Wow, I was just wondering who had given Walker's one star, and when I looked it was me! So I am fixing my mistake - Walker's is a great hardware store and also a great Building Supplies / Lumber store. They sourced a lot of the materials to build my garage / guest house, as well as having that right color of paint I need for the DIY project, or a decently priced power washer. They also have knowledgeable and helpful employees They are great asset to the small community!

Wonderful store. Almost always has what we need. It's so clean and friendly. Conveniently located at the "Y". We joke if we come to the lake and don't have to stop there something is wrong!

I have been searching everywhere for a certain trim for months. I stopped in just to see if they might have it in stock. They didn't, but they quickly found it in a catalog and ordered it for me. I receivedIt within a week! I am so thankful!

Everybody in that store is just as friendly and helpful as they can be and unlike the majority of the people who work for Lowe's and Home Depot who don't know the difference between a yard stick & a yard broom. Pricing on merchandise and rentals are very reasonable as well.

Good prices for the most part.. Ive been here a lot and for my part they are a littl overly helpful and sometimes its fun to browse and it makes it seem like a person cant just look as each time you are there it is nothing to be asked 5 times if you need help.

Went camping to spavinaw creek and came to the hardware store to buy the firewood sitting outside. Two employees couldn't find the price. They called the owner and he said sorry don't know why we have wood outside not for sale?! Cool. Wasted 10 mins of my day after searching an hour for firewood.. Find some clearly for sale and now it's not. 🙄
