dozens of cash registers opened I would have been able to purchase them, but that didn’t happen. Very disappointed.

Last year in August my brother got his oil change there. They forgot to put the oil cap and oil spilled all over the motor. Bad service un until now we still haven't heard anything about the claim that we did we call and the claim service and they never answer!

I worked there from 1983 to 2007. Now they have NO HELP, it's sad to have to shop there, Some of the people working there has NO PEOPLE SKILS and you can't find any help, (It's Walmart,) It's not the place it use to be.. They don't care or take care of the customers anymore, SO SAD...

If I have to ring myself up then I am not stopping my wheelchair on the way out the door to let them go through my things. There were 0 open lanes at the time I was there. But a line of 6 baskets full of stuff of people trying to leave while one person goes through each basket. Nope. Yall can come outside and go thru my stuff as ya put it in my van for me if you need to check it so I can load my wheelchair and go.

10 person line up behind me in automotives.. I have been waiting here for atleast 30 mins yes my keys to my car are already on the desk with my paperwork. the associate just left and hasn't come back. everyones frustrated. just let me pay for my oil change..

Scheduled an oil change at 7am got the oil change on a car I barely drive parked the car. Drove the car yesterday kept seeing oil on ground when I pulled off from the couple of places I had to go. I said to myself that can't be from me !? So when I got home I took a closer look. It was my car . Thesame filter was put back on my car. The drain plug is supposed to have a washer on it the plug wasn't tight at all the leak was from the drain plug. Skyler acted as if... so I didn't even bother. Complete waste of time and money.

Had to wait for almost 15 minutes for manager to show up for a clearance item that rang up wrong. They always seem to be MIA (Missing in action) They are supposed to be up by registers not standing and bullcraping about personal stuff while customers wait. Ever since they put in self check outs finding someone that can help you is like finding a needle in a haystack!

The main Bank NA was closed so I tried to call Walmart Bank NA but they couldn't decide if I needed help badly enough. Sadly they decided not to help me. I will be changing banks after the horrible service I received. I've always been able to count on the Walmart branch but obviously customer service is no longer a priority.
