Great ice cream and one of the best burgers/fries you'll find at a fast food chain, IMO. On this occasion, they did actually get my order wrong (got a double instead of a triple cheeseburger), but I was charged for only what I received, so she just misheard me. Probably didn't need a triple anyway. Overall, if I'm driving in the radius Braums operates, I'd happily stop there any time.

The young Man at the drive through always knows what I need and the extra sack needed for my drink. I never have to even ask h just knows and that is customer service that nobody seems to have anymore.Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but I know they have salads

This is not a clean store. It's certainly not up to Braum's standard. We had to clean our own table because there were no clean tables, but plenty of empty ones. There was food smashed on the floor. A slip and fall hazard for those like my wife wearing a walking boot. The men's room was no different. It was dirty as well. We left making a note to ourselves not to return. Very disappointed.

We were passing through & since there are no Braum's where we live, when I seen the sign we had to stop. It had been way too long since we had a Braum's burger & ice cream. This location didn't dissapoint. Friendly service, order was made fast & was excellent!

Ordered 2 Ice tea 1 sweet tea n 1 non sweet the lady took our money. It was good we seen our teas in the drive Thru window. We had to wait 4 minutes to get the drinks.

I went inside and as usual right before closing time it was packed. The crew offered friendly and professional service. I highly recommend the Braums Chocolate Toffee ice cream.. DELICIOUS! I plan to try each and every flavor they offer!

Typically, we can't go wrong with a Braums burger. They are usually pretty good for drive-thru. This time, I thought I'd try the new Gouda Burger. Yikes! The BBQ sauce soaked the bottom bun, and the chicken was so thin and just sad. I think they tried to overcompensate with an abundance of jalapeños. It was food for lunch. I ate it. Sadly, the tea was absolutely terrible. Had to pour it out.

HAIR IN THE BURGERI have always come to eat here with my family because we really like the flavor and I thought it was a clean and good place, but today I ordered my burger and it came with a lot of hair, I thought a mistake happens to anyone, so I sent my son so they could give him another one and it comes out the same again, how disgusting, I think they just tried to remove the hair from the same burger girl. I'm not coming back here.

The food was great, the employees were great! The ac was broken, and it was very hot, but I know sometimes that can't be controlled. Try to have fans available for customers and employees on hand for this reason.

Went to drive thru. The speaker volume was low, listen closely or you will wait a while. Shakes we got were not mixed thoroughly. Large chunks of ice cream had to be re-mixed by us in the car.

They have so much good stuff there! I especially love their ice cream because it is amazing, and they have so many varieties of flavors. My personal recommendation is the sherbert. Also they have a lot of other things, such as like fruits and vegetables. So basically it's like a hybrid of three different things, a diner, a grocery store, and ice cream place. Overall I really love it! ❤

Was asked to pulk foward and wait for two shakes. Waited 15 minutes, after watchibg 7 cars go passed us I went inside. Waited 5 more minutes while watching our TWO shakes being made. Girl spent what seemed like FOREVER wiping them off. Finally gives them to me.... they were like Chocolote milk. Had to have the Manager remake them for me.Store was FILTHY inside!!

Rude and unsanitary enployees.I just left there. I ordered a bag of burgers plain. They handed them to me with pickles on them. When I took them back to the counter, the lady making the food got an attitude and tried to say there were no pickles on them. When she looked and saw there were, in fact, pickles on them, she tried to take the pickles off and give them back. When I said no, they need to temake the order right, she got a major attitude I watch her remake them. She had an attitude the entire time and made rude comments. After she made them, she took one of the burgers that both of us had touched, put cheese and onions on it and put it in a bag for the drive through.

I went through the drive through and the person on the speaker said “be right with you” and i waited for like 15 minutes and she finally started to take my order. I started ordering and they cut me off and gave me my total when i wasn’t done. I was telling her through the speaker i was not done ordering. I gave up and went to the window and she said “so were you done or not?” rude service will not go back.

I have to say, going thru the drive-thru at Braum's was a pleasure, Unlike McDonald's, the drive-thru left me with a smile, and a great taste. The help was polite, kind, and showed good manners. Everything we ordered was correct. Thanks for an amazing evening.

The girl serving us was super bubbly and offered sprinkles to my son for his ice cream at no cost extra. All the workers were very cheerful and the place was clean. I know it is expected that a restaurant is supposed to be clean but it was actually clean as if they had just opened five minutes ago and they hadn't had time to make a mess yet.

I’ve lived is madill since august. The food is good but the service is horrible. I’ve never received service in a timely manner.Tonight they had 2 people working the front. The drive thru was backed up and inside was backed up. Seems to be the norm here.

The customer service was ok but she wasn't very friendly. I got a milk shake and I was with 4 other people and not one of us was happy with our ice cream. I got a cheese cake milkshake and it taste like just vanilla milkshake, it was a triple berry cheese cake and I didn't taste and fruit and the cheese cake that was in it was like chocolate chips just cheese cake flavor but because they was frozen you just couldn't taste the cheese cake so yeah it was a fail. None of the other 4 was happy with theirs either.

Ran out of pretty much everything for sundaes and some ice creams tried to charge extra to change one to a milkshake and gave 2 half scoops for one of the sundaes we could get

Lacked any cleaning standards at all....absolutely DISGUSTING!!!! DEAD flies were stuck to the sign hanging above the ice cream cooler. Service was by far the absolute worst and I felt so sorry for the frustrated employee whom obviously hated her job. Counter was filthy where my sundae was being prepared (a little extra added to my bananas) so gross!!! PASS!!!
