I have to change my review because last time I took him his fur was uneven, his nails were not trimmed, and he seemed very scared to go in there. He is a loveable dog and isn't never scared of anything. Thats why I am go with my gut and never taking him back.

Absolutely LOVE taking my Goldendoole to get his spa day here. Patricia is the sweetest and they are excellent with all the fur babies. So caring and gentle. He was shaved down and had a bath they did an awesome job he looked great and was in a great mood when I picked him up which means alot!!! Highly recommend, oh and also usually I can get hum in the day of or the next day, very convenient. Thanks for the excellent service we love ya'll!!!

I was so pleased with the care and cut of my mini schnauzer. She was attacked 2 days before her appointment and had several bites and sores. Patricia was so careful in shaving her so the vet could determine the damage and still kept my pups personality intact. She and her partner were amazing. My pup who is always timid and shy. Immediately took to the guy helping. She went to him without a struggle. That speaks loudly that he is a caring and nurturing individual. As soon as Patricia came up, my pup went to her and was relaxed and trusting. NOTE. I am a rescuer. Have rescued for over 30 years. This pip is one that had been so abused that when I got her she bonded with me very strongly. So her forever home was with me. I've gad 4 pups do that in 30 years. Anyway, Patricia and her partner Immediately made a pup with serious separation anxiety issues to the umpteenth level, Immediately feel at ease. I'm in gainesville tx. I will drive to Madill okla for my pups grooming needs. I and my pup trust Patricia and her partner.

Our first visit and they got our pooch in the same day I called. They were super sweet and friendly for our nervous pup and took excellent care of her. They said it would be about 2 1/2 hours and they would call when she was ready from a bath, brush out and clipping. Two hours and 15 minutes later I got the call. She looked and smelled wonderful and didn't seem afraid or stressed when I got there to pick her up. I'm super happy with their service and more impressed with their reasonable prices. I'm definitely a happy customer!!!

We are new to Oklahoma and trying to find a groomer for our two for babies. Patricia was very professional and our babies were comfortable with her. When we picked them up we were not sure we had the right dogs. They were sitting quietly just looking around. Our dogs are hyper, and one barks at everything including 🦋 but they were sitting perfectly still and calm and happy. We will bring our boys back.

Took my beautiful Pomeranian in for a fox cut. They shaved my dog, including her face. She was unrecognizable. I truly wasn’t sure I was picking up the right dog. I will NEVER take her back there! Even the shave job was horrible and chopped up. TERRIBLE JOB! I can’t believe I paid them. I was in shock and still am.

Twice now I’ve gotten my dog back not clean.. like she just sprayed him down with doggie perfume and called it a day. Charged for nail cutting.. wasn’t done. Sorry folks shouldn’t smell like old dirty dog five minutes after picking him up from groomers. Won’t rip me off again..

I dropped off my dog at 8:30, called to check on her at 4PM, almost done!! Her coat is uneven, gapped and patches of hair untouched. Her tail has always had a pom, it is GONE!! It took all day to create this mess?? I do not recommend this groomer!!!

Willing to do my faith and does nails as well. I was able to take and dropped off and go grocery shopping till they call but was willing to keep her till I was done. She made her feel safe and wasn't frighten at all
