This store really needs some new employees. The managers I have ever seen up here never know how to smile or interact with customers correctly because they always have attitudes. Plus, the cashier on duty is always left being the only register open while the manager on duty is never to be found. I understand having other tasks to do.. but you can never come into this store and get out withing 20 minutes because there will be a line of customers wrapping around the store while one register is open...they really need more help up there and different managers who don't hate their jobs and their lives.

The manager at the dollar general in konawa is a rude b__ch the staff are lazy and they use cell phones while checking a person out. the store is nasty the parking lot needs cleaning SOMEONE NEEDS TO CLEAN THIS NASTY STORE UP IF NOT CLEAN SOON ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE LIKE WAL MART

The most hateful person ever is a manager there. She talks down to people. I called corporate on her attitude and demeanor. Its amazing how one persons attitude will give you a sour taste. I now drive to Seminole or holdenville.Not couponer friendly. They don't understand what the verbiage on a coupon reads. Make up policy as they see fit.

To be the ONLY store this town has within 20 miles to the get groceries, home, and personal needs, the employees do a wonderful job! However I wish all items available on digital coupons would be available in store.

Good prices, friendly staff. Bathrooms are terrible. The women's is out of order, so everyone uses the men's. It stinks, its dirty and I'm just glad they had cleaning supplies in the bathroom so I could clean it before I used it.

Nice small rural town option to having to drive in to Ada or Seminole. Oddly it doesn't have a clothing section/dept. like most other DG's have but the employees are friendly enough and who knows who you will bump into while grabbing a few groceries or toiletries. - JC

Great staff! Need more staff and registers... They have been our only main store plus grocery store since our only grocery store burnt down and is not intending in rebuilding... They have been overwhelmed i am sure.. Dont know how this town could survive without this store...

The dollar store never disappoints the prices are always definitely the closest to being right the staff always really helpful in considering it's the only place in town to get any bit of groceries they do their best to stay stocked it's definitely my go-to place for almost everything

Not much to say. Unless you are craving some Sonic or some old school gas station food, it is really to only thing in town. Like every other Dollar General, a disorganized mess of cheap snacks and household items. Apparently at this location, shoes are optional for children under 10.
