Our car broke down on the way from AR to TX. They took us in and not only let us crash at their shop for 5hrs (the parts weren't available locally for some time), but the owner gave us a ride to a nearby restaurant and back since we had no other form of transportation. The job was finished 2hrs ahead of schedule. They also fixed my glasses while we were there, lol. All in all, really friendly and helpful staff, plus affordable with pricing--changed our fuel pump for under $300 (online it said service + parts was looking like upwards of $700). 10/10 recommend.

Great place, kind people who took the time to really listen to my car and look at my car. It was a simple fix that they completed the Day of while a dealership in town told me it would be $1500. My bike died. No power just died. 40 miles in the middle of nowhere. Cell coverage was very very poor. I was able to get a message out. I got towed to Big John's. For this being an electrical issue. I was expecting for the bike to be down weeks.Less then 30mins later the bike fired right up!Easy ride back to AllenTX with no problem. Oh forgot to mention. It was just about closing time. Big John went the extra mile. Most places would have pushed you out and say we will call you. Not Big John!!!THANK YOU BIG JOHN!Service: Electrical repair

First of all, I don't rate or give reviews. That being said, I broke my long standing rule for these guys. They were lightheartedly professional and spoke to me as though they knew me for years. Being new to this area and having tried a couple of different shops in town, this is the one place that didn't make me feel as though my business was a burden to their schedule. They have all of my car issue business for life or I decide to move, whichever comes first.....

AC blower motor went out on our way to our AirBNB. We have a 1 1/2 year old so we didn't want to take any chances since we still hadly roughly an hour and a half to drive. This place got us fixed fairly fast and back on our way! Very reasonably priced and great service.

This is the most amazing place the guys here... they were so honest and friendly! not only did they see my car as soon as possible that they went beyond what was to be repaired at the most a reasonable price I really appreciate these people and big John himself Reassured me these are good trust worthy guys and place!!!!

Reasonable repair bill! Replaced water pump, power steering pulley, and new belt! Friendly staff! Plus drove car to motel and James drove it back to garage to work on it the next morning! We were on our way by 1145am! If you need repair don't call anyone else! Call Big John' auto repair! You will be.glad you did!

Called on a Monday was told couldn't be looked at till Thursday called Thursday morning was told it would be looked at that day took it there called Friday afternoon they said it was being taken back right then to be checked called Monday the person that answered had no clue my car was even there went back to shop on Tuesday and picked my car up these are the worst mechanics I've ever dealt with wasted a week of my time if u are to busy to do the work tell customers that up front don't let them waste a week of their time wondering what's going on with their vehicle these guys deserve no stars in my opinion but u have to rate at least 1 star to leave a review thx again big johns for wasting my time
