We brought dogs here for several years. It seemed like prices continued to grow each visit but their work grew worse. To start, the store is disgusting. The cages are rusted out and constantly covered in mysterious liquids they don’t clean. The man there is always in a bad mood, I watched as he would man handle small dogs as they would yelp in pain. The last time I took my dogs in when I came and got them both were COVERED in cuts and razor burn, none of them had their nails trimmed , their hair cuts were choppy and uneven and they were terrified. I didn’t notice till I got home and I immediately called them and asked what happened. I talked with the old lady and she told me I was lying and they did trim nails and if I wanted to pay for them to have their nails trimmed again I could. I continue to this day tell people not to go here. It’s awful. I truly hope they can improve with this information.

I am new to McAlester I took my sweet Sassy Sue for a doggie spa day she was sick with both her ears they did a great job on her. She looked great and felt good after. I will keep taking her there. They are sweet groomers and love there dogs and they do a great job💞🐶💞🐶💞🐶

It appears that the Clippers are sometimes not very sharp because the hair cut will be jacket longer in one place and then another there have been times when it's been clipped too close to the skin and sometimes it looks wonderful at most of the time it looks like they were just in a hurry to get it done. But the help house calls are convenient

These ladies are great and they love their babies. I have shown up throughout the day early, late just to wait and they have always treated animals right. Their prices are great. It is worth the drive for me and several others I have referred. They work hard and do a great job!

Do NOT EVER take your furry baby here! First, when I walked in I didn’t think the place was very clean, but there were great reviews, so I went against my judgement. The groomer had her kids there and was yelling at them while attempting to speak to me. That I could deal with. But now my maltipoo is COVERED in razor burn on her neck and head. She also has two clipper cuts on the bad of one of her feet. I’ve never left a review online, but this needed to be said! I wish I could attach pictures! If there was a zero star that’s what I would actually leave! Always go with your gut feeling!!!!!!

I took my Australian shepherd to be groomed and shaped and was very disappointed with the result. They did a poor job shaving his belly and cleaning up his paws, and they didn't even touch his britches. In between his britches, they shaved all the way up to the bottom of his tail! He still had knotted and scraggly hair on his backside. Aside from being poorly groomed, the guy who was handling him when I came to pick him up called him an igit! What the heck?? My dog is not stupid by any means, but even if he were, no one else has the right to call him by such names. I took him to another place that doesn't do larger dogs anymore after I got him back to see if I just had the wrong impression of how he should have been done. They felt terrible for the poor guy and cleaned him up as best as possible with no charge. Don't trust the low prices. It's worth it to spend a little more to take your dog to someone who knows what they're doing.

Got my little dog Scout her haircut today they did an excellent job very professional and I was very happy with her results and I will go back and I recommend this place to anybody who wants to get their dogs haircut

Not the safest place as they’ve broken the necks of smaller dogs because they don’t want to adjust the collar for grooming.
