Excellent service at the front desk. Dr. Fleming was very good with my cat. Very thorough exam, imaging and testing was performed. Dr. Fleming has great diagnostic skills. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in understandable terms. I drive from Tulsa because this office is exceptional. Highly recommend. Thank you for helping my little cat....El Gato!

Take your business anywhere but here. The receptionist was very rude as soon as we walked in and scoffed at us when we told her we didnt have an appointment. We called for an estimate before hand and when we got there was told it was double the price she estimated and tried to con us into paying for all the extras since it was "only a little more" She REFUSED to treat our animal after we told we couldn't afford testing. But was glad to give us a paper to fill out for a credit card we didn't even need because it doesn't offer coverage under $200 (our visit wouldve been under $160). When asked for details about it she told us she has no idea what the credit card entails. We went to pryor vet with the sweet dog we just rescued and were treated fantastic and also recieved a free flea and tick pill.

I went in to schedule an appt and the front desk lady was very rude . On the day of the appointment it was not in the system she never scheduled it. While on the phone she continued being rude . After asking for my dogs record to be emailed to me a week later they still have not been . Will be taking my animals elsewhere from now on. Do not recommend.

We had an emergency situation with our Sammy and the Clinic was very gracious enough to fit us in on their very busy Saturday schedule. The Doctor and staff were both kind and empathetic to us and our Sammy and we will highly recommend them always

My puppy had a really bad reaction to her rabies shot which didn’t manifest itself till after hours... past 9:00pm. I left a message and sent message and I received a call back from Dr Fleming within minutes. He helped this frantic fur mom feel comfortable in what she needed to do to help her pup. I highly recommend this facility.

Very attentive veterinarian with a vast array of responsive and accurate knowledge. Clean facility with helpful front desk service. In addition they have a very chatty, and funny parrot that is worth the visit! I appreciate a local veterinarian that has expansive experience and a calm demeanor that is reassuring.

It was our first time to LGAC. I was just thrown into an exam room while my dog went to the back with the vet tech. I didn’t get to meet the Vet either (but I could see and hear that he met with other patients and their owners in the exam room next to us). Not to mention the exam room I was in was also sprayed down after I left the room. I didn’t see/hear them do that to the room next to mine before putting in their next patient.Not sure if it’s really their workflow process or if it’s because I’m an Asian woman that I felt ignored and rushed out of there. Overall, staff were nice and tried hard not to make me feel indifferent.

We took our oldest dog today, very disappointed in our visit. Yes it’s Saturday they did the blood test for heart worms as we thought this was what it could be. Test was negative, but we have no idea what is wrong with him. The Dr did no exam or even ask what brought us in, so as we were checking out (thinking it’s Saturday we would see about a week day appointment) we asked about making an appointment for a exam was told “that’s 40.00 and I would have to get in the system. (It was as tho we could not afford the cost and it was a burden to get in system). My daughter and son in law bought 20 acres just outside Locust and supporting local businesses is a very big thing to us. But we will be looking for a different vet clinic. ☹️
