The most amazing staff with so much love and compassion for what they do. They kept me updated on my fur babies the entire time. It was their first time boarding and I was nervous. They went right up to the girl that works there and I'm pretty sure they were hooked to her hip the entire time. I will not go anywhere else and highly recommend using them for your pets.

Reigning Cats and Dogs has been an amazing place to use for our pup! They have constantly been incredibly flexible for us and have been so understanding when there have been changes in schedule, even when they don't have to. They are always on top of communication, and there is never any doubt that they love and treat our dog well. He was there over Christmas, and they were able to let him join in the fun with a yummy meal and toy, and even sent me a picture to see how well he was doing, which I loved. It's a reasonable price and amazing service. They definitely have become a staple for us whenever we travel!

Had my dogs boarded here for 10 days. They sent us updates and photos during their stay. They kept them an extra day when our trip home was delayed. Amazing customer service and the staff was SO friendly from beginning to end!!

The owners are so NICE!!! And they took care of our puppies while we were on vacation. They went above and beyond to make us feel secure in leaving our dogs with them. And the time they took into getting our two puppies used to them while we were still there so the dogs felt comfortable with these new people said a lot as well as made US feel better. I cannot think of a better place to take our fur babies or recommend them enough.

Unrivaled care, best place we've taken our two dogs by far. Me and my husband are the second generation of our family to use them for pet boarding. We tried a few places closer to our home in Lewisville and had poor experiences. Once my husband's parents recommended Reigning cats and dogs, we haven't looked back. Tammy and her family are personable, kind, and most importantly so trustworthy. They are worth the drive from Lewisville every time!

This place is amazing! The staff LOVES the animals! I have 2 "aggressive breed" dogs and they absolutely LOVE it there as well. They even have the ability to give my 115lb Rottweiler a bath(which is something my husband and I have to team up together to accomplish). I have ZERO complaints!

Absolutely the best place to take your pets. Even my cat loves visiting! He’s always provided with a safe, secure, clean space, and Tammy feeds him exactly like I do at home (including his daily treats) to ensure maximum comfort. They love him like he’s one of their own, and he’s always so happy to see them. HIGHLY recommend this facility.

Just picked up my pup tonight after several days there. He is all smiles and worn out!! He has anxiety in new situations but they said he did great with them. He was even able to get a bath and his nails trimmed. I’m so relieved and will definitely bring him back. We aren’t even from the area but it’s on the way to our family and so worth it. Thank you!

We LOVE this place! They even took our rabbit in during Spring Break last year while we went on vacation. They spoiled that sweet bunny, they clipped her nails and let her frolic in their break room during the day. We will definitely be back.

I have been taking my pets here since near the beginning of them opening up the business.Family owned business that tries hard & does a great job. My labrador I had growing up, I swore, loved going here & knew she was going there when we got on the highway. Now my wife & I's dogs act the same way today.The business is out in the country so the dogs have much more space to roam & get to be outside. They play with the dogs & take great with them. Even at times if a dog is use to sleeping with the owner, they will take the dog with them to their house that is next door to the business.Hands down the best price, quality, etc of a pet boarding I have been to. I live in DFW & it's worth every penny to drive up here for their business.

We were camping at Lake Texoma and needed a kennel to leave our babies at for a night and came across this place. Super friendly, very accommodating and a beautiful facility. We will definitely use them again if we are ever in the area again. Thanks for taking care if our babies for us!

I boarded 4 of my furbabies. They let one of my pups my dog eat another dog's toy and denied it, he threw it up after bringing him home. They did not let my dogs have the antler bones I left for them. My youngest female has had non stop diarrhea since she was picked up. DO NOT take your pets there if you love yours!! They will deny any responsibility for improper care. Beyond upset!!

We recently visited Winstar Casino and had to bring our dog with us because our regular kennel was full. After much research, we decided this was the place! I could not be more pleased with our decision to use Reigning Cats and Dogs. Our dog is partially paralyzed and requires a little more specialized attention than most. Tammy, Brian, and McKalah provided outstanding care and service. I highly recommend them!

Our 11 year old Boxer/American Bulldog turned 11 this year. So grateful to have found such a welcoming, clean, responsible kennel to watch over him. They always try to accommodate us, even with our "last minute" trips. The kennel is extremely clean, organized and professional. I've checked out many of the "kennels" in the area prior to finding this one, and believe me, there is a HUGE difference. I wouldn't trust Buster to anyone else.
