We went in there to figure out our Western Union and Josie the clerk was very rude does not like her job apparently!!! She says I was rude to her which is completely a lie... check cam footage!!! On the other hand great place and April is very respectful and seems to love her job!!

This store has really been improved with new manager. Josie and her staff deserve a big round of applause, especially during our blizzard. Kudos to the team.

Not so friendly staff, to no fault of mine an item was placed in an incorrect location marked 50% off. It was given an ok for me to purchase at half price, however the person to whom I assume to be manager could not settle for just mumbling under her breath decided to make sly remarks towards me. I decided to take my service elsewhere will not shop there again, I'd rather drive 9 miles in to ardmore.

This location used to be ok.All DG's are about the same as far as Merchandise.What made the difference for this one store was a really bad employee.The day I stopped she didn't seem to care about customers ( i e when customers needed to be checked out)I saw this one lady on her phone.Looked like She was trying to hide back by the restrooms.I heard another lady at the registers calling for help. The line was getting longer & customers needed to be attended to.Poor lady up front was doing her best to check those customers out as fast as possible.I didn't say anything right away to the lady hiding & talking on her phone.Then another call went out for another checker to please come to the front...So finally I did say something to that employee about going to the front & seeing what was going on.Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I thought just maybe she didn't hear the call out for help.Anyway the girl said I don't care what they need or want in very grumpy voice.So I just moved on. Then the woman with the phone decided to let me why she wasn't going to help or even go up to see what was going on.She said she was mad & hadn't been schedule to work that evening.Anyway at that point I decided to just leave that store. I stepped away from my shopping cart even though I had several items already picked outAs far as returning to this location NO I will not return to the location again.I have to say It was aggravating to have to go to another location & I was embarrassed for even having to say what I did. Guess I'll mind my own business next time. If something like this happens again at any other store I'll just keep my thoughts to myself..Seriously I'm not sure if this employee was just the only one that acted like her in that particular store but I've been to several in the area. I've never heard or seen one be that nasty with her attitude & language. Hope management reads the comments that ppl like me take time to write & actually do something about bad attitudes.

The renovations are nice and I love the self checkout, however the key items I come for like the new fresh salads and various perishables are usually out of stock.

The convenience of this store is the only thing that keeps me coming here.. It's usually very disorganized and dirty.. Usually they're out of stock of at least one thing I came in for. Customer service is very lacking as well; long lines, or no cashier in site. And recently none of the outdoor lighting had been working.

Friendly staff but always boxes everywhere so it's hard to get up and down the isles but they are trying there best i know under paid and short staffed and worked to hard but thank you for everything y'all do here in lone Grove Oklahoma

Better deals than Wal-Mart. Examples: Tide/Gain Pods @DG $1.95 after using digital coupons compared to Wal-Marts price $4.95 without price match as they no longer offer this anymore.

It's much nicer since the remodel and the staff seems to take pride in their store. It now has the DG fresh inside as well.

Well for starters the folks that work there are really friendly!The prices are great, the seasonal merchandise is awesome and the remodel with fruits^ veggies is super!

I like family dollar better. The people at dollar gen. Are not as friendly and there are boxes setting all over on carts. Hard to get around some days.

The people that work there are very nice and helpful but the sign outside and the parking lot lights have been burned out for months it's truly a safety issue for customers and employees

Reason for the 2 stars is there Lone Grove dollar general is the messiest store I've ever been in . They do have nice people there.

There was alot of merchandise not on shelf and still boxed in the still carriers and the employees look beat that may need help on truck days

A good place to shop for discounted items however there stores are generally a disaster
