So happy to finally have a groomer that comes to me. I’m a stay at home mom with health issues and getting places can be tough. She showed up with a trailer and did a full grooming in the trailer. My labs just love her and she seems to really enjoy them.I was a little confused about how she did it all but her trailer is a full salon on wheels. She has her own water source and a generator. It’s kind of an amazing thing. How convenient for me and fun for the pups. Stepdaughter Highly recommend

I brought my Bernedoodle here today and they did a great job! I wish I got the name of the girl who groomed him, but she made him look wonderful and he smells so clean. Reasonably priced and I was able to get him scheduled within 2 days, and right before Christmas too. Would recommend this place to anybody!

They are timely and did a good job on my dogs. My Bichon was trimmed just like I requested and my Chihuahua just needed bath and nails. The dogs weren't stressed so I know they were treated well. And they both were wearing little bandanas. Price very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough to highly recommend Synde's Wacky Doggie Doos. Synde came out from behind the counter to meet my dog and sat with us in the floor to get to know him for a few minutes. She took great care of him and avoided nicking his little growths that other groomers have nicked in the past. He looked fantastic when I picked him up, and the whole experience was much more affordable than other groomers I've been to. I was so pleased, I left her a handsome tip. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been taking my dogs here for awhile now. They have health issues which these people were aware of. My oldest dog did end up passing away from her issues. I kept taking my other pup, with no problem at all. I took her today and she literally chased after me and asked rudely “what’s this?” I told her that she coughs a lot which you should know about. I leave, get home and after about 20 mins I receive a call saying my dog his “wheezing and struggling to breathe!” Like I told her before you guys should have that in your notes. She the. Tells me that she can’t cute my dogs hair. I then try to go pick my dog up and she says with attitude “it’s $20” I said you didn’t tell me anything over the phone, I didn’t bring my wallet. She then says “you think I’m gonna bathe your dog for free?” As a “business owner” you need to learn how to talk and communicate with your customers a little better. Never again will I take my dog here!!! Hateful owner!

Our little Sophie and Penny are so cute :) Great job grooming them! Thank you so much!We have also had our big lab Calli groomed for the first time and she was so happy! I couldn't believe how much hair she had! Even as heavy as she is I was pleasently surprised she was ready to kick up her heels and show off her new hair doo!This groomer is awesome! She is good to the animals, kind hearted in general, well trained, clean and the animals are safe and happy! PLUS she offers a military, firefighter and PD discount! See the web page!We originally met under stressful circumstances. Our Blue Nosed Pit mix broke his toenail and honestly I was a wreck! He would scream like crazy if it was touched but this groomer Sydney has the magical touch and best of all she educated us while fixing his injury but never once did she judge him for being a big old wimp or for being a big, scary pit. He's sure he's a lap dog ;)Thank you again!! I am over the moon happy to have my dogs groomed here and suggest anyone who is searching for a great place to choose this facility!This is a rare trait in a privately owned business but this groomer doesnt take on so many appointments all at the same time that the place becomes excessively noisy and stressful. Just the opposite! She grooms from her heart not her pocket and her assistant is a blessing ;)

Based on other recommendations, and their heart for their clients, we chose this groomer. And after the visit, we could not have been more pleased. Not only did they do an incredible job with the grooming, but kept our beautiful new addition at great ease during the appointment. We are ever so grateful and will be going back.

Do not send your dog here the owner is very rude and has horrible customer service if an issue comes up it’s your fault and she won’t even listen to you. My dog has some aggression issues and they know that, I had given her pills to calm her down. Well they didn’t kick in for some reason so instead of calling me to come get her they decide to give her a bath and then decide to charge me $95 dollars and tell me they won’t groom her anymore but in the past they charged me $100 dollars to shave her give a bath trim her nails but a simple bath with a light brushing is $95 so my wife called and got a quote after all of this because they didn’t know her and the service would of been $65 for the bath and brushing. So I nicely asked her for a credit of $30 I believe that would be fair I never heard back so when my wife called to try to get this resolved the owner was mean and nasty and hung up on my wife. I work in the customer service business and I’m a huge supporter of small business but when you treat people this way you deserve to lose customers very unprofessional.

I had scheduled an appointment with them before needing to take my Yorkie to her vet appointment. I stated she had a vet appointment when I scheduled and when I got the confirmation call. Neither time was I told it would be cutting it close to have her there @ 8am and be done for her vet appt @ 10am. Got there right @ 8am and was asked for rabies documentation, which I was not told either time on phone to bring w/me. Had to call my husband to bring over. Finished paperwork w/them while he was on his way. By 8:20 I left her just to get a call from Synde that it was too late to groom her, and if they would have been able to start @ 8 it would have been fine. I let Synde know I was there @ 8 and it wasn't my fault for the delay. I told her I would be right there to pick her up. She hung up on me, without a thank you or goodbye. Didn't even offer to at least do her nails. Let them know when I got there that I was very upset by this wasted morning, and the treatment I had received. The assistant just waved me off with a have a good day and closed the door on me. No apology for the misunderstanding. Synde couldn't even address me directly. Just the assistant with all of these "unfortunately a rabies tag isn't good enough" or "we have to have an hour and a half", no exceptions. Called my husband in tears. The other comments give great reviews. Guess you have to be a regular in order to be treated better. Didn't seem to need or want my business. In reading their response to my review, I would like to make clear that I did not "scream" at Synde on the phone, nor at her assistant in the lobby. I was frustrated and let them know. I screamed after they shut the door on me and when I went outside that this was bad customer service. Too bad their apology wasn't presented to me personally instead of after my review. Then it would have meant something.

My senior dog was hurt horribly by this groomer. Her ear was punctured through and led to infection. She needed stitches. Synde didn't let me know my dog was hurt by her. I called the day of and kept them informed.. A dog cries when cut. Its well known a dog will not suffer in silence.A groomer NEEDS to let an owner know when their dog is injured under their supervision.

Very professional, very clean and presentable shop. Every time I bring my babies to Synde, she performs admirably. Never have I had an issue with her grooming talents. I highly recommend her for your babies as well.

I had an noon appointment for my two dogs on Monday, Feb. 14th as confirmed by Synde via text. I have a 45 minute drive to the shop as I live in Rye; unfortunately the shop was closed. There was no sign on the door. After texting and following up with a phone call I waited for 15 minutes and decided to leave. As of today Friday, I still haven't received any contact to explain why I was stood up. Now, it's possible that something has happened to Synde or the business, but still a text should be the least you could do. If this was the first disappointment I have had, I'd over look it, but I have been cancelled two other times in the past after traveling 45 minutes one way to learn that Synde had to leave and another time one of her stylists didn't come to work so they were backed up and unfortunately, I was the one that had to be cancelled.Synde, I pray nothing serious is wrong for you, but three times of cancellations is unprofessional.

Took my fur baby here for the first time today. Not only did he come out looking like the handsome boy he is, but he was so content and happy! I can tell he was made comfortable and enjoyed his time here. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning with my doggo Snickers!

I was actually looking for a mobile groomer since my boys are about 75lbs each and synde gave me a recommendation and made the comment of there’s plenty of work to go around for everyone. And that’s when I Decided I needed to give this business my business. Selfless and not selfish!! I called the same day and synde got my 2 boxers in the same day I called for a wash and nail trim. I highly recommend. Very professional.

They do great work. However we've scheduled 6 weeks out. They have told me we're not on the schedule when I have a appt card that they wrote AND never showed for appt at 8. Later in they day called and said it was at 1 when again I had an appointment card..

I was able to get in the next day as someone cancelled their appt. I tried a couple other places and either their phones werent taking messages or it took days to get back to me (and fortunately i already had this appt) None of the others even answered their phones except.Sabrina during business hours.
