Everything went fine with the spay, I got told to enter room 1 to greet my dog. The vet came in and told me to leave the room and that my dog was VERY aggressive. At drop off I explained she doesn’t like men or vet clinics so she was very scared. Before leaving the room I then explained AGAIN why she’s acting this way and the vet goes to argue with me. I get it, but respectfully you don’t even know my dog so I don’t need to be told how “dangerous” she is as if she acts this way 24/7. She goes out with me to get washed and greets people with zero issues, if I’m to mussel her going out, AS VET INSTRUCTED, then yes eventually she’ll turn into an aggressive dog anytime she leaves my house. On top of everything my dogs nails have been shredded on multiple different toes. One is completely split down the middle, since you think you know everything why don’t you explain why this is? I check my dog like she’s my child, they were NOT like this before I left her in YOUR hands.

Today was my first visit to Mannford veterinary services. They were recommended to me by Amber Buchanan. I took my new puppy in for his second round of shots and to be chipped. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. She was kind and patient very with me. I was having a bad day yesterday when I called to make my appointment and wasn’t my usual self. The Veterinarian was equally as kind today. I did not feel rushed at all. The doctor was very careful explaining the needs of the certain breed of dog that I brought in. He even took him back in a second time when we forgot to ask for a chip. I have eight cats and four dogs and will be taking them all to Mannford veterinary services going forward. Wonderful staff! Very clean clinic! I got an appointment quickly, and I had no wait time.Thank you !!!!!

Vet is excellent. Prices are great. There is an issues with phone communication but the lady was nice enough to call me an explain things an try an get things handled an I'm thankful.(update) my senior dog had dental surgery vet was amazing they handled things excellent an was very good at explaining everything very impressed an highly recommended. 👏 highly recommend!!!

***UPDATE*** I received a phone call from Rocio, personally and sincerely apologizing for being rude. It turns out we were both having a not so great morning. The fact that she called and offered a heart felt apology, in my opinion, speaks volumes about her and this clinic. So I decided to keep the appointment. She even got me in a little earlier. Both she and Dr. Harvey were great! (With both me and my fur baby) I’m glad I kept the appointment and will go back when needed. I was also reminded today that even people running businesses can have a bad day and that doesn’t mean it’s a bad place. The office is very clean and the prices are extremely fair. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing care for their furry friends!

Horrible customer service had no compassion and care when it came to me calling about needing to have them help put our dog down use the excuse that they had a back injury! Have always had problems with this than an area office that's why I would never take any animal back if you are already a customer there I pray for you honestly because it's my understanding the vet is so hurt in his back that he can no longer continue to care for the animals that he has taken on and that has come from his receptionist / wife

I have tried four vets from Tulsa to mannford to hominy, and I can say this is the best one around. Perfectly priced in the middle and wonderful at what they do. I have one dog who just got surgery to remove a tumor and one on regular pain management. The surgery was not nearly as bad priced as Tulsa would have been and my other dogs daily medication is very affordable. The doctor is also extremely nice and great at explaining things. They have me as a life time customer now!

Dr. Harvey and his staff are outstanding. He is by far the best vet I have been to and does not nickel and dime you. You can tell he truly cares about your pets and their best interest. We have found our family vet.

My dog had an injured leg. I called at a moments notice and they were able to set an appointment within 45 minutes. This is a family owned veterinarian. They were friendly and gave me a simple diagnosis instead of telling me the dog needed x-rays and everything else to increase the bill. I just moved to the area and I am happy to say, I found the vet I will be using from now on with all if my animals.

I live a two miles away and they wouldn't come out to doctor my cow. The cow wouldn't get up and they said that I needed to bring it in. They didn't even pretend to care. I heard that they were terrible from neighbors, but I now know that the rumors are true.... They responded as in their return visible comment , with an inaccurate account of the situation.
