Mostly, the employees are very nice. Reasor's is the only grocery store in Langley, so you don't have any choice for groceries unless you go out of town. Prices are high. Selections of products are pretty basic. You cannot get exotic produce. The selections for vegetarians are limited. They do now have a sushi station. You can pay bills there. You can rent a carpet cleaner. The best part of the store is the employees. It is good for basic grocery shopping (albeit higher than other stores), but if you want unusual items or exotic foods, you will need to go elsewhere. For lower prices, go almost anywhere else.

Great customer service, staff is so friendly and helpful, this small, well organized store is easy to navigate and neatly stocked with all the favorite selections. I enjoy shopping here over other stores.

This is the highest priced grocery store I have ever been to. $17.50 for a pound of frozen shrimp?? Are you kidding? Even their the cheap milk was $5 per gallon. May as well spend the gas money and drive to Tulsa...save some money and much better selection.

High prices.I get hovered by employees at self checkout Every Time. Makes me feel uncomfortable. If they are that worried that somebody is scamming them on the self checkout, They need to start checking everybody out and ditch those self checkout machinesAlso had one employee follow/intercept me acting like I was some kind of thief. Not the best experiences to say the least...

The first time I went in, I just wanted a couple of porkchops. Because of the storm, they had to throw out all frozen foods and fresh meat. I only grabbed a couple of items.I then went back for a few more items, along with a beautiful steak. Man, it was good. The produce was very pretty, the meats were nice, the store was clean.Edit: 3rd and 4th visit. Found everything I needed and picked a Reasoners card for the discounts. Will be back for more steaks. Mmm.

Had to order a last minute custom spongebob birthday cake and the ladies in the bakery really went above and beyond to make it happen. Trish really helped out with taking the order. Very fairly priced cake too. Reccomend for cakes

Alicia in Langley is awesome at wedding cakes. I've had 2 daughters get married in 9 months. Alicia has made both of their cakes, I added flowers. This saved us a ton of money! And they are very tasty. I posted pictures.

Went here a little after 9pm an their was one front-end employee directing everyone (15 individual customers) to use the self-checkout because all the registers were already closed. So since the new owners they have already cut jobs and are forcing customers to wait on themselves and without lowering prices.I will now drive the 17 to 25 miles further to shop where I have human interaction and my MONEY is going to provide jobs and not increase the wealth of billionaires you can now 🤬 and I'll never giveReasor's/Brookshire Grocery another single penny.

If you want to feel like family, go into a place where you will be greeted with a smile as warm as a winter fireplace, and to feel like you finally belong somewhere, go anywhere but reasors in Langley. The kids... Yes I mean kids who work here, couldn't care less about the needs of the customer, much less the customers themselves. With the exception of literally one woman (of whom I cannot recall the name of) the staff looks upon you like a peasant. Don't you dare have the audacity to speak around these highschoolers, or you'll be stared at like scum of the earth and ignored, if you're treated so well. If I wanted to be treated like I was this worthless, I wouldn't have ever moved out of my parents home.

Hands down cleanest grocery store I've ever been to. Even their shopping carts are in great condition. Staff is always friendly as well. I've been shopping her for about a month now & they always have discounts/sales going on. Excellent quality in meat too. Small town feel from this establishment & I will continue to shop here over bigger competitors. Keep up the great work guys!

It's a much smaller reasons than most but carries a good selection for its size and location. The deli and bakery were top notch and the staff of each was very friendly. I am not a local yet I was given a smile and hello by all staff it was very nice. It was a very clean store and the man working the meat section was very knowledgeable. If your nearby give it a try they are worth a stop.

Unbelievable customer service. Could not find a product in the Bentonville, Ar area(no store: Allens, Harps, Fresh Market, or Walmart Neighborhood Mkt would order this product for me)I called Reasor's(an hour from our home) and was met with a "we can do it" attitude. Dean ordered the product(Frozen Minute Maid lemon juice with no preservatives) for me. A case of the product arrived in two days. We drove over and were amazed how large the store was, the selection of products they carried, and the pricing (which was no more than any Walmart Neighborhood mkt) We were welcomed by Jamie and Charlie.Their selection of products, in just this store, is much better than having to run to three different groceries to find the products you are looking for. Keep up the sincere customer service! We will be back....old fashioned customer service where the customer comes first...

The cashier was so unfriendly, I greeted her with a big smile and a hello how are you and I did not receive even a nod. The store is laid out very odd and difficult to find products and don't count on any help with trying to find what you need. No one is available for you. Will not make the drive from Grove again for groceries to this store.

Only grocery store in town so you're going to be paying way too much for everything. Plus it's a tourist attraction for the crawlers. Which on weekends makes the entire area a nightmare.

Great little, small town, grocery store. They have a nice vegetable aisle and beer/ wine selection - with a great deli and fried chicken.

Reasor's in Langley has a great selection storewide, great prices and is conveniently located. The staff at this location is extremely friendly and very helpful. Jamie and Charlie keep it running smoothly from this customer's point of view. The floral department at this store is really small but this is a very small community. The pharmacist and his techs are all very knowledgeable, helpful and are always smiling. This store and staff are worthy of more than 5 stars!

I was shopping and I overheard the Manager jamie being unprofessional and being rude to the young cashier girl, not only that I got meat from the deli that same day and got home to have a light brown hair stuck to my ham I purchased. I called up at the store and the lady who answered hung up on me twice. I will not being shopping there again

We do most all of our grocery shopping at the Reasors in Langley. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The quality of there products are as good or better than any other Grocery Store in my opinion. I will continue to patronize Reasors for this reason.

I like shopping at Reasors. But today I had an unfriendly cashier. I was waiting for her to tell me what I owed. She was to busy talking with the sacker. Finally I said I would like to pay. She says I thought you were using a card. She didn't tell me what I even owed. That's the second time I had been to her. I won't go to her line if she is the cashier.

The Langley location is like finding an Oasis in the desert, they have everything you need to stock up for a weekend at the lake house, and I am sure the locals appreciate having it. Friendly employees, great service, really good prepared food, and food to prepare!

I was overcharged because cashier was too busy talking to her coworker that was bagging my groceries. I didnt realize until I got home. Butcher there is very helpful. She helps me pick out good quality meat. A Bit pricey on some things but nice selection
