The cashier at checkout regardless of nationality made no attempt to greet me let alone thank me for my purchase. I get more smiles and gratitude at Walmart self checkouts. My business will be going elsewhere if the employer can't engage the immigrants they hire to at least acknowledge customers.

Love this store in Madill. Employees are ALWAYS friendly and considerate. I could spend a couple hours looking at all their products. One stop shop for sure they even included my dogs!

Love Atwoods. ❤️ We always go to buy the Kettle corn, peanut butter pretzels, dog supplies, chicken supplies. Location is convenient and our pet can go with us.

We were treated poorly by the cashier and after waiting over 20 minutes to be checked out, we left. She took 4 people behind us and totally ignored us as we stood at the register.

Love Atwoods . They have such a variety of home and ranch supplies. They have old time candies, foods, water, Drinks, animal foods, clothing, western hats, boots and all kinds of things. Free popcorn while you shop. Friendly employees. If you're not familiar with Atwoods, you should check them out.

I come to this store 4x a week probably to get supplies for dogs. Diego is the absolute best employee I’ve seen up there. He goes above and beyond for people and it’s nice to see someone with the work ethic, and courtesy he has with his customers.

I own a pet crawfish, and I honestly like the the workers help me find the worms for fishing stuff. The staff is really kind there and I actually really appreciate that. Also, they said that if I'm looking for fishing stuff then I should actually go to the other Atwoods, so I'm glad that they told me that they should go to the other store. Overall, this is a very fine establishment!

Employees are just teenagers that have no idea about anything “home” or “Ranch”. Prices are high but at least they let me return the bad products I’ve bought here. They keep changing stock and getting rid of the ranch items I need.

I am always greeted when I walk in. I am only there once a month to get dog food. I usually get a 50 lb bag for less than $20. The selection of medicine and treatments for animals is very good and most of the staff is knowledgeable. If they are not, they get someone else who is to make sure I get the exact item I am needing. My son enjoys going because they have ducklings, chicks, and sometimes rabbits to look at. They offer big and tall in the men's department which is a plus because I can get shirts for my tall hubby. 9/10 my go to for dog food and farm stuff

I adore this store. I go here for my t-shirts; the only ones that fit. I like the unique candies and the bottled fruits, pickles, etc. You also have a nice array of products. Thanks folks.

Great job Atwood's Madill employees. I've had to come to store everyday sometimes more than once the past few days. The store was busy and appeared understaffed . The employees were busy with boxes of merchandise to put up all over the store with customers needing help lined up with most workers I saw yet Everytime I needed help everyone of them was so nice, patient and helpful. Customer service was best over any retail store I've been in in a LONG time. Even a young guy (another customer) helped me load a big box in my car. He asked if he could help me and he did all the work. IMPRESSIVE!! Kudos!!! Renews my hope for the future generations!! Y'all make my day!!

This is a good country living store to do your shopping at. They carry clothes and boots to sporting goods, to tools, and livestock feed. They have you covered on just about anything. We shop at this store quite a bit. Every employee we have dealt with has been nice and polite.

The employees are terrible! I needed a wheelbarrow. I was told I could purchase one at the register. After finally being able to pick one with the cashier barely able to answer my questions and telling me they have it they didn't have it. The employees are laughing and playing not even social distancing. One of the employees loaded a different wheelbarrow with a flat tire and told me to go back and get it refunded and purchased correctly. The wheelbarrow he put in my truck was way more expensive and not even worth it with a flat tire. Now it's going to take up to 3 days for a refund! Atwood's has changed and I'll definitely be going to another store for all my needs. Rave for Walmart they were able to get me a wheelbarrow and took my payment at the garden gate. I never even went inside! Their employees were wonderful and kept me safe.

Had an issue with a weed eater purchased a couple weeks before. Went to exchange it and was informed about there return policy. I took the weed eater to bettis which was on there list for repairs. Was told they no longer work on those models. I went back to attwoods, a little irritated, the manager gave me a full refund without hesitation. Great service!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received! They couldn't help or direct me to the needs I was looking for. All the employees were just hanging around conversation amongst themselves and got annoyed when I asked where something was! When I did ask they just pointed in the general direction! Two employees were just sitting outside with their legs up smoking cigarettes and chatting it up, another 2 employees were gathered at the popcorn machine stuffing their faves ignoring everyone around them! Rhis is not how a business should be! I will never return to Atwoods again!

Selection of products is great, I could give this store at least 4 stars if they would price their products, been shopping here for years and I'd say 35% of the stuff is not priced and cell reception inside the building is so bad you can't check online.....soooo irritating.

Sales prices for clothing (shirts, etc.) are not up to date in the computer. At the register the sales staff will dispute the item being on sale, saying it must have been moved from - or selected from - a different rack. The customer then has to ask staff to look at more of the same items from the rack with the sale sign. Not a good way to keep customers . . .
