Great place to pick up all your pet needs. Took my dog 🐕 Tiffany to the groomer and the stylist ( KARIIM ) was very professional, efficient and respectful. Tiffany just loved him. If your baby needs that spa day...... definitely stop 🛑 here and ask for him.Enjoy!!!

PetSense of McAlester is great! Their staff are friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. I also bring my dog in for her bath/nail trims. They are always gentle with her and she loves seeing them each time.

They got perks, and all the pet feed you can imagine, usually at the same price as Walmart. They have small animals for sale and host occasional cat adoptions. Great store, great workers never had any issues

It's not that I necessarily dislike the store, their selection is minimal, prices are high, employees do not know product... they'll 'fake it til they make it' ... A sale, that is. All while putting your pet or rehab patients in danger. If you just need a bag of dog food, cat food, fish food and realllyyyy wanna overpay? Here's the place to go. I received extremely horrible advice from one of their former employees about 5 years ago and I will never forget that experience! I knew it was bad advice, questioned it with exact details and was endured that the product was identical in nutritional value (totally wrong) and I did not make the purchase...which seemed to affect the associate way more than it should have, imho.

Great place for all my pets needs. They have a wide variety of all. Groomers and cat and other fish/reptile adoption available. Brook is great and has always been very sweet.

Why put a written sign up that says you are closing at 1 when you're closing earlier? I got there at 1255 knew exactly what I needed and would've been in and out before 1. Would've took less then a minute. They were standing at the door and wouldn't let me in.

I have two Great Dane's and we are going on long road trip, so I was looking for extra large no pull dog harness. Sadly they did not have any. Now if u have a small or medium dog this is the place to go everything under the sun for those sizes... No help in my search but staff was friendly at the register.

I typically shop at petsmart however in this area there is no petsmart I needed dog food ASAP.... The clerk who worked there actually used to work at petsmart so he could tell me what food was most like the current food my dogs eat. Which was amazing because I don't want to change up my dog's food and upset their tummies. He walked through 2 different options explaining the difference between our current food and that food and we narrowed it down to the one that was closest. I was very grateful he took time to help us and my Fur babies!

Was traveling and my dog needed a bath after spending a week in a kennel in Texas. They worked me in with only an hour drive time. Got him bathed, nails trimmed and his ears cleaned out. They were understanding and polite. Will definitely return when I come through there again.

Employees are so nice and helpful and it is obvious that they love their jobs and their customers. never seen a larger selection of dog food. It's as good as or better than the larger chains... but there are no live pets, so you really have a good selection for your pet.

It was clean, but the prices are higher than expected, and the 2 women that were working that evening were so engrossed in their own conversation that they didn't even acknowledge us as we walked in the door. We were needing help to find a specific item, but my husband was so frustrated about them that we just walked around a while. They still didn't say anything to us, but the next person that walked in about 15 Minutes later they spoke to. We didn't stay any longer. Apparently since they were closing in 20 minutes they didn't bother helping anyone. We won't be going back.

My husband and I were in town for my husbands work. When I had arrived, I realized that I had forgotten to bring our dog's food. I needed to pick up some Greenies and figured I'd see what I could get to feed our dog. I hated the idea of buying a whole new bag when the one at home is still pretty full. So when I talked to one of the employees, they gave me a few suggestions, but just as I was about to check out they brought me a couple of sample bags they had in grooming. The food was our exact brand and the perfect amount for our few days in town. I was blown away by their kindness. They didn't have to do anything, but they also wanted what was best for my pet.

They have all kinds of pet supplies for our dog. It's a little pricey but all special items are. Great selection though and also great place for fish supplies, snakes and lizards.

Just had one of the worst experiences of customer service in my entire life. Tried to get toy or even small breed puppy food of Purina Proplan, the girl just shook her head to indicate they didn't have it. When I mentioned the food they sold me was giving my puppies diareadi, she told me I needed to much it with previous food. Told her I had dogs for 35 years, I know what to do. Yes I got short but she didn't even offer an alternate solution. Been a loyal customer of Petsense 3 years. I'll never set foot in a Petsense again.

Why can't a company make a dog food for dogs who can't have sodium. My Lil doxie baby had to have a kidney stone removed. It wasn't cheap. Her food is prescription only it cost an arm and a leg! Newter Pooter was loved his toy he got today 😍 Rosie Nosey loved her treat ball too😁 The employee there was very helpful and nice.
