Bought 2 heaters and one stopped working / call to see about exchanging it and was told its been 32 days so we are 2 days over on returning it so was told we were out of luck over 2 days !! Wont ever do buisness there again

Had a couple items to return . The store here in Langley doesn't accept returns from other ace stores if she doesn't carry it. I don't feel like a welcomed customer .I feel like the owner looks down her nose at others.very 😣

My family and the family business have used Ace Hardware in Langley for more years than I can remember and have always found them helpful and friendly. Just got off the phone with them, got the information I needed quickly and pleasantly. Though they are sometimes a bit more expensive than running to a bigger town, the gas savings evens it out and they usually have what you need for business and home needs.
