When Wood Shed opened in Langley OK I was thrilled. Their car wash was the best. Several times it has been medicate and the help inside kind of laughing at the whole situation. This past Sunday I tried them again. I will not go back again. I paid $16 for the super super. Dirt on my car, not dry, especially the roof, I had to wipe down my car top to bottom. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Never go back again. I had to give it one star in order to post. It was not even worth a star.

Ordered ribs that ended up being so hard I couldn't eat them. "Oh no, I'll tell the cooks, thanks" was the response I received from so called manager. Same with a pulled pork sandwich, was all fat! You want the good Bradfords BBQ save the money n go to the restaurant. I've brought up multiple issues w the management (needs better training) and have never received any type of offer to make the issues right. I'm just out my money I had paid for whatever that was wrong?! Several coffees incorrect, missing desserts on a large order, issues w the computer system, employee training issues. Employees are always friendly though!

I stopped in Wood Shed in Langley, Ok today about 12:00. We were ordering the special HamBurger meal. They were out of onions!!I was very disappointed in the rest rooms. I let the worker know that the rest rooms needed attention and the toilets would not flush. She stated she could not do anything about it. I told her that they were full... She went on to state it happens a lot and here shortly she can go and flush all the toilets. She stated it has something to do with the city water system. Very unsanitary! Especially being a Brand New Establishment.........Needless to say we left w/out Lunch....

Was in to get something to eat tonight, but one of the kid guy workers behind the counter (were 3 there, 2 boys and a girl) was loudly complaining on and on about customers rudely because a customer asked to switch his prepay to another pump. I lost my interest in doing any business. Usually a decent place, but that kid was enough to send me elsewhere.

We paid for extra toppings on 1 of our pizzas. Did not get it. Paid for the jalapeño cheese sticks. Did not get jalapeños. Told there was nothing that could be done because we ate 1 slice of pizza. Not even a refund for the items we purchased and did not receive. We will drive a little farther from now on to Casey's.
