Lazy useless employees. Rude and refuse to help—a disgrace. Hire people willing to serve the customers or shut down the store. What is the point of a retail store with NO attention to the needs of customers?? The needless rudeness and lack of respect are disgusting. This isn't 1 single bad experience, this is every time.

Clipped the digital coupon. It was $5 off a $25 purchase. My total was $32. Cash register could not give credit for the coupon. Put back $10 worth of items. DG doesn't give cashiers any wiggle room, so she couldn't help me.DG also must pay very little, because the one cashier working on a busy Saturday afternoon is expected to stock the shelves. That isn't only today -- DG aisles are always clogged with items to be stocked.I am not impressed.

Yeah, they are out of a lot of things a lot of the time. Aisles get quite cluttered. But, they take care of you and prices seem quite comparable to wal mart. Convenient for sure!

The Dollar General here in Mangum is Clean and has friendly staff that help you without an attitude. I have been her several times since moving here and I'm happy the store is clean and the people are friendly. I have always found Everthing I have needed here with the help of the staff.

This store has gone downhill since I moved to the area 3 years ago. I had stopped going about 4 months ago and went today thinking maybe they had a new manager and things would be getting better. It was the worst I’ve seen it yet. It’s not only cluttered and full of boxes but filthy too. I was the only person in the store and with all the work that needed to be done there were 2 people standing at the register. 1 on her phone and the other complaining about other employees.

Tired of trying to get around in this store. Always cluttered, merchandise all on the floors, can't get around without running into something. I'm usually not a complainer but geez, this is ridiculous. Never can find what you need. Not sure how corporate takes care of their employees, but maybe that has something to do with it, don't know. Every time I go in there is only 1 cashier and people are lined down the aisle to get checked out. There could be some one else working in there, but you can't see them for all the stuff, IDK maybe they're lost trying to get back up front. The staff are not rude, at least.

Employees were great... love the Mangum store.But Dollar General as a whole has problems matching the prices posted on the shelf with the prices that the register charges. This store was amazing and recognized the issue....The store on the Texas side of me just looked at me with a deer in the headlights reaction and did not bother to address the problem.Great job, Mangum.

Great place to shop. Please understand yes the isle are crowded at times and hard to move around but not staffs fault. They have a very small storage area and corporate sends them a truck every week wether the need or not and it's usually things the don't need.

Well you can't find a price for anything if you're lucky to find something where it's supposed to be. I've literally waited outside for 20 minutes past opening waiting for somebody to show up. The computers are slow, I shut down the store for 40 minutes trying to use the check. They just really need to update put some money into this place make it a little bit easier for those people that work there who are already running their butts off.

I went in to this store for batteries. The sign.said $4.50 per pack....when i got to the register she charged me $4.95 per pack. I told her the correct price and showed her where it was posted. I had 2 packs so that is a big difference! She said she couldnt change the price. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager! It was late and i had to have the batteries ao i ended up paying the higher price. That is ridiculous! If the manager couldnt change the price or fix it they need to re vamp and re staff the store!

This store is awful! Every time I come to Mangum we go to the Dollar General for something and every time it is cluttered, nothing is priced right, items are strewn everywhere and the floor is always nasty. It's sad that they don't keep this store in better shape! Its no wonder the people from Mangum would rather drive to Blaire to shop at their Dollar General! I'm only giving this store a 1 star rating because I had to to be able to post this!

Stock is sometimes thin, but they carry most of everything. Lines are long and they only use one of two registers. But the workers are nice, polite, and makeup for the rest.

Stuff just stuck everywhere like a garage sale. Floors cluttered. Almost fell over junk in the floor. Looked for work gloves, never found them, manager just laughed. Pretty sure she was on drugs.

So sad this place is such a disaster! Can't walk up and down the isles shelves are bare customers are opening the boxes so they can purchase what they need. Yet the manager walks out with sack after sack of items.( Appeared to be unpaid for) !!! I'll be going to family Dollar at Granite in the future!

They do have anything you need. But, they alway have product carts in the isles needing to be put up. I think they just need more help, all the stafg is always working diligently when i go in.

Waited for someone to come to the register to pay for my stuff they need a bell or somthing but they were outside smoking i dought they would of herd the bell anyway but left my stuff there and went home i guess i didn't need it after all...

Typical Dollar General . Pretty crowded as most of them are. You can find some great bargains and comparable brands to most things.
