This place manager/front desk is very arrogant. Had to go inside to return 1 item out of everything i bought. I had a receipt and showed it to her and told her why i had to return. It was 1 minute when i went back in. She started unnecessary discussion. Started shouting at me and my friends. Really bad experience. Please hire someone who knows about customer service. I did not go in to create chaos. I do not know any other dollar store/grocery market where you cannot refund the item with a receipt, that also in 2 mins of purchase.

The people that work here are very friendly and courteous. The customer service is great. While we were there a sudden storm came through and knocked out the WiFi which knocked out the credit card machine, the manager opened up another register and handled the cash customers so no one really had to wait. All she did was apologize to us and it wasn't her fault. The employees are always busy with work to do and the store is not dirty. Very happy to shop here.

Needs more employees to get it organized, the place looks a mess everywhere, the aisles have products on the floor and shelves are in complete disarray. Employees don't have a sense of urgency while restocking the product into the shelves.It does has a big variety of products and all the essential for home. Prices are ok. I was very pleased to find several items "Made in America" 😃😃🇺🇲😃🇺🇲

Great store has a variety of many different items and is very well organized. Just wish they had larger packages of my son's size of diapers and my daughter's brand of formula. Otherwise a wonderful place to shop.

Nice clean organized store. Check out was pretty quick. However cashier did not know how to help me bring up the dollar General online coupons which was one of the only reasons I had some of the items in my cart was the two and four dollar off coupons I thought I was going to use.

This store has been horrible since they redone the layout. They tried to fit a large store into a tiny store and now it’s cluttered. You can’t get a basket down most of the aisles so I hope you don’t need one. They always have unopened boxes, ladders, or totes on those blue wheel things doing nothing but sitting in the way. The shelves are never stocked and it looks like an employee just goes around throwing stuff on the shelves. It’s a complete disaster. I wish I could say that the employees help make it better but they act as if they have better things to do than help their customers. I would say “I will stick to Family Dollar”, but they aren’t touch better.

Very friendly staff. More grocery choices than expected. Clean store though a little cramped. Shelves are fairly well stocked. For a quick in and out stop, it's worth the visit.

Not bad! Fast shopping with decent prices. If Wal-Mart was an option instead, I'd go there. But maybe, it's just a few things you need to grab that doesn't quite justfíy that across town trip, which makes the Dollar store that perfect case which in such a case makes this a perfect scenario. So don't waist that gas money or any other money. How about saving's all the way around! Head on over to Dollar General! Your savings account will thank you for it all year round! 🤑

I love shopping at the Dollar General, I can get pretty much every thing in dollar general store from food, drinks, baby food, juices and the best and cheapest milk in love and Carter Co all but the dollar general store in Carter Co baby clothes baby shoes diapers cheapest place in town I just love y'all store I would love to know how u get coupons off ur phone so u can save more I got 3 grandchildren I help with and 2 son that r gone right now just waiting for them to get home that I take care of you and dollar general stores even has things I can send my sons when alot of stores don't have the things u can send to ur family

Dollar General in Marietta, Oklahoma is a good store now that they've revamped the store and the ahelves are very well stocked. The staff is mostly friendly, however there are a couple of bad seeds that aren't very talkative, but for the most part its a good place for your everyday needs.

Our town doesn't have a Wal-Mart so we depend on Dollar General and Family Dollar to give us what we need until we can go to Ardmore to get to the bigger stores. We are very thankful to have these smaller stores to depend on for pretty much anything in a pinch.

First of all they worry more about going home than their customers i a had a situation that i left my debt card in my truck and i had to go back and get it then i went back and it was about 5 mins and i returned to the store and they already unpacked my stuff out of the bags and put it on the shelf and told ms they didnt think i was coming back and i asked what would give u that idea and then the young lady replied that she was ready to go home they got my receipt then was like here we will get ur stuff thats when i told them nvm then i left very poor sevice this place the worst dollar general in the entire country

If your employees are not going to wear masks, then take the sign down that says "face masks required to enter"! Very irritating that store employees are not going by the rules. I like the store, but sometimes large carts with merchandise on them are blocking the shelves.

Store is dirty, shelves are a mess, merchandise scattered everywhere, floors are filthy, and lots of merchandise not priced. 3 stars because store manager was extremely friendly. District manager needs to step up and send help to this store!

Make sure you bring/wearyour mask or you dont go in...store is SO overcrowded...cant get down the aisles and some of the employees ...wwll I'm just nor sure
