I go grocery shopping here quite frequently and now I'm thinking I'll be going somewhere else from now on. The fruits and vegetables we gross. And the cooler where they are kept us absolutely gross! There were even dead bugs. The meat section was just as bad only there was blood all over! The sugar aisle was just as bad there was sugar everywhere and the brown sugar had like clumps of like concert because it had gotten wet! I have been coming here to grocery shop for the last 3 years and Everytime I come in it gets worse. I'm finally saying something. You guys need to be doing better.

We went here instead of the Enid store in hopes that they had a better selection of food then the Enid store and they did. But the check out sucks there just as bad and there was only four cashier's working and all busy

Love this WalMart, It is a very clean store, the bakery has a very nice selection to choose from. The pharmacy is great very helpful.

For the very first Walmart store, it doesn't offer much like all the other Walmarts. No food area or other stores inside. It's a much smaller Supercenter. It needs cleaned up and organized better plus an definite upgrade. I do like the Sam Walton memorabilia though and they do have a Redbox video rental, coin master and Rug Doctor rental at this location.

Two card readers at the self-checkout couldn't accept my card even though there's plenty of money on it. My card got locked out after a few attempts. 😒

I'm always impressed with the flowers, plants and vegetables for sale at Kingfisher Wal-Mart. The gentlemen who take care of plants there know what they are doing. Beautifully tended and arranged. Thanks for all the quality plants!

Had the worst interaction with a “team lead” named Rachel tonight. Totally lacks confidence and does not know problem resolution. She needs more customer service training if she is going to be wearing a team lead tag. Please do better Rachel.

Very clean and had lots of great deals. Shelves stocked and items where the belong on the shelf with right pricing labels! Made my trip a lot less chaotic.

OMG! It's bad enough to forget some when traveling. The kindness of the employees late into the evening was amazing. Helped me open my purchase after it was made. This store was like walking through the past. It brought back memories of how simple thing use to be. Still offer jewelry 😲. I was almost glad I had to stop. Truly appreciate the closing employees.

Unbelievable went to return items and they shut service desk down for the day and left all customers hanging on a Friday. A single dad was there needed money from pay stub or whatever not for sure to feed his two girls he looked devastated.Went home next day drove half hour back in with inflation gas prices high just to find out the printer does not work and they could not do.my return and didn't know when it would be fixed so left me hanging again and expected me to print my stuff off at home which I have no printer. So don't order anything through walmart.com because they will tell you to handle it yourself and not take care if the customer .I will have to make a 3rd trip and I still don't know if I will get this solved very frustrating how management is handling this store.

Use self checkout! It's faster. They only ever have 2 people..... maybe 3 people checking out and have 16 lanes available. Might as well work for them and check your own items in 4 lanes. Makes sense.

I give them five stars when we went in to buy the rings it was late at night they went and got somebody to come to the jewelry counter she was great she helped us amazingly when we went back to exchange the ring day after the two days after we bought it we went straight to the counter they took us straight to jewelry department exchange it went back to the service desk and it was exchanged it was done within 10 minutes it was done we stood at the counter in Oklahoma City at that Walmart for at least 30 minutes waiting on had to have three different people okay this exchange I don't understand that it's Walmart Walmart to Walmart what was the I don't know I had the box I had to label on the box I had the label that came on the rings I had the receipt everything was there and still could not exchange some rings there within a decent amount of time people four people in line behind us and they're just instead of going somebody else to come in okay this is the most ridiculous thing I'd ever seen Oklahoma City Walmart gets zero Stars because they don't even deserve a star kingfisher gets five thank you kingfisher Walmart yellow amazing and I will come back there every time I go to Walmart

I find it ironic that they force employees to wear masks but the bathrooms are disgusting. No water coming out of sink to wash hands. Stand in line forever for customer service. No one behind counter. It's not even busy. Management doesn't care. No wonder people are getting sick. Clean the place it's gross.

It's very hard to give walmart even a 3 star but I did. 2 checkers and they were backed up. I'm sure they are going to lose lots of money due to checking fraud.

Cashier was complaining about ringing up individual item in a box of the customer in front on me. The young man was slower than a turtle ringing stuff up and made more mistakes in one transaction than I could count. I waited in line ten minutes and eventually just went to self checkout. Definitely not trained well at all!!!

We lost something under the shelf and went to look for it and i could not believe what we seen, under the bread and coffee shelves it was so dirty with molded bread and dirt and food it was not even funny. We could not find what we where looking for that will cost us $ 200.00 to replace. We even ask a gentleman to sweep under the shelves and he got a broom but would not sweep the mess in to the middle of the floor to clean it up. He simple pushed it all back under the shelves. I will not ever buy food from there again. So look before you buy.

We ALWAYS have to wait to long in line to get checked out. You want people to use self check out but if I don't get a discount for doing the work I'm not going to use it and that's what I tell your workers when they tell me to use it. That is part of the service your suppose to provide.

Wally World is the same wherever you live. Pallets block the isles and prices are higher there then dollar general, or cash savers. Produce sucks and meat does also.
