This is the first time I have been at the Marlow Dollar General in probably at least a year. It has been updated with new shelves and coolers. It looked much nicer! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Thanks for being helpful and for saving lives by wearing mask I wear one for your families and I appreciate you for saving my family by wearing one dg is much better than family dollar they're never stocked, not friendly or helpful plus alot of them look like they are doing stuff other than working (this applies to Marlow ok family dollar)thanks again dg

Prices are good and convenient for quick stop, but they have problems getting items put on shelves. Boxes are stacked in isles and shelves are a mess or empty. They need to hire more help.

The Marlow Dollar General is run by a pretty great crew... Jen, Steven & Jeremy are friendly and helpful and offer great customer service! It's usually well stocked and clean clear of clutter.

I like going here and they have awesome sells but they keep their isles cluttered with all the boxes of items they need to put on shelves. Makes it very hard to shop without having to move around boxes

I have shopped 3 stores in my area I could not believe the out of date product that Frito lay had on the shelf seems to me that the manager's should be on top that I live in the duncan ok area

The cashier just didn't no how to work the register couldn't do a refund or tell customer why it wasn't ringing up the food for their EBT card.... And with the prices nowadays we all should get at the very least, from a store Is ccustomer service"

Friendly staff, decently organized. Why can't people take their carts back in the store though? Like you brought it outside, come on people

I would give it four, but today was a not good experience. For lunch my sister and I decided to walk to Dollar General for lunch. Usually we get ice cream from the frozen section or hot pockets, but today a lady with a shoulder length ponytail, middle aged woman with a few grey hairs had told us “We could not be in the freezer section, and that we cold only purchase items in the fridge section,” since there are no microwaves that we can use. Why all of a sudden? So when I got back to my classroom I had asked other classmates and three of them had gotten meals from the frozen items. Also students do use microwaves at school as long as they ask for permission from a teacher that has one. It was not Nich or the Woman with burgundy hair. I just find it ridiculous that they do not allow students into the freezer section anymore.

Rude manager when I went .nasty store always cluttered dirty looking floors'note this is an update post"They did finally clean up the store and the new managers and staff seem very friendly so changing my posting to update this information. At times a bit cluttered but its low staff .

Will never shop there again! Employees were very rude hateful and inconsiderate, bathroom was terrible, the store its self was not clean at all. Just bad experience all around.

Clean store. Friendly cashier who double bagged my items and tied the inside bag so they wouldn't get wet on that cold rainy day.
