I was coming to buy clippers and groom my pet. I discovered that you guys had an amazing young lady that loves animals and her job. She was more than willing to groom Coco for us and the price was well within reason. We scheduled an appointment and brought her in the next day. Hannah did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier with how good Coco looks. Thank you!

Absolutely love the ladies at Petco grooming services. They give Henry the best care and he always looks so good. They are a good group of super talented girls I have never had a bad experience at the grooming services or the store.

Beware, try another groomer. My dog used to love going to Petco grooming. Amy was good to her as she had a bad experience with another grooming salon. However, this last time Amy pulled out the hair in her ears and hurt her, she didn't shave the hair. I did not request this done to my dog. Her ears were all red and very painful to the touch. It took over 2 1/2 hours to groom her and she didn't even clip her head or ears. Amy told me that she has many matt's on her legs which made no sense as I had just brushed her the day before. She had razor burns from the clippers on her inner legs. My dog couldn't wait to get out of there as she had been abused. Never will I leave good comments for this groomer. She was down right abusive to my dog. She was suppose to do her nails, but 2 of her nails were chipped and sharp to the touch. Horrible experience. Shame on you Amy, shame on you.

The groomer did a good job on my two dogs, however when I received the invoice pay, they charged an extra $10 per dog on top of the $65 for using scissors and tools as such. No one can explain why, except “that’s how it’s done”. I had to spend half an hour waiting to speak with 3 different people before someone went and took off the extra charge which they could not explain. I suspect that’s how they tip themselves (?) Beware. Very dishonest for an allegedly reputable company.

I told the receptionist that my cat did not like baths and we have to hold her behind the neck or she will bite, knowing this because we have been bathing her at home. well we took her in to be groomed because she was shedding a lot. I was informed by Amy that my cat had bitten her and made her bleed. I apologized. She then went on to tell me that she was allergic to cats and Bc she bit her she would be cage drying( even though I PAID for her to be blow dried and brushed), throughout the day I had 5 calls from petco (after picking up my pets) because they FAILED to get my pets vaccination records PRIOR TO GROOMING, asking for my vet and to bring the shot records to them, when I went to pickup my cat she had the groomers blood stained on her white coat and I (MYSELF THE PAYING CUSTOMER) had to remove the blood spot off of her with peroxide and paper towel (thanks for providing that petco). Overall a horrible experience with my cat, she will never return to this salon and I am very disappointed in the price I paid for the productivity I received.

It seems as though they treated my dog with kindness. However, I paid for the top dog service which included such services like nail grooming, which I did not receive. Now I have to pay my vet $40 for a nail trim that I specifically requested petco groomers to do for me. I am disappointed with the lack of service that my dog should've recieved in which I paid for.

I absolutely love Everyone there! They are beyond friendly and I never have to worry that they will mistreat my puppy! They fess up to accidents and never try to hide them and they notice things that I may have not noticed! They are all amazing!

The groomer did an exceptional job styling and cleaning my Fur Baby.We have lived in Korea for 4 years and we never knew what the outcome would be every time we dropped her off to the Groomer ... Definitely exceptional work that exceeded my expectations ... was very hesitant at first due to all our bad experiences elsewhere but you certainly did it and did it well. 5 stars

Nicole has done my Ratchet before and we recently started going back to petco and Nicole is the main reason, she is awesome with Ratchet. Nicole is a very professional and cares about animals, she is the best.
