Ordered the new pulled pork BBQ sandwich. Got home and discovered it was a cheeseburger, went all the way back to get it fixed and not only was the blue haired girl rude about it but they replaced it with a bun and pickles and a funny snarky scoop of meat. Now all we can do is hope and pray we get our order corrected without attitude or spit in it. Food should not be this difficult

They mess up my orders a lot, and this last order was a 3 piece chicken dinner. The chicken strips were barely bigger than their chicken wings.Sonic is also expensive compared to other fast food restaurants. From Dairy Queen. I can get 3 pieces of chicken, gravy, a basket of fries, a medium drink, and a sundae for $5.65.I will only be visiting Sonic for half priced shakes from now on.

I ordered two egg burritos as I was driving away. I opened up one and started to eat it. Thankfully I happened to look down and there was a long nasty black hair wrapped around my eggs! 🤮 🤢 I am immediately freaked out and threw it out the window. Tried calling them back for two hours. They never answer the phone.

Rude discourteous service. Tried to call the manager and they wouldn't answer the phone. I guess in a failing economy you can afford to lose business. Way to take care of your customers. Matt was the manager and Tarina was the rude bitter waitress we had the misfortune of having delivered our food. With service like this it's obvious the only reason your lights are still on is because of the limited selection in the area. That won't be the case forever good luck.Thanks for the response but there's no helping your establishment!! Your workers . The food at Sonic is high prices and barely good anymore no matter where you go then you add this horrible service on top. I would rather starve than eat at this location again. The gas station across the road has better service than this sonic. Go to Speedys, they're always friendly.

Went there to get dinner and a shake after a long day's work. We had wonderful service from the one who took our order to our carhop who delivered our food. Thanks to everyone at Langley Sonic for all the hard work you do!! Keep it up !

The crew at this Sonic is on Point! The ingredients might be the same, but, our meals were exceptional. My burger was PREPARED: everything was evenly distributed! My tots were nearly perfect. To top it off, our Car-hop was such a sweet young lady!Features: If you feel that you need to worry about "social distancing", you probably need your "time-out" in a "safe space", you brave little social justice warrior. Let's go Brandon!

Service was awesome. Good was good as usual. The menu screen did not work though. I couldn't leave a tip (didn't have cash). C'mon Sonic HQ, get these point of sales fixed so your employees can get the tips they deserve!

I've never had better Sonic food than here at the Langley location, everyone is friendly and professional.I also might add that I worked at this one for several years and it is the cleanest restaurant by far than any I've worked at in my 25+ years of waitressing/carhopping.

Amber is by far the best thing about this particular Sonic. The rest of the car hops are great too but Amber goes above and beyond to help her customers. I go to Langley Sonic almost daily for drinks and a few times a week for a snack or meal. The morning shift has always been the best! In the evenings is when my order is wrong from time to time. I just go in the mornings now. I love that you can get all menu items all day. Great service and good food!

Everything we order is good for fast food. Our family loves the breakfast burritos and French Vanilla cold brew coffee.Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices for kids. My kids love it.

This location is not great! The carhops want to argue with you about running your card outside at the stall, they say they are required to run them inside, which is absolutely not true!!! They got our order wrong twice, and brought us extra food we sent back because it wasn't ours! I love Sonic, but this location will only get my business if I have cash and I am going for drinks ONLY! Won't get food here or try to pay with my card again!!

The car hops are the best part of this place. The food isn't even good compared to other fast food and is often cold or stale. There is a bad habit of getting orders incorrectly too, or shorting customers on amounts given, etc.

Sometimes their slushy don't have flavor. My husband loves the limeade. He just got one, & it tastes like sugar water - no lime flavor. My advice - taste it before you leave.

This is a good location to eat at when I am working in the area. It also takes my American Express corporate card where a lot of the other restaurants in the area will not. The Sonic is lives up to the same standards you would expect from any other Sonic restaurant. The staff is friendly and the burgers are good.

I love Sonic and all their food is hot, fresh and tasty I had the toaster on this day while my friend with me that day had ordered the BBQ popcorn chicken and as with my experience in the past with this item she complained they were hard some like crackling and none with much chicken if any. So my advice eat at your own risk crackling popcorn chicken. parents know what your kids are eating.

The hotdog bun was a bit cold, but the dog, sides, and drink were yummy good Sonic creations. The ordering kiosk in the parking stall was broken, as were many others, and this made it difficult to see and pay for our order.

I've enjoyed most of my visits here until today that is. not only was my order wrong butWhen I asked for a military discount I was tolled "we don't do that here" I insisted we've been given it every time we've come and was told "well not any more" according to America's favorite drive in (website for sonic) nationwide discount for military of 10% is very much the current policy. so I showed the car hop who replyed " I dunno I don't even really work here I'm just helping out" ok, what? I asked if I could speak to the manager about it and the car hop came back with my receipt and said "her names on the back she's too busy" I felt humiliated and disrespected ill NEVER EVER come back I didn't even ask her to correct my order I just left
