I pulled up to order the guy was not hearing me on the intercom even though I thought it was a woman I really did think it was a woman. The price didn't seem correct me because of what I'm saying on the menu the price was different when I pulled up to the window I asked this person to tell me why it was almost $17 with just a meal and a shake....He immediately got indignant with me. I asked to see a manager he said I am the manager and I don't think I want to serve you then accuse me of cursing at him. I gave him cursing when I left.I mean he should not be talking to a customer the way he was talking to me and threatening me after I drove 10 miles to get food from this place. And I told him anytime I ordered doordash I have a problem with my order that's why I drove all the way out here. He said he can't help what doordash serves. I said you can help when you put the wrong stuff in the right bag. Then when you handed me my milkshake he didn't have the lid on and it spilled all over me..As much eye rolling and negativity as I got from this person he should not be in the public eye let alone a manager. I believe he or she is named Avery.As I said somebody that's so easily offended should not be working with the public. I only wanted to know why my order was so much more than it should have been it should have been $13 not $17....Then he had the nerve to say to me you're lucky I gave you your food this time but it'll never happen again. Yeah I'm going to have to make a phone call to corporate.

I can say Krebs Sonic is one of the best to eat at I don't know what they do that makes their food taste better but keep it up I can eat the tater tots without wanting to gag unlike the Sonic in McAlester and Wilburton Now those places the food tastes like they didn't even wanna try to cook itDietary restrictions: So I am one of few that have PKU where I have a restricted amount of protein and with sonics' attention to detail about putting that on their menu makes it simple for me to account for what I want to eat.

Not sure what happened to this location. It used to be the BEST Sonic around, but today we stopped on the way home for a slush. I ordered in the app. Almost 15 minutes AFTER it showed they were headed our way with them, the girl finally shows up. They were watery and not even really stirred up. Clearly they had just been sitting out there somewhere all that time. My husband's was supposed to be a Cherry Limeade slush. It was pink in color, but it was like sucking straight lime! There were no cherries and no limes in it at all! Mine was supposed to be Strawberry, but you'd be hard pressed to find much strawberry.Very disappointed in today's visit.

Dropping my rating due to service slipping. Orders not being done correctly. I normally have good experience with this location but over the past month or so it's slowly going down, which is why I dropped from 5 to 3. If you ask for chili on a burger, putting a drop on it isn't what I paid for. This experience isn't my only time being disappointed just the most recent one.

Sat for 30 minutes at the sonic in Krebs and never got our food. We ordered some drinks a small ice cream and a large mozzarella sticks. While we sat there cars came and left that were there before us so we rang the buzzer and they forgot our order we sat for awhile longer and I went in and they had forgot our order again! 30 minutes is a lot longer when your kids are crying in the car. Now we’ll see if we get our refund. 🙄

Grilled Cheese was so disgusting my granddaughter would not eat it, opened it up and the cheese was burnt and hard as a damn rock. They have messed up our orders several times now and I want to speak to their regional or district manager. I called up there to complain, but yeah, they won't answer the phone.

Zero stars, one of the worst sonic experiences. We travel frequently and have visited several sonics and this one has made us think we might never go to another one again. The staff was extremely rude we waited for 35 mins on two fountain drinks, we asked kindly if we could check on our order and they made us feel stupid even checking on them. We waited another 10mins then decided to leave never getting our drink order. The cars next to us said they had received cold food. Sad to lose business because staff is to busy playing on their phones and not doing their job.

We went to a stall and order 2 large drinks. 5 minutes later a car parked next to us and place a order. It's been 10 minutes still waiting on our drinks. Here comes a carhop with food and drink for the car that came after us. So we pushed the button asking where are our drinks and they asked what name is my order under. I told them I placed the order 15 minutes ago at the stall. I was so upset and just left. Than I called the store to complain and once again they ask what was the name the order was under. Since when does Sonic ask for a name if you are at a stall placing a order.

We came through the drive thru and got a snack. Everything was correct other than they missed our Fries. Chris Matthews was amazing from start to finish! When we explained that our fries were forgotten. He came outside to let us know that they were being made fresh. When they were done he RAN to us to give us our food. Hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at Sonic! He was so helpful and so attentive and understanding! I hope he stays!!!

We came by to get blast and a cherry limeade. The service was very slow. Also my limeade didn't taste very freshly made. Taste as it sat and waited as long as we waited for someone to bring it out.They need to improve their customer service by quite a bit. After we ordered and notified it was on the way on the app, we waited an extra 20 mins.I won't be coming by this Sonic in particular ever again.

The staff was horrible and the meat wasn't cooked all the way I have seen a few people working inside hitting on vapes and touch people's food without gloves and the supervisor is very janky and doesn't know ma'am or sir for respect but would rather call you dude or bro I will never eat in kerbs.ok ever again

Very pleased with the drive thru service! I stopped while traveling through the area and got my order without problems! I have been ordering route 44 strawberry limeades with easy ice all over the state and rarely is it right, but they got it right and the food was good as well. Would highly recommend and will go back when going through the area.

This place is a joke. We ordered 2 drinks, waited 10 minutes and watched the worker scan there card to let us know they were on there way out to the car then we waited 20 minutes before finally driving away because they didn't bring us our order. Thanks, we will not be back. And I got the same generic response to this review as everyone else, way to read and care about what ur customers think.

I go here occasionally due to slow slow slow service!!! Normally when I place an order through the app and check in it takes less than 5 minutes to get my food, but not at the krebs sonic! It takes them over 10 minutes to bring your food, after the screen says so and so is on the way with your food, but the carhops feel like running to the back of the store is more important than delivering the food waiting on the counter. Then you see about 3-4 four them come to the front turn circles then go to the back again. The carhop tried apologizing and offered a manager but I thought if there was a manager there then they aren’t doing their job either or I wouldn’t have had to call into the store asking for them to bring me my order. Very very very poor service!!! I will be writing to corporate since this isn’t the first time.

I went to the sonic in McAlester. But I called an order in before I left the house then I left went to the sonic I called and pressed the red button they said they would have my order out soon I paid with my credit card said ok so I turned on one of my favorites television show episodes and watched it after it was over I realized I was setting there for a call in order for at least 23 minutes. So hit the call button they said they would have it out in a few minutes I said cancel my order. I went to Krebs ok only a 7 or 8 minute drive I had my order of the exact same thing as my call in order in McAlester sonic within 10 minutes or ordering it Krebs ok sonic is the best one just saying service is awesome and quick and happy to serve you...

Disappointed today. After ordering 20 minutes passed and still no food. Poor carhop seemed to be the only carhop. Numerous trips back and forth due to customers getting the wrong order. We might try them again in a month or 2.
