The food is awesome, as long as its fresh. The service leaves something to be desired as even when i leave a tip the carhops cant be bothered to say a simple "thank you" out of common courtesy. Thats to be expected when they hire anyone, even from the local high school. If you want fresh food be prepared to specifically ask, if it isnt during lunch or dinner rush. Always be prepared for a long wait. One time i ordered a medium chocolate milkshake with nobody else at the store, only for them to take over 40 minutes before i just drove off...

Ultimate meat n cheese breakfast burrito...one tot with a little flick of cheese in the complete right half and it looked like a wadded dish rag wifes was just as bad..this place always disappoints...sad because the prices are fairly high for fast food....last time i went they forgot bacon on bacon cb...drove 6 miles back and all they did was take the burger back cook the bacon n add it on and bring it back out....so we all ended up eating cold food..they need a visit from corp....complete garbage

The food was good but the service was not. But whoever heard of you cant do 2 separate orders!!! Some friends and us went here to eat and we told them we had 2 orders and it like blew their minds. The one taking the order said we cant take 2 orders. We told her to just close out the one and then we would place the other order. She still acted lost and said cant you just put it all on one order. After all of this we finally put it all together and had to split the bill ourselves. This was ridiculous and doesnt make sense. It appears that you can order but you cannot order anything else without leaving or going to another stall. Very disappointed with the service at this Sonic. If there had been anywhere else to eat in Konawa we would not have eaten here.

I can honestly say I have never had my order correct. Its been probably 3yrs since I've eat a this sonic. I tried it tonight and its a reminder of when i want Sonic I drive to Seminole. Took 30 min to get a burger and hot dog for my son and me. Ordered no chili on the dog it was smothered. My burger had no sauce at all. If any other burger joint would open up they would shut sonic down.

I dunno what it is about this sonic but the food is very inconsistent ... Sometimes its excellent then other times I can hardly eat half of what I ordered...really bad about serving cold or super salty fries.. And also be sure to say light mustard or you gonna get lock jaw when you chow down.. Really nice employees.. Just think they need better leadership

If you can't get a corny dog cooked and served hot to the drive thru customers then close the store. People don't normally go here with extra time to go back thru and make em fix it right! A CORNY DOG

The grilled chicken was downright rubbery. It was gross to eat. If I were a picky eater I wouldn't have finished my wrap. It came out quick, though, and I've had other food from there that was good.

Eat here regularly... Great staff! They are our only fast food restaurant in this small rural town so they are constantly busy... I believe that this Sonic as all Sonics could be a little less pricey... Maybey a better $Value Menu...😊

The car hops are doing a good job But the one taking the orders could use some customer service skills and good listening skills Probably just needs to realize the customer is always right especially about what they eat and just because it is not that way on the menu is why the customer gets to customize (customer/customize) see the connection

Usually I am always satisfied with the burgers at Konawa's sonic - but the amount of mustard applied on both the sandwiches I purchased was way overboard. We tried to scrape some of the access off-- but still couldn't eat them.. even the dog wouldn't eat them.

The Sonic in Shawnee on Harrison is good but not as good as some of the others. There's cherry limeade didn't have much flavor. But I gave him 4 stars anyway because normally all the other Sonic's are really good. I love their chicken ciabatta sandwiches you can either get him a grilled or fried. Sonic has been in business for numerous years you can get anything you want breakfast all day and they have great drinks.

Make sure to check your orders before you leave this place!!! They charge you everything but forget to place the stuff you order . How convenient !!

don't get me wrong I love this place the car up there are awesome but today seems something that got my attention when in the Sonic today in the car hop that came out to me was drenched in sweat out of breath and almost passed out and explained to me that the AC has been broken for the last 2 weeks and apparently the owner isn't smart enough to hire somebody competent enough to fix it so until I find out that they get it fixed I'm boycotting Sonic here in konawa because I'm not going to go somewhere where they treat their workers like this

I love the grilled chicken with a lime Coke from this particular Sonic. The only issue I have is with the gravy, it's always runny and watered down.

Slow service but I dont mind waiting however I dont like waiting and then getting my ice cream half way frozen and m+ms melted obviously that was made when order was taken and they waited till food was ready ... this day was not busy and it was nearly 9 pm and after that order i placed another order for a bag of ice it took another 10 min to get it only 4 cars there the ice was dripping when it came out all the cars were served then we got the bag of Ice again... I dont mind waiting but why take it out and let it sit there before its ready to go out especially when serveral people are standing there talking thats a quick out the door type thing

Oh Sonic what do you say well I ordered a BLT on Texas toast and what the heck happened you see me down when I multi-grain regular toast I could have gotten somebody's backyard for less money anyways I know you're a small-town Sonic and don't have the capability I'm getting the right product down on your truck or I would have had my Texas toast

No sack, NO napkins, NO sonic candy, a receipt with .92 cent change on the bottom and I used a credit card with no change coming back ??? The foot long bun was not fresh and it was turned sideways and the chili ran out no mustard no onions just sloppy and haphazard service. 1st time I came here it went wrong. I gave them another try they did worse.small towns ????
